Description
特許第5749354号公報の実施例1に記載の方法に沿って樹脂組成物(樹脂部材)を作製した。具体的には、まず、10.7gのDER332エポキシ樹脂(ダウケミカル社製)と、0.81gの亜鉛(II)アセチルアセトネートとをビーカに入れた。さらに、3.5gの無水グルタル酸を加え、ビーカを恒温槽に入れ加熱し、これらが完全に溶解するまで混合した。次いで、均一になった溶液をテトラフルオロエチレン製の型に流し込み、140℃で8時間加熱プレスし、樹脂部材として、平板状の樹脂組成物を作製した。そして、作製した樹脂部材をアルミ板(金属部材)と重ね合わせ、200℃で3時間加熱しながらプレスを行い、室温まで自然冷却することで、前記の図1に示す形状の樹脂金属複合体を得た。
まず、国際公開第2016/178345号の実施例1に記載の液状ワニスを作製した。具体的には、スチレン(東京化成社製、重合によりポリスチレンが得られる)3.0gと、ビスフェノールAグリセロラートジメタクリラート(アルドリッチ社製)3.0gと、2−ヒドロキシメタクリレート0.77gと、過酸化物重合開始剤CT50(日立化成社製)0.11gと、ナフテン酸亜鉛(II)(東京化成社製)0.32gとをガラス製のスクリュー瓶に入れた。そして、ミックスロータを用いてスクリュー瓶中の試薬を攪拌し、均一な液状ワニスを作製した。
前記の実施例2と同様の方法により、液状ワニスを作製した。作製した液状ワニスをテトラフルオロエチレン製のビーカに入れ、120℃の恒温槽中で4時間加熱することで硬化物を得た。硬化物をビーカから取り出し、乳鉢で十分に粉砕することで、粉体状の硬化物を得た。この硬化物は、前記の図6を参照しながら説明した接着層3に相当するものである。
エポキシ基を有するシランカップリング剤(3−グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシラン)の0.5%水溶液にアルミニウム板を浸漬させ、空気中で乾燥させた。この操作により、アルミニウム板(金属部材)の表面に、前記の図7を参照しながら説明したカップリング剤4が配置されたことになる。次いで、このアルミニウム板と、前記の実施例2で作製した繊維強化樹脂(樹脂部材)とを重ね合わせ、前記の実施例2と同様にして樹脂金属複合体を得た。
前記の実施例2に記載の方法と同様の方法により、樹脂金属複合体を作製した。なお、この方法で作製された樹脂金属複合体の接合強度が強固であることは、前記の実施例2において確認されている。
Science、356、62−65ページの記載に従って、ポリメタクリル酸をジオキサボラン誘導体で架橋した樹脂部材を作製した。作製した樹脂部材とステンレス板(SUS304、金属部材)とを重ね合わせ、190℃で1時間加熱プレスし、樹脂金属複合体を得た。
比較例として、特許第5749354号公報の比較例1に記載の方法を一部変更した方法により樹脂組成物(樹脂部材)を作製した。ここで作製した樹脂組成物は、動的共有結合を有しないものである。まず、10.7gのDER332エポキシ樹脂(ダウケミカル社製)をビーカに入れた。さらに、3.5gの無水グルタル酸を加え、ビーカを恒温槽に入れ加熱し、これらが完全に溶解するまで混合した。次いで、均一になった溶液を使用して、前記の実施例1と同様にすることで、平板状の樹脂組成物(樹脂部材)、及び、前記の図1に示す形状の樹脂金属複合体を得た。

- 金属部材と、当該金属部材と接合しているとともに、当該金属部材の表面に存在する第1官能基に対し可逆的に解離及び結合可能な動的共有結合を有する樹脂部材と、を備え、前記金属部材と前記樹脂部材とは、前記樹脂部材の表面に存在する第2官能基と、前記第1官能基との間で前記動的共有結合を形成することで接合している樹脂金属複合体を解体する方法であって、
