Description
The present invention relates to a bathroom floor and a construction method thereof.
In recent years, remodeling has been actively carried out in housing such as single-family homes and condominiums, nursing care facilities, long-term care welfare facilities, hospitals and the like.
In these buildings, not only rooms and corridors but also bathrooms are required to be remodeled. In particular, the bathroom floors of old buildings are often tiled, which makes bathers slippery, and the low surface temperature in winter causes heat shock.
As a means for solving such a problem, for example, a bathroom washroom floor as shown in
This bathroom washroom floor has a surface material provided on the base material, a cushion material provided between the base material and the surface material, and a sealing portion that closes between the wall panel and the edge of the surface material. And have.
Specifically, in the bathroom washroom floor, a hard surface material 30 such as FRP is provided on a
Further, a sealing portion 50 is provided for the purpose of watertightly closing the space between the wall panel 80 and the
In the above-mentioned conventional bathroom washroom floor, if the width of the seal portion is narrow, the watertightness becomes insufficient, and water may infiltrate through the gap between the side surface of the surface material and the wall panel. The water that has entered through the gap penetrates between the back surface of the surface material or the back surface of the cushion material and the surface of the base material, which causes the generation of mold and odor.
On the other hand, when the width of the seal portion is widened in order to prevent the ingress of water, the exposed seal portion may be conspicuous, spoiling the aesthetic appearance of the bathroom and causing deterioration of the design. Generally, the sealing material constituting the sealing portion has a white or gray appearance, and therefore, if the color tone of the surface material is different, the presence of the sealing portion may be emphasized more than necessary.
If the width of the seal portion is limited in order to prevent deterioration of the design, the watertightness is also limited, and water easily penetrates into the back surface of the surface material.
Further, the conventional bathroom washroom floor generally uses a surface material having a hardness such as FRP, and since such a surface material is not flexible, it is easily damaged unless it has a certain thickness. .. When the surface material is made thicker to maintain the strength, the thickness of the sealing portion of the gap between the side surface of the surface material and the wall panel is also increased, so that it becomes difficult for water to reach the back surface of the surface material.
However, when a resin sheet is applied on the existing base and the floor is remodeled, the floor is relatively thin so that the height of the floor after the remodeling does not become too high. Must be used. Further, by reducing the thickness, the flexibility of the sheet can be improved and the workability at the time of remodeling can be improved.
In this case, the depth of the gap formed between the side surface of the seat and the wall panel becomes shallow, and the thickness of the seal portion filled in this gap becomes thin. The infiltrated water tends to reach the back surface of the sheet relatively easily.
Further, when the thickness of the sheet used for remodeling is thin, the temperature of the hot water applied to the front surface is easily transmitted to the back surface, and the temperature of the back surface of the sheet tends to be relatively high. For this reason, on the back surface of the seat, the conditions for mold generation are met by the water that has entered from between the seat edge and the wall panel and the high temperature, and mold is easily generated and proliferated on the back surface of the bathroom sheet. , There was a problem that odor was easily generated.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a bathroom floor and a construction method thereof that can improve the design of the bathroom and prevent the generation of mold and odor. do.

If the content of the antifungal agent is too low, the antifungal effect may not be obtained. Further, if the content of the antifungal agent exceeds a certain amount, the antifungal effect is saturated. Therefore, if the content of the antifungal agent is too large, the economic efficiency may be inferior.

FIG. 6A is an enlarged vertical cross-sectional view of the bathroom floor according to the present invention. In FIG. 6A, the

Therefore, the width 7L1 is preferably 3 to 8 mm.

The construction method of the bathroom floor will be described below. The bathroom floor construction method of the present embodiment includes a step of applying an adhesive containing an antifungal agent on the
First, an adhesive containing an antifungal agent is applied onto the

Next, the sealing
After filling the
The bathroom floor is completed by the construction method described above.
The construction method of the present invention may further include a step of shaping the sealing

FIG. 7 is an enlarged vertical cross-sectional view of the second embodiment of the bathroom floor according to the present invention. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7A, the width 7L1 of the sealing
In the present embodiment, the range of the width 7L1 is the same as that of the first embodiment described above. Therefore, also in the present embodiment, the bathroom floor of the present invention can improve the design of the bathroom, have excellent watertightness, and prevent the generation of mold and odor, as in the first embodiment. Can produce the effect.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications and modifications can be made.
For example, in the second embodiment described above, a single
