Description
The present invention relates to a sheet for attaching to the skin.
Conventionally, as a sheet to be used by being attached to the skin, a sheet having various structures has been known in order to obtain a desired effect. For example, Patent Documents 1 and 2 disclose a cooling sheet material composed of a laminate using a gas permeable sheet base material made of a continuous microporous film in order to bring about a cooling action, and further gas. It is also described that by controlling the water pressure resistance of the permeable sheet base material and the average pore size of the continuous microporous film, liquid impermeableness, water leakage resistance, vapor permeability, etc. can be ensured and the cooling effect can be enhanced. ..
On the other hand, as one that can be utilized for such a sheet, Patent Document 3 describes 50 weights of a split type composite fiber made of a polyolefin resin having two different components and having at least one component divided into two or more in a fiber cross section. A base cloth for a patch, which is a non-woven fabric containing% or more and can have a specific value of water resistance and a maximum pore size, is disclosed, and when a drug is applied to such a base cloth, the drug appears on the opposite surface. It has been shown that the occurrence of strike-through phenomenon can be prevented.
On the other hand, as disclosed in Patent Documents 4 to 5, a cooling gel sheet in which a water-containing gel layer is laminated on a support such as a non-woven fabric has also been developed, and such a sheet is water when water in the water-containing gel layer evaporates. The heat of vaporization of the material is used to provide a cooling effect on the applied skin.
However, when a sheet is produced by using a hydrogel layer as described in Patent Documents 4 to 5 and increasing the water content of the layer, a substrate or a base as described in Patent Documents 1 to 3 is used. Even if a cloth is used, there is a high possibility that gel and moisture strike-through cannot be sufficiently prevented, and there is still room for improvement in order to ensure a comfortable feeling when applied to the skin.
That is, the present invention relates to a skin-attaching sheet that has a gel layer having a high water content, sufficiently prevents gel and water from strike-through during production, and also has good followability to the skin.
Therefore, as a result of various studies, the present inventors have conducted various studies and found that a water-containing polymer gel having a high water content and a resin fiber sheet having a specific thickness and basis weight and a specific value of air permeability are laminated. It has been found that a skin-attaching sheet capable of effectively preventing gel and water strike-through while maintaining high followability to the skin can be obtained.
Therefore, in the present invention, the following hydrous polymer gel (A) and resin fiber sheet (B):
(A) A hydrous polymer gel having a water content of 50% by mass or more and 95% by mass or less,
(B) The thickness is 0.01 mm or more and 0.4 mm or less, the basis weight is 3 g / m 2 or more and 70 g / m 2 or less, and the air permeability is 0.1 cc / cm 2 seconds or more and 90 cc / cm 2 ·. It is intended to provide a skin-attaching sheet in which a resin fiber sheet having a second time or less is laminated.
According to the present invention, while having a gel layer having a high water content, it is possible to effectively prevent the gel and water from strike-through during manufacturing, and it is also excellent in followability to the skin, so that it is highly used. It is possible to realize a skin-sticking sheet that gives a feeling.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
The sheet for skin application of the present invention includes the following hydrous polymer gel (A) and resin fiber sheet (B):
(A) A hydrous polymer gel having a water content of 50% by mass or more and 95% by mass or less,
