Description
The present invention relates to a stirrer and a stirrer equipped with the stirrer.
As a method of dissolving or dispersing inclusions such as liquid and powder, such as when powdered milk is mixed with water, the powder is made into a paste in advance with a small amount of cold water or warm water, and then the liquid is added to uniformly dissolve or disperse the powder. There is a method, but a simpler method is expected.
In this regard, a method in which a stirrer is put into a container, the stirrer is shaken to move the stirrer randomly in the container, and small lumps (lumps) of powder are efficiently crushed and uniformly dispersed or dissolved while cutting the liquid. Is disclosed (for example, Patent Document 1 below).
The stirrer described in Patent Document 1 has an egg-shaped (eggplant-shaped) or flat shape, and has a configuration in which a plurality of hemispherical protrusions are formed at intervals on the surface of the main body in which the position of the center of gravity is unevenly distributed. ..
According to Patent Document 1, by shaking the container provided with the stirrer, the highly viscous paint that can be easily separated into two phases can be sufficiently mixed in a short time.
However, in the above-mentioned conventional stirrer, since the position of the center of gravity is unevenly distributed, the movement of the stirrer in the container is biased, and it is difficult to move the stirrer all over the container to decoct the liquid for a short time. There was a problem that it was still difficult to dissolve or homogenize in.
Therefore, the present invention provides a stirrer capable of uniformly dispersing, mixing or dissolving the inclusions in the container in a short time.

According to this configuration, the protrusions can be radially projected from the center of the core, so that the bias of the movement of the stirrer in the container can be suppressed.
The protrusion of the present invention may protrude in the direction perpendicular to each surface of the virtual regular polyhedron when the core portion is assumed to be a virtual regular polyhedron.
According to this configuration, the protrusions can be radially projected from the center of the core at a constant angle, so that the bias of the movement of the stirrer in the container can be suppressed more effectively.

The protrusion of the present invention may have a circular cross section orthogonal to the protrusion direction.
According to this configuration, the liquid can be smoothly decocted by the protrusions.

The stirring container of the present invention includes a container body for accommodating a liquid, a cap that is detachably attached to the container body and seals the container body, and the container body is provided with the stirrer of the present invention.
According to this configuration, any of the above actions can be obtained in mixing the liquid or the like contained in the container body.
The stirrer of the present invention has the effect that it can move evenly and evenly in the container as a whole to uniformly disperse, mix or dissolve the inclusions in the container in a short time.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, the stirrer A and the stirrer container 1 accommodating the stirrer A according to the embodiment of the present invention include, for example, a plurality of types of liquids, liquids and powders, and a plurality of types in which the components are easily separated. It is an instrument that uniformly mixes, disperses, or dissolves inclusions such as powder of.
As shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 3 (a), the stirrer A has
As shown in FIG. 2B, the stirrer A projects when projected from the protruding direction of each
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 3B, the stirrer A is placed on a flat surface so as to stand on the
The
Further, the protruding dimension of the protruding
In the stirrer A shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the protrusion dimension of the

As the raw material of the stirrer A, silicon rubber, natural rubber, plastic, glass, hollow stainless steel, and those coated with silicon rubber, plastic or the like can be preferably used.
The mass of the stirrer A is preferably 1 to 30 g, more preferably 1 to 10 g, and particularly preferably 1 to 5 g.
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the stirring container 1 includes a container
The container

As shown in FIG. 6, a large number of small holes p are formed on the base end side of the inner hole of the
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the

With the above configuration, when the stirrer A put into the stirrer container 1 is moved freely up and down, left and right or diagonally by shaking the stirrer container 1, or is rotated while moving, the stirrer A is rotated from one direction. A mixture such as liquid and powder can be finely decocted by the

Therefore, the stirrer A has the effect of being able to effectively mix, disperse, or dissolve the inclusions in a short time.
Further, since the distance between the
The above-mentioned stirrer A can function effectively in any container, but when used in the stirrer container 1 of the present application, it exerts a particularly advantageous effect. That is, since the
Therefore, according to the stirrer A and the stirrer container 1, the effect that the inclusions can be mixed or dissolved more efficiently is obtained. As a result, according to the stirrer A and the stirrer 1 It is possible to prevent a person who drinks the dissolved liquid from having an unpleasant texture due to powder lumps.
In the above embodiment, the stirrer A has been described as an example in which the regular polyhedron assumed as the
Further, the plurality of
Further, the number of
Further, if the number of the plurality of
Therefore, the number of the plurality of
Further, the
As for the size of the stirring container in the present invention, the maximum horizontal diameter of the inside of the stirring container when the stirring container is erected is preferably in the range of 25 to 200 mm, more preferably 30 to 100 mm. .. Further, the height of the inner space of the container in the vertical direction when the stirring container is erected is preferably 50 to 250 mm, more preferably 60 to 180 mm. Further, the preferable volume of the stirring container is 100 to 2000 ml, and 140 to 1000 ml is particularly preferable.
Next, regarding the solubility when the powder is put into a liquid and dissolved by using the same stirrer B and other stirrer B as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 and the stirrer container 1-3. Test Example 1-7 (Examples 1-14, 16, Example 15, Comparative Example 1-6) will be specifically described.
[Test Example 1]
(1) Purpose This test was conducted to investigate how the solubility of the powder differs depending on the number of stirrers placed in the stirring container.
(2) Test equipment and test method In this test example, the stirrer A, powder and liquid shown in Table 1 were put into the stirring container 1 and sealed, and the stirring container 1 was shaken the number of times shown in Table 1. Then, the dissolved state of the powder in the liquid was visually observed.
Then, the number of stirrers A was changed as shown in Table 1 to perform dissolution.
The stirring container 1 is a plastic cannonball-shaped shaking bottle (SK shaker 260cc manufactured by Tosei Container Co., Ltd.) having a height of 170 mm, a diameter of 75 mm, and a capacity of 450 ml.
The stirrer A is a stirrer having a major axis (the length from the tip of the
The content of the liquid is 40 g of water at 45 ° C.
The powder is 10 g of dog milk powder (granulated product) manufactured by Mori Milk Sunworld.
(3) Test results The dissolution results of this test are as shown in Table 1.
Regarding the dissolution results, × indicates that lumps of 3 mmφ or more remained, Δ indicates that fine lumps of less than 3 mmφ were observed, but the dissolution was almost good, and Δ'is a slightly worse result than Δ. It indicates that it was, and ◯ indicates that it was dissolved well without leaving fine lumps.
The symbol "←" in Table 1 means "similar to the one on the left".
The above notation is common to all the tables below.
As a result of this test, when the stirrer A was not put in the stirring container 1, the dissolution was poor (Comparative Example 1), whereas when the stirrer A was put, the dissolution was poor (Reference Examples 1 to 4). Was good, and in particular, when two or more stirrers A were added (Reference Examples 2 to 4), the dissolution was very good.
[Test Example 2]
(1) This test was conducted to examine the solubility when a powder different from that of Test Example 1 and a different stirring container were used.
(2) Test equipment and test method Using the stirring
The stirring
The temperature of the liquid was set to 50 ° C.
The powder is 10 g of mascarpone powder manufactured by Morinaga Milk Industry Co., Ltd.
Mascarpone is a type of cream cheese and is a powder that is difficult to dissolve in the dog milk powder (granulated product) of Test Example 1. That is, the dog milk in this test is a powder obtained by granulating a product having a fat content of 35%, and is relatively easily dissolved in warm water. However, mascarpone powder has a high milk fat content of 60%, and when stored at a high temperature of about 35 ° C., soft lumps are likely to be formed, and since the melting point of milk fat is high, it takes time to dissolve in low temperature water.
(3) Test results The dissolution results of this test are as shown in Table 2. As for the result of this test, when the stirrer A was not put in the stirring container 2 (Comparative Example 2), the dissolution was poor, whereas when the stirrer A was put in (Reference Examples 5 to 8). The dissolution was good, and especially when two or more stirrers A were added (Reference Examples 6 to 8), the dissolution was very good.

(2) Test equipment and test method Evaluation was carried out in the same manner as in Test Example 1 except that the liquid and powder shown in Table 4 were used and the stirring container 1 was shaken several times as shown in Table 4.
The liquid is 80 g of water at 40 ° C.
The powder is 20 g of tube diet caquesia powder manufactured by Morimilk Sunworld.
This Kakeshia powder is a therapeutic food for pets, and is a high-protein, high-fat powder that is sometimes used as a tube feeding food. It took a long time to dissolve the paste.
(3) Test results The dissolution results of this test are as shown in Table 4. As a result of this test, when the stirrer A was not put in the stirring container 1, the dissolution was poor (Comparative Example 4), whereas when the stirrer A was put, the dissolution was very high (Reference Example 12). Was good.
[Test Example 5]
(1) This test was carried out using the same stirring container 1 as in Test Example 1 to examine the solubility when various conditions such as the amount of liquid, the amount and type of powder were changed.
(2) Test equipment and test method As shown in Table 5, the stirring container 1 was used, and the evaluation was performed in the same manner as in Test Example 2 except that the number of stirring bars A shown in Table 5 was used.
(3) Test results The dissolution results of this test are as shown in Table 5. As a result of this test, when the stirrer A was not put in the stirring container 1, the dissolution was poor (Comparative Example 5), whereas when the stirrer A was put, the dissolution was very high (Reference Example 13). Was good.
[Test Example 6]
(1) This test was carried out using the same stirring container 1 as in Test Example 1 to examine the solubility when various conditions such as the amount of liquid, the amount and type of powder were changed.
(2) Test equipment and test method As shown in Table 6, the evaluation was carried out in the same manner as in Test Example 5 except that the amounts of liquid and powder were twice those of Test Example 5.
(3) Test results The dissolution results of this test are as shown in Table 6. As a result of this test, when the stirrer A was not put in the stirring container 1, the dissolution was poor (Comparative Example 6), whereas when the stirrer A was put, the dissolution was very high (Reference Example 14). Was good.
[Test Example 7]
(1) This test was conducted to examine the solubility in cases where the shape of the stirrer (length of the protrusion) is different.
(2) Test equipment and test method In this test, in addition to the stirrer A, the stirrer B shown in FIG. 10 was used for the test. The stirrer B shown in FIG. 10 is obtained by cutting and removing the tip of the
(3) Test results Evaluation was carried out in the same manner as in Test Example 2 except that the stirrer and liquid shown in Table 7 were used.
The dissolution results of this test are as shown in Table 7. As a result of this test, when the stirrer B was put in the stirring container 1 (Example 15), it was slightly better than the state where the lump of 3 mmφ or more remained (the state of ×), but it was less than 3 mmφ. The result was that it was slightly inferior to the state in which a few small lumps were seen (the state of △) (this was evaluated as △'). That is, the stirrer B was found to have some effect as compared with the case where the stirrer was not added at all. On the other hand, when the stirrer A was added (Reference Example 16), the dissolution was very good. Moreover, the number of stirrers A in Reference Example 16 was 2, and the dissolution was very good even though the number was reduced as compared with Example 15.
(Summary of evaluation results)
When only one stirrer A was used as in Reference Examples 1, 5 and 9, a small amount of fine lumps remained in each case, but the mixture was dissolved almost satisfactorily. Further, when 2 or more and 6 or less stirrers A were used as in Reference Examples 2-4, 6-8, 10-14, 16, in each case, good dissolution was possible. There was almost no difference in the solubility between the case where two stirrers A were used and the case where three or more stirrers A were used. Further, as shown in Test Example 6, even if the amount of powder and liquid charged into the stirring container 1 was doubled as in the case of Test Example 5, there was no difference in the results.
On the other hand, when the stirrer A was not used as in Comparative Example 1-6, a relatively large lump of about 3-5 mmφ remained, and the dissolution did not proceed sufficiently.
Further, when a plurality of stirrers B in which the tip of the
