Description

The present invention relates to a drug packaging machine that stores various drugs and automatically discharges and packages a desired drug according to a prescription or a dispensing instruction. The present invention relates to a drug packaging machine that collects drugs by a drug collection mechanism. More specifically, it is a drug packaging machine in which a lower stenosis collecting part with a wide upper opening and a narrow lower opening is incorporated in a drug collecting mechanism, and a so-called pre-prepared cassette (spare drug cassette) can be used. Regarding.

As a drug packaging machine capable of packaging various drugs (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 to 3), a tablet packaging machine for packaging tablets, a powder packaging machine for packaging powders, and tablets and powders may be mixed or individually. Examples include powdered tablet packaging machines that can be packaged, but most of them are drug cassette mounting parts (drug cassettes) that detachably hold a drug cassette (container part of the drug feeder) that can store a predetermined drug. A drug storage section in which a large number of holding sections) are arranged, a packaging device that separates and encloses the drugs received in the charging hopper into a long double-folded wrapping paper, etc., and a drug cassette seating section of the above-mentioned drug cassette mounting section. A drug collection mechanism that collects the drug discharged from an appropriate drug feeder (drug supply section) in which a drug cassette is attached to a section (base section of the drug feeder) and delivers it to the above packaging device. And a control device such as a computer that controls the operation of the above-mentioned drug feeder and packaging device in response to a dispensing instruction based on prescription information and the like.

Of these parts, the medicine cassette mounting part is provided with a base (medicine cassette seating part) that is often arranged in a row on a shelf board or the like at the lower part, and a cassette storage space is secured at the upper part. Further, the above base includes a static member such as a seating member that holds the drug cassette by mechanical engagement or the like, and a dynamic member such as a motor that drives the drug discharge rotary disk of the drug cassette. There is. Then, when the control device causes the drug feeder base of the drug to be dispensed to perform a discharge operation in response to the dispensing instruction, the drug to be dispensed is discharged from the drug cassette of the corresponding drug feeder, or the drug to be dispensed. All of the drugs are collected by the drug collection mechanism while falling under their own weight, and then guided into the loading hopper of the packaging device, and are packaged by the packaging device in appropriate units such as morning, day, night, and night dose units. ..

In addition, when one of the drug cassettes drains all the contained drugs and becomes empty or is about to become empty, the drug cassette is removed from the base, the drug is replenished, and then the drug cassette is returned to the base again. Reattach or install a spare drug cassette (hereinafter referred to as a pre-made cassette) that contains the same type of drug in advance, but prevent an installation error from occurring at that time or install the base In order to lift or relax the limitation of the drug cassette, identification information is attached to the drug cassette, and the identification information is read and collated.

Drug cassettes are roughly divided into tablets and powders, and it is difficult to make tablet cassettes and powder cassettes compatible, but it is better to make tablet cassettes and powder cassettes compatible. Since it is easy to use, the same type of drug is stored in advance in another compatible drug cassette as described above with respect to the drug cassette arranged in the collection range of the drug collection mechanism and used for automatic discharge. This applies when the pre-made cassette is prepared and the drug cassette installed in the collection range of the drug collection mechanism has completely discharged all the contained drugs and the corresponding drug is out of stock or is about to become out of stock. By replacing the drug cassette with a pre-made cassette, automatic packaging can be resumed quickly without waiting for the completion of the replenishment work for the drug cassette.

特開2001−087353号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2001-087353 特開2004−250001号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2004-250001 特開2016−073518号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2016-073518 特願2017−091662号(出願)Japanese Patent Application No. 2017-091662 (application) 特願2017−103430号(出願)Japanese Patent Application No. 2017-103430 (Application) 特願2017−159889号(出願)Japanese Patent Application No. 2017-159889 (application)

By the way, in the conventional installation mode of the drug packaging machine, a storage place for the pre-made cassette corresponding to the drug cassette arranged in the collection range of the drug collecting mechanism and used for automatic discharge is provided separately from the drug packaging machine. It was a general-purpose shelf that was used. If such a storage shelf is to be placed side by side with the drug packaging machine, problems may occur in the occupancy status of the installation floor, such as taking too much width, replacement work of the drug cassette, cleaning work of the drug collection mechanism, etc. Because it tends to get in the way of the drug, it was often installed in a place away from the drug packaging machine.

However, if the storage location of the pre-prepared cassette is far from the drug packaging machine, the pre-prepared cassette is carried for a long distance, so that the drug cassette cannot be replaced promptly when the packaging operation is stopped due to a drug shortage. Since the drug packing machine keeps stopping the packing operation, the effect of the pre-preparation cassette preparation is impaired by the amount of time, so it is inconvenient to store the pre-prepared cassette near the place of use. It is required to realize a drug packaging machine that can be secured in the absence of. Then, as a solution to such a basic technical problem, a spare storage section equipped with a plurality of spare seating sections capable of detachably holding the drug cassette is provided on the side of the drug storage section to cover the collection range of the drug collection mechanism. A drug packaging machine located outside has been developed (see Patent Documents 4 and 5).

However, with such a solution, the width of the drug packaging machine is somewhat increased at the cost of being able to use a large number of pre-made cassettes efficiently, so the installation area of the drug packaging machine is somewhat large. However, it will increase.
Therefore, it cannot be expected to be introduced in places where it is unacceptable even if the installation area of the drug packaging machine is slightly expanded, such as a small pharmacy.
Therefore, the first technical issue is to realize a drug packaging machine that can secure a storage place for the pre-made cassette on the drug packaging machine side (inside the housing) without increasing the installation area of the drug packaging machine.

In addition, in order to speed up cassette replacement, all or some of the many drug cassettes installed in the drug storage section located in the foreground can be attached and detached from the front of the drug packaging machine. There is a drug packaging machine that has become (see, for example, Patent Documents 2, 3, 5, and 6), but recently developed products (see Patent Documents 5, 6) have a cassette base (drug) that is exposed in the foremost position. For the purpose of easily suppressing the excessive reaction of the drug discharge sensor of the cassette seating portion), the so-called forward-facing base (forward-facing drug cassette seating portion) that holds the so-called forward-facing drug cassette that is attached and detached from the front as described above. By providing a light-shielding member (light-shielding drug cassette response member) that opens and closes when the drug cassette is attached and detached on the upper front side, the drug discharge sensor is based on ambient light even when the drug cassette is not installed. Some drug packaging machines have become difficult to reach.

However, even with such a drug packaging machine (see Patent Documents 5 and 6), since the pre-prepared cassette is attached / detached after the spare storage portion is pulled out, the pre-prepared cassette attachment / detachment work is positive. It was more complicated than the work of attaching and detaching the drug cassette.
Therefore, in order to make it easy and quick to attach and detach the pre-made cassette, we also adopted a forward-facing base for the pre-made cassette (pre-made cassette seating part), and then adopted a forward-facing drug cassette mounting location and a forward-looking pre-preparation. The second technical issue is to make it easy and accurate to visually identify the mounting destination of the cassette.

The drug packaging machine of the present invention (Solution 1) was devised to solve the above-mentioned first technical problem.
A drug storage unit equipped with a plurality of drug cassette seating portions (bases) for detachably holding a drug cassette capable of accommodating a drug, a packaging device for receiving and separately enclosing the drug, and the drug cassette seating section from the drug cassette. In a drug packaging machine equipped with a drug collecting mechanism that collects the drug discharged through the package and delivers it to the packaging device.
The drug collection mechanism is provided with a narrow constriction collecting section having a narrow drug outlet below the drug receiving port at the upper part, and a prefabricated cassette seating section capable of detachably holding the drug cassette is provided in the drug storage section. Among them, the prefabricated cassette seating portion is provided at a portion located on the side of the lower constriction collecting portion, and is characterized in that the prefabricated cassette seating portion is located outside the collecting range of the drug collecting mechanism.

Further, the drug packaging machine of the present invention (Solution 2) was devised to solve the second technical problem in addition to the above-mentioned first technical problem, and the drug packing machine of the above-mentioned solution 1 is used. There,
Of the medicine cassette seating parts (bases), all or some of the medicine cassette seating parts (bases) provided at the front position of the medicine storage part are oriented forward with respect to the cassette attachment / detachment, and accompany the cassette attachment / detachment in front of the cassette attachment / detachment direction. A light-shielding drug cassette response member that opens and closes is provided.
Of the pre-made cassette seating portions, all or some of the pre-made cassette seating portions provided at the front position of the chemical storage portion are oriented forward for cassette attachment / detachment, and are accompanied by cassette attachment / detachment in front of the cassette attachment / detachment direction. A prefabricated cassette responding member that opens and closes is provided, and further, the prefabricated cassette responding member is characterized in that a member that can be visually distinguished from the drug cassette responding member is used.

Further, the drug packaging machine of the present invention (Solution 3) was devised in order to facilitate the work of replenishing the drug to the cassette in addition to solving the above-mentioned first and second technical problems. The drug packaging machine of the above-mentioned solution 2
A replenishment cassette seating portion capable of temporarily holding the drug cassette is provided at the front position of the drug storage section and at a portion of the drug storage section located on the side of the lower constriction collecting section. It is located outside the collection range of the drug collection mechanism and
The replenishment cassette seating portion is provided with a replenishment cassette responding member that opens and closes in association with the cassette attachment / detachment, while the cassette attachment / detachment direction is set to the front. Is characterized in that a member that can be visually distinguished from both the drug cassette response member and the pre-made cassette response member is used.

In such a drug packaging machine of the present invention (solution 1), a prefabricated cassette seating portion capable of detachably holding the drug cassette is provided, and the prefabricated cassette seating portion is included in the collection range of the drug collecting mechanism. By locating the outside of the pre-made cassette, the pre-made cassette mounting portion including the pre-made cassette seating portion becomes a suitable cassette storage place for holding the pre-made cassette. Moreover, the side of the lower constriction collection part of the drug collection mechanism, which is the installation location of the pre-made cassette seating part, is a space belonging to the drug storage part, but it is out of the collection range of the drug collection mechanism, for example. Even if the drug hand-spreading unit is installed, there is a lot of space, so the pre-made cassette mounting section is added without inviting the expansion / expansion of the drug storage section and the entire device.
Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to realize a drug packaging machine capable of securing a storage place for the pre-made cassette on the drug packaging machine side without increasing the installation area of the drug packaging machine, and the first technical problem is solved. NS.

Further, in the drug packaging machine of the present invention (solution 2), in addition to the drug cassette seating portion (base) of the normal drug cassette mounting portion that supports the drug cassette and is responsible for discharging the drug, a prefabricated cassette is used. Regarding the pre-made cassette seating part that supports but does not discharge the drug, at least some of the front-positioned parts of the drug storage part have the cassette attachment / detachment direction forward, so that the corresponding drug cassette and pre-made cassette are It can be easily and quickly attached and detached without pulling out the base mounting shelf.
Moreover, a drug cassette reaction member member is provided in addition to the drug cassette seating portion (base) for the normal drug cassette mounting portion, and a prefabricated cassette reaction member member is provided in addition to the prefabricated cassette seating portion for the prefabricated cassette mounting portion. By providing all the members so that they open and close as the cassette is attached and detached, the structure and compatibility between the normal drug cassette mounting part and the pre-made cassette mounting part can be improved. Increase.

Furthermore, by adopting a member that can be visually distinguished between the drug cassette response member and the pre-made cassette response member, it becomes possible to easily and accurately identify and separate the cassette attachment / detachment location.
Moreover, the visual distinction can be realized by a simple means such as a difference in color and translucency, and since the influence on the commonality and compatibility of the members is small, an undesired cost increase can be suppressed.
Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to realize a drug packaging machine in which both the drug cassette and the pre-made cassette can be easily and quickly attached and detached, and the front-facing drug cassette attachment / detachment location and the forward-facing pre-prepared cassette attachment / detachment location can be visually easily and accurately distinguished. It is possible to solve the second technical problem in addition to the first technical problem.

Further, in the drug packaging machine of the present invention (Solution 3), by providing the seating portion of the replenishment cassette facing forward, the replenishment work of the drug to the cassette to be replenished with the drug (hereinafter referred to as the replenishment cassette) can be easily performed. However, the replenishment cassette mounting part (replenishment work part) including the replenishment cassette seating part is also provided in the same part of the chemical storage part as the pre-made cassette mounting part, so that the installation area of the drug packaging machine is increased. In addition to being avoided, by adopting a replenishment cassette response member that is almost the same as the drug cassette response member and the pre-made cassette response member but visually distinguishable, the drug cassette, the pre-preparation cassette, and the replenishment cassette can be easily and quickly and accurately. It is possible to realize a drug packaging machine that can be attached and detached at low cost.

The specific configuration of Example 1 of the drug packaging machine of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 (a) is a left side view of the drug packing machine 10, FIGS. 1 (b) and 2 are perspective views of the drug packing machine 10, and FIGS. 1 (c) and 3 are front views and views of the drug packing machine 10. 1 (d) and FIG. 4 (a) are rear views of the drug packaging machine 10, and FIG. 4 (b) is a rear view of the drug packaging machine 10 with the back panel removed. Further, FIG. 5 is a vertical right side view of the chemical storage unit 50 for four cassette shelves, and (b) to (d) are vertical right side views of one of the shelves. It is a figure, (c) and (d) are the vertical right side views of the place where the medicine cassette is attached there.

The drug packaging machine 10 (see FIG. 1) is a powdered tablet packaging machine that is useful in places where the installation area is limited, such as a small pharmacy. It includes a dividing device 30, an operation console 40 arranged above it, a chemical storage unit 50 arranged at the top, and a control device stored inside and not shown.
Below, the main points will be briefly described for the parts that follow the conventional products.

The packaging device 20 (see FIGS. 1 to 4) forms compartments one after another by heating and fusing long packaging papers while feeding them in the longitudinal direction, and also forms a chemical storage section 50 and a powder dividing device 30. A predetermined drug is packaged by sealing the partition chamber after charging the drug sent to the charging hopper by dropping and discharging from the partition chamber.
The powder splitting device 30 (see FIGS. 1 to 4) is arranged above the packaging device 20 and distributes the powder on a continuous box or evenly distributes the powder on a rotating disk or the like before cutting out. The powdered medicine is sent to the packaging device 20 one by one by an appropriate member and method such as intermittently discharging the powder while measuring it little by little.

The console 40 (see FIGS. 1 (b), 2 and 3) is embodied in a touch panel, a notebook computer, etc., and is arranged on the front surface of the device. It is movable, but there is also a fixed type. The console 40 inputs instructions such as directly inputting data of a prescription-based dispensing instruction to the control device, or having the control device receive a dispensing instruction from a dispensing server such as a higher-level group management device (not shown). In addition to being provided with an operation input unit to be carried, a display for displaying or notifying the cassette status of a large number of drug cassette mounting units 60 in addition to the data of such dispensing instructions and the operating status of the device such as at the time of packaging. It also has a screen.

The drug storage section 50 (see FIGS. 1 to 4) includes a large number of drug cassette mounting sections 60 to which a drug cassette 90 containing a tablet such as a ball or a similar capsule may be attached and detached (FIG. 1 (FIG. 1). b), FIG. 1 (c), FIG. 2 and FIG. It is equipped with the drug collecting mechanisms 51 to 53 (see FIGS. 1 (d) and 4 (b)).
This chemical storage section 50 is a small-scale one without a series of cassettes in the front-rear direction (see FIGS. 1 (a), 1 (b), 2 and 5 (a)), and collects chemicals on the back side. Only one set of mechanisms 51 to 53 is arranged (see FIGS. 4 (b) and 5 (a)), and a mounting shelf (hereinafter, simply referred to as a cassette mounting shelf) such as a drug cassette mounting unit 60 is also 1 on the front side. Only sets (4 shelves) are arranged (see FIGS. 1 (b), 2 and 5 (a)).

The drug collection mechanisms 51 to 53 (see FIGS. 1 (d) and 4 (b)) include an upper 51 (upper collection mechanism), a lower constriction collection unit 52 (lower collection mechanism), and a lower 53 (lower collection mechanism) that are vertically connected. It is equipped with a mechanism), and the drug is collected by dropping the hollow / lumen into the drug. The upper portion 51 covers almost the entire width of the chemical storage portion 50, has a wide cross section, and is substantially uniform from the upper end drug receiving port to the lower end drug feeding port. On the other hand, the lower portion 53 has a narrow cross section (hollow surface / lumen surface) in preparation for delivering the drug to the lower charging hopper. Therefore, in the drug collecting mechanisms 51 to 53, the lower constriction collecting section 52 connecting both members 51 and 53 has a narrower drug delivery port than the upper drug receiving port. The site / space located on the outer side of the lower constriction collecting section 52 is out of the collecting range of the drug collecting mechanism 51 to 53 even if it belongs to the drug storage section 50. The drug cassette mounting portion 60 is not arranged (see FIG. 1 (c), FIGS. 2 and 3).

The chemical storage section 50 of this example (see FIGS. 1 (b), 1 (c), 2, 2, 3 and 4 (b)) is provided with four upper and lower cassette mounting shelves, and each cassette is mounted. The shelf and its upper space are divided into 14 on the left and right, and a total of 56 cassette mounting portions (60, 70, 80) are secured by arranging them in a matrix of 4 rows and 14 columns.
Of those cassette mounting parts, all the top tiers, all the second tiers from the top, and the inner 10 of the third tier from the top, that is, the second tier from the bottom, Drug cassette mounting portions 60 are assigned to the inner six of the bottom ones.
On the other hand, a total of 4 pieces, 2 on the outside of the second row from the bottom, and 4 pieces on the outside of the bottom, 8 pieces in total, are equipped with pre-made cassettes that have not been provided in the past. A unit 70 and a replenishment cassette mounting unit 80 are assigned.

The drug cassette mounting portion 60 (see FIGS. 2, 3 and 5) is provided above the drug cassette seating portion 61 arranged on the upper surface of the cassette mounting shelf described above and the front end portion above the drug cassette mounting portion 61. A drug cassette reaction member 62 is provided, and a cassette storage space is secured above the drug cassette seating portion 61 and behind the drug cassette response member 62, and the front is basically released. Therefore, the medicine cassette 90 can be attached to and detached from the medicine cassette seating portion 61 from the front, and the medicine cassette reaction member 62 swings with the attachment and detachment (FIGS. 5 (b) to 5 (d)). (See), the front surface of the cassette storage space of the drug cassette mounting unit 60 is opened and closed.

Among such drug cassette mounting portions 60, the drug cassette seating portion 61 (see FIGS. 2, 3 and 5) is the same as the conventional product except that the cassette attachment / detachment direction is not sideways but forward. Often, a static member that holds the drug cassette 90, a dynamic member such as a motor that engages with and operates a drug discharge member of the mounted drug cassette 90, and a drug discharged thereby are detected. It is equipped with a drug discharge sensor and an information reading device (not shown) that reads identification information from an information carrier attached to the drug cassette 90, operates according to the control of the control device, and sends the detection result and reading information to the control device. It is designed to send data.

Further, the newly provided drug cassette responding member 62 (see FIGS. 2, 3 and 5) has a drug cassette 90 on the front surface of the drug cassette mounting unit 60 and thus on the drug when the drug cassette 90 is not mounted on the drug cassette mounting unit 60. This is to prevent or reduce the exposure of the upper surface of the cassette seating portion 61 to the chemical cassette seating portion 61 and the drug discharge sensor or the like due to exposure to ceiling lighting or the like. For example, a thin opaque plate material or the like. A light-shielding member made of is adopted. Then, when the upper end portion thereof is supported by a hinge or the like and the drug cassette 90 is not attached (see FIG. 5B), the ceiling illumination illuminates the drug discharge sensor (not shown) at the back of the forward-facing drug cassette seating portion 61. When the drug cassette 90 is attached / detached, it swings and escapes so as not to obstruct it (see FIG. 5 (c)), the drug cassette 90 is attached to the forward-facing drug cassette seating portion 61, and the drug discharge sensor is used for the drug. When protected from ambient light by the cassette 90, it rides on and stays on the drug cassette 90 (see FIG. 5 (d)).

The pre-made cassette mounting portion 70 (see FIGS. 2, 3 and 5) is a pre-made cassette seating portion 71 arranged on the upper surface of the cassette mounting shelf described above, and a pre-made cassette mounting portion 71 attached above the front end portion above the pre-made cassette mounting portion 71. A cassette receiving member 72 is provided, and a cassette accommodating space is secured above the prefabricated cassette seating portion 71 and behind the prefabricated cassette responding member 72, and the front is basically Since it is released, the drug cassette 90 and the pre-made cassette can be attached to and detached from the front to the pre-made cassette seating portion 71, and the pre-made cassette reaction member 72 swings along with the attachment and detachment (FIG. FIG. 5 (b) to (d)), the front surface of the cassette storage space of the prefabricated cassette mounting unit 70 is opened and closed.

Similarly, the replenishment cassette mounting portion 80 is also attached above the replenishment cassette seating portion 81 arranged on the upper surface of the cassette mounting shelf described above and the front end portion above the replenishment cassette mounting portion 81 (see FIGS. 2, 3 and 5). A replenishment cassette reaction member 82 is provided, and a cassette storage space is secured above the replenishment cassette seating portion 81 and behind the replenishment cassette response member 82, and the front portion is basically released. Therefore, the medicine cassette 90 and the replenishment cassette can be attached to and detached from the front to the replenishment cassette seating portion 81, and the replenishment cassette reaction member 82 swings along with the attachment and detachment (FIGS. 5B to 5B). (See (d)), the front surface of the cassette storage space of the replenishment cassette mounting unit 80 is opened and closed.

In those pre-made cassette mounting parts 70 and replenishment cassette mounting parts 80 (see FIGS. 1 (b), 1 (c), 2 and 3), the lower of the medicine cassette mounting parts of the medicine storage part 50 A total of 4 pieces are assigned to each of the 2nd tiers from the outside, and a total of 8 pieces are assigned to each of the 2nd tiers from the bottom. As described above, the chemical storage section 50 is arranged at the lower right, and the pre-made cassette mounting section 70 is arranged at the remaining seven positions. Since the replenishment cassette mounting unit 80 and the prefabricated cassette mounting unit 70 are embodied by modifying the drug cassette mounting unit 60 in a simplified manner, they can be easily and inexpensively manufactured.

Specifically (see FIGS. 2, 3 and 5), the pre-made cassette seating portion 71 of the pre-prepared cassette mounting portion 70 and the replenishment cassette seating portion 81 of the replenishment cassette mounting portion 80 are the above-mentioned drug cassette seating portions. The dynamic member and the drug discharge sensor may be omitted from 61, and the static member to which the drug cassette 90, the pre-made cassette or the replenishment cassette is mounted and held, and the information carrier attached to the mounted cassette can be identified. It suffices to have an information reading device for reading information and to transmit the read information to the control device.
Further, the prefabricated cassette reaction member 72 of the prefabricated cassette mounting unit 70 and the replenishment cassette responding member 82 of the replenishment cassette mounting unit 80 may have the same structure as the drug cassette responding member 62 described above, but visually check each other. The drug cassette response member 62 is colored black, the prefabricated cassette response member 72 is orange, the replenishment cassette response member 82 is white, and so on so that they can be easily distinguished.

The control device (not shown) basically follows the conventional product, and is embodied by a small computer or the like, and the dispensing instruction data is acquired via the operation console 40. Further, if the higher-level dispensing server is communicably connected via a wireless or wired LAN or the like, the dispensing instruction data can be acquired from the dispensing server as well.
Then, based on the holding dispensing instruction data, the drive motor of the drug cassette seating section 61 of the drug cassette mounting section 60 of the drug storage section 50 is operated (see FIG. 5), so that the drug is taken from the drug cassette 90 there. Is designed to be discharged sequentially.

Further, the control device acquires the detection result of the drug discharge sensor from the drug cassette seating portion 61 of the drug cassette mounting unit 60, controls the drug discharge operation of the drug cassette 90 mounted therein, and controls the drug discharge operation. The identification information read from the information carrier of the drug cassette 90 is also acquired and collated with the management information held in advance to determine the suitability of the drug cassette 90 and to select the discharged drug. It has become.

Further, the control device acquires the identification information read from the information carrier of the pre-made cassette mounted therein from the pre-made cassette seating portion 71 of the pre-made cassette mounting portion 70, and holds the data in advance. The storage location of the pre-made cassette and the type of the drug contained therein are managed by collating with the management information.

Further, the control device acquires the identification information read from the information carrier of the replenishment cassette mounted therein from the replenishment cassette seating portion 81 of the replenishment cassette mounting unit 80, and also from the operation console 40 or, if possible, the dispensing server. Acquire drug information such as the type and amount of drug that should be replenished or just replenished in the replenishment cassette, add it to the management information database, and send data to the dispensing server if possible. It is also like.

The usage mode and operation of the drug packaging machine 10 of the first embodiment will be described, but how to use the parts related to the packaging device 20, the powder dividing device 30, the operation console 40, and the drug cassette seating section 61 of the drug storage section 50. Since the packaging operation is the same as the conventional one, it will be briefly described, and the usage and operation of the drug cassette reaction member 62, the prefabricated cassette mounting unit 70, and the replenishment cassette mounting unit 80, which are the improved parts, will be described in detail.

First, various tablets and the like (drugs) are stored in a large number of drug cassettes 90, and they are mounted one by one on the forward-facing drug cassette seating portion 61 (base portion of the drug feeder) of the large number of drug cassette mounting portions 60. back. Since the specific procedure for accommodating the drug in the drug cassette 90 can be performed in the same manner as the replenishment work described in detail later, detailed description thereof will be omitted here.
Further, when it is desired to package the powder or the tablet and the powder are to be mixed or alternately packaged, the required powder is weighed and charged into the vibration feeder of the powder dividing device 30 or the like.
Then, the operation console 40 is operated to issue a dispensing instruction and an execution instruction to the control device.

Then, in response to the instruction, if the drug to be packaged is a tablet or the like, the control device causes the corresponding drug cassette seating portion 61 to perform a discharge operation, so that the drug to be packaged accommodates each package. It is discharged from the drug cassette 90, and then is guided to the packaging device 20 by the drug collecting mechanisms 51 to 53 while falling and is loaded.
Further, if the drug to be packaged is a powder, the control device causes the powder dividing device 30 to perform operations of distribution, division, and sequential discharge of the powder. It is thrown in. Then, the charged drug is separately sealed in the packaging paper by the packaging device 20.

In addition, for tablets, etc. (drugs) that are used in large amounts and replenished very frequently at appropriate times in parallel with or prior to such work, or for later use, although not always for automatic packaging. For tablets (drugs) that you want to prepare in advance for quick response, other than the same as the drug cassette 90 so that you can quickly replace the cassette or install the desired cassette prior to the drug replenishment work on the cassette. Pre-stored in one or more drug cassettes. Then, the cassette is held in the pre-made cassette mounting unit 70 of the chemical storage unit 50 as a pre-made cassette for later use. Since the pre-made cassette mounting unit 70 has an orange pre-made cassette reaction member 72, the pre-made cassette reaction member 62 is easily removed from the black drug cassette mounting unit 60 and the replenishment cassette reaction member 82 is easily accessible from the white replenishment cassette mounting unit 80. Can be identified as.

Then, when the pre-made cassette is mounted on any of the pre-made cassette mounting portions 70, the information carrier of the pre-made cassette is used by the information reading device of the pre-made cassette seating portion 71 of the pre-made cassette mounting portion 70 to be mounted. Since the identification information of the mounting cassette is read and transmitted to the control device, the control device manages the location and position of the prefabricated cassette and the prefabricated cassette mounting unit 70 that holds the prefabricated cassette. Further, also when the above-mentioned medicine cassette 90 is mounted, the identification information of the mounting cassette is read by the information reading device of the medicine cassette seating portion 61 of the medicine cassette mounting portion 60 of the cassette mounting destination and transmitted to the control device in the same manner. Therefore, the location and position of the drug cassette 90 and the drug cassette mounting portion 60 that holds the drug cassette 90 are managed by the control device.

Further, the type and amount of the medicine contained in each cassette are input to the control device via the operation console 40, and if possible, downloaded from a dispensing server or the like and used for management of the control device. When linked with a dispensing server, data collation and packaging processing based on the data collation are performed according to the management.
Then, as the packaging process progresses, when the drug cassette 90 mounted on any of the drug cassette mounting portions 60 becomes empty, another drug cassette 90 containing the same drug is used as another drug in the drug storage section 50. If it is mounted on the cassette mounting unit 60, the drug cassette 90 in charge of drug discharge is switched to the cassette mounting section 60, and automatic packaging is continued.

If such a drug cassette 90 is not mounted on any of the drug cassette mounting portions 60, or if even such a drug cassette 90 is emptied, automatic packaging is interrupted. Immediately after the interruption, or when the drug cassette 90 during drug discharge is likely to be empty in preparation for such interruption, the pre-prepared cassette containing the same drug is installed in the pre-prepared cassette of the drug storage section 50 before the interruption. Whether or not it is held in the part 70 is checked by the control device (or the dispensing server), and if there is a corresponding one, the work of taking out the pre-made cassette from the chemical storage part 50 in preparation for use. The instruction is automatically displayed on the console 40.

Then, the worker who sees the display removes the corresponding pre-made cassette from the pre-made cassette mounting unit 70 according to the instruction in order to restart or continue the automatic packaging, and removes the pre-made cassette from the chemical storage unit 50. It will be mounted on an empty drug cassette mounting section 60, but the cassette mounting work at that time (see FIGS. 5 (b) to (d)) is in front of the drug cassette seating section 61 (base). It can be done easily and quickly because it can be done by pushing the prefabricated cassette to the forward-facing drug cassette seating section 61 and attaching it to the drug cassette seating section 61 while lightly pushing the drug cassette reaction member 62 hanging upward with the prefabricated cassette. You can finish it.

When there is no empty drug cassette mounting portion 60, the unused drug cassette 90 is removed from the forward-facing drug cassette seating portion 61, and the drug cassette 90, the pre-made cassette, or the replenishment cassette after replenishment is to be used there. The cassette removal work at that time can be completed easily and quickly because the corresponding drug cassette 90 is simply removed from the drug cassette seating portion 61 and pulled out. When the drug cassette 90 is removed, the light-shielding drug cassette reaction member 62 that has been placed on the drug cassette 90 and is in a state close to sideways returns to a free vertical state, and the forward-facing drug cassette seating portion 61 Since the front opening is closed at least in the upper portion, most of the strong illumination light from the ceiling is blocked in front of the forward-facing drug cassette seating portion 61, and the drug discharging portion attached to the back side of the drug cassette seating portion 61 is provided. Since it hardly reaches the sensor, the drug discharge sensor rarely malfunctions due to ambient light even when the forward-facing drug cassette seating portion 61 is not attached to the cassette.

Then, the replenishment cassette reaction member 82 is white and self-explanatory replenishment to the replenishment cassette, which is a drug cassette that is emptied or is likely to be emptied during or after the execution of a series of packaging operations and is the target of replenishment of the drug. The cassette mounting portion 80 is used to replenish the drug.
Specifically, first, the replenishment cassette is mounted on the replenishment cassette seating portion 81, and both the cassette mounting work at that time and the prefabricated cassette mounting the prefabricated cassette seating portion 71 are the drug cassettes already described in detail. It can be easily and quickly performed in the same manner as when the 90 is attached to the drug cassette seating portion 61 (see FIGS. 5 (b) to 5 (d)).

When the replenishment cassette is held by the replenishment cassette mounting unit 80, the identification information of the replenishment cassette is read from the information carrier of the replenishment cassette by the information reading device of the replenishment cassette seating unit 81 and transmitted to the control device. Then, when the type and amount of the drug to be replenished are known by the data search of the drug master by the control device, the work instruction is displayed on the operation console 40, and the operator inputs the drug into the replenishment cassette accordingly. .. If the data on the type and amount of the drug to be replenished has not been set yet, or if the type and amount of the drug to be replenished are to be changed, the operator sets the data for the control device by operating the console 40 or the like. ..

Then, the replenishment cassette that has been replenished with the drug is mounted as the drug cassette 90 in one of the drug cassette mounting portions 60, or as a pre-made cassette in any of the pre-made cassette mounting portions 70.
In this way, in the drug packaging machine 10, the pre-made cassette and the replenishment cassette are placed in the portion of the drug storage section 50 that corresponds to the outside of the lower constriction collecting section 52, which has not been used so much in the past. Replacing the drug cassette 90 with the pre-made cassette and replenishing the drug to the replenishment cassette can be easily, quickly and accurately performed without increasing the size of the device for holding the cassette or the replenishment cassette.

[others]
Tablets are typical of the drugs that are collectively stored in the drug cassette 90 and sequentially discharged, but the drug is not limited to this, and tablets such as half tablets may be divided in advance and can be discharged in appropriate amounts by volume or the like. However, granules or the like may be used as long as the drug can be collected without any inconvenience by the drug collection mechanism when dropped.

In the above embodiment, the ones in which the drug collecting mechanisms 51 to 53 are integrally connected are shown, but since it is sufficient that the falling paths of the discharged drugs are connected vertically, the members 51, 52, and 53 are separate bodies. It may be a thing. For example, the upper portion 51 may be mainly composed of a large number of elongated vertical tubes or the like, and the lower constriction collecting portion 52 may be mainly composed of a single or a small number of large inverted frustum-shaped tubes.

In the above embodiment, both the drug cassette seating portion 61 and the prefabricated cassette seating portion 71 are facing forward, but this is not essential, and some of them may be turned sideways.
In the above embodiment, the mounting position of the drug cassette or the pre-made cassette containing the specified type of drug in the drug storage is displayed on the operation console 40, but instead or in addition to that, the drug cassette is seated. Individual display members such as lighting members may be attached to the portion 61, the prefabricated cassette seating portion 71, or the front end surface of the shelf in the vicinity thereof, and guidance displays may be made at each applicable location.

In the above embodiment, the replenishment cassette mounting unit 80 is almost the same as the pre-made cassette mounting unit 70 except for the color of the replenishment cassette reaction member 82, but from the viewpoint of facilitating the drug replenishment work, replenishment is performed. It is preferable that the cassette seating portion 81 can be pulled out toward the front by a manual operation or the like, and it is further preferable that the replenishment cassette seating portion 81 is automatically moved forward in response to a replenishment start instruction or the like for the operation console 40.

In the above embodiment, the cassette responding members 62, 72, 82 are color-coded for visual identification of the cassette mounting portions 60, 70, 80, but the cassette responding members of the cassette mounting portions 70, 80 that do not discharge the drug. Since light-shielding properties are not essential for 72 and 82, for example, a light-shielding member is used for the drug cassette response member 62, a translucent member is used for the prefabricated cassette response member 72, and a transparent member is used for the replenishment cassette response member 82. By using the cassette mounting portions 60, 70, and 80, the cassette mounting portions 60, 70, and 80 can be easily visually distinguished.

In the above embodiment, the cassette reaction members 62, 72, 82 swing around the upper end, but the installation mode of the cassette response members 62, 72, 82 is not limited to that, for example, disturbance. The blocked portion and the moving mode may be changed depending on the position where light is emitted, and may be easily deformed, for example, a curtain.
Further, in order not only to reduce the influence of such disturbance light but also to eliminate and reduce the influence of disturbance due to dust and the like, air is blown above the forward cassette seating portions 61, 71 and 81 to prevent dust and the like from entering. Alternatively, it is also good to collect dust and the like by air suction.

The drug packaging machine of the present invention can be expected to have a high effect by applying it to a single drug feeder before and after (see the above Examples and Patent Document 2), but the application is not limited thereto. It can also be applied to those in which a plurality of drug feeders are arranged in the front-rear direction (see Patent Documents 1 and 3), and the cassette storage shelf or the like can be slid from the drug storage section and pulled out forward. The application to the existing drug packaging machine is not excluded (see Patent Documents 4 to 6).
