Description
The present invention relates to an optical unit with a shake correction function that corrects runout of an optical module mounted on a mobile terminal with a camera or the like.
In an optical unit for photography used in optical equipment such as an image pickup device mounted on a mobile terminal, a drive recorder, an unmanned helicopter, etc., an optical module is used to cancel the shake in order to suppress the disturbance of the shot image due to the shake. A function to move and correct the runout has been developed. In this runout correction function, an optical module provided with an optical element is movably supported with respect to a fixed body made of a housing such as an optical device, and the optical module is moved according to runout by a runout correction drive mechanism. The configuration is adopted.
The form of the runout includes not only so-called pitching (pitching) and yawing (rolling), but also rolling around the optical axis. For this reason, a runout correction drive mechanism has been developed that can handle all of these pitching, yawing, and rolling.
For example, in Patent Document 1, in a case fixed to a housing or the like of an optical device, a drive mechanism for rocking correction that swings the optical element around two axes orthogonal to the optical axis, and an optical element are illuminated. A driving mechanism for rolling correction that rotates around an axis is provided. In this case, the optical element is held by a holder, and a vibration correction drive mechanism composed of a magnet and a drive coil facing the magnet is provided between the holder and a support surrounding the holder. .. Further, the support surrounding these optical elements and the drive mechanism for vibration correction is provided with a shaft portion extending along the optical axis direction, and the shaft portion is rotatably supported by a bearing provided in the case. .. Then, between the case and the support, a rolling correction drive mechanism composed of a magnet and a drive coil facing the magnet is provided.
Both the rocking correction drive mechanism and the rolling correction drive mechanism are configured to be driven by the electromagnetic force of the drive coil generated in the magnetic field of the magnet, and the optical element is swung by the rocking correction drive mechanism. The pitching and yawing are corrected, and the rolling correction drive mechanism rotates the optical element together with the support around the optical axis to correct the rolling.
Further, in Patent Document 2, a single-phase motor including a stator having a coil and a rotor having a magnet is used as a mechanism for rolling correction while rotatably supporting the support around the optical axis. Then, the shaft portion of the stator of the rolling correction drive mechanism is connected to the support via the connecting member. This shaft portion is rotatably supported by a bearing on the motor case.
By the way, in such an optical unit, since the support has a vibration correction drive mechanism and an optical element having a magnet and a drive coil inside, the mass tends to be large. Further, this support is cantilevered with respect to a rolling support mechanism (bearing) that rotatably supports the support. Therefore, when an impact is applied by dropping an electronic device incorporating this optical unit, the shaft portion may be deformed by the impact load and the support structure for the support may be damaged.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to suppress damage to the support structure even in the event of a drop impact or the like, and to stabilize the support to the optical element.
The optical unit with a runout correction function of the present invention includes a movable body having an optical element, a support that surrounds the movable body, and a swing support mechanism that swingably supports the movable body with respect to the support. A swing correction drive mechanism for swinging the movable body in the support body, a fixed body surrounding the support body, and a support shaft supported by the fixed body and connected to the support body with respect to the fixed body. A rolling support mechanism that rotatably supports the optical element around the optical axis, a rolling correction drive mechanism that rotates the support around the optical axis in the fixed body, and the support in the fixed body. The rotation support mechanism is provided with a rotation support mechanism for supporting the rotation around the optical axis, and the rotation support mechanism arranges a plurality of rollers whose axes are arranged in parallel with the optical axis at intervals around the optical axis. Then, the cylindrical surface of the roller is brought into contact with the support to support it.
Since this optical unit is provided with a rotation support mechanism that contacts the support, the support can be supported together with the rolling support mechanism in a double-sided state. Therefore, when an impact is applied to the optical unit, the support can be directly received by the rotation support mechanism, and the support can be prevented from being displaced. Further, since the rotation support mechanism is composed of a plurality of rollers, the contact surface between the support and the rollers can be largely secured on the line along the optical axis, and the impact can be dispersed and received by the rollers. Therefore, deformation and breakage of the connecting member can be prevented, and the support can be stably held.
As a preferred embodiment of the optical unit with a runout correction function of the present invention, it is preferable that the rollers are provided at three or more locations around the optical axis at equal intervals.
Each roller comes into uniform contact with the support toward the optical axis, so that the centering with the rolling support mechanism can be accurately performed, and the rotation of the support around the optical axis can be smoothly supported. Therefore, the rotation of the support by the rolling correction drive mechanism is not hindered by the rotation support mechanism, and the support can be smoothly rotated.
As a preferred embodiment of the optical unit with a runout correction function of the present invention, a cylindrical inner surface centered on the optical axis is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the fixed body, and the support has a recess for rotatably accommodating the roller. It is preferable that the roller is formed so as to be rollable on the inner surface of the cylinder.
By providing each roller on the inner surface of the cylinder of the fixed body so as to be rollable, reliability such as wear resistance can be improved. Further, the frictional resistance between the support and the roller can be reduced as compared with the case where the roller is fixed. Therefore, each roller can smoothly support the rotation of the support around the optical axis, and the support can be smoothly rotated without hindering the rotation of the support by the rolling correction drive mechanism. Further, the structure can be simplified by providing the support with a recess for accommodating the rollers and providing the support with a roller holding function.
As a preferred embodiment of the optical unit with a runout correction function of the present invention, it is preferable that a friction member is provided on the inner surface of the cylinder of the fixed body. Due to the friction member, the roller can be smoothly rolled on the inner surface of the cylinder of the fixed body without idling.
As a preferred embodiment of the optical unit with a runout correction function of the present invention, the rotation support mechanism has a pair of support plates fixed to the fixed body and arranged at intervals in the optical axis direction. It is preferable that the rollers are supported between the pair of support plates.
By holding each roller with a pair of support plates, each roller can be handled as one, and assembly workability can be improved. In addition, since it is easy to check and adjust the contact condition between each roller and the support before incorporating the support into the fixed body, it is possible to suppress variations in the contact condition for each optical unit, and each roller stabilizes the support. Can be supported.
As a preferred embodiment of the optical unit with a runout correction function of the present invention, the contact surface of the support with the roller is formed on the outer surface of a cylinder centered on the optical axis, and both ends are formed on the pair of support plates. Each has a guide shaft that is fixed and rotatably supports the roller around the axis of the roller, the roller has a guide hole through which the guide shaft is inserted, and the roller rolls on the outer surface of the cylinder. It is provided so that it can be moved.
Also in this case, by holding each roller with a pair of support plates, each roller can be handled integrally, and assembly workability can be improved. In addition, since it is easy to check and adjust the contact condition between each roller and the support before incorporating the support into the fixed body, it is possible to suppress variations in the contact condition for each optical unit, and each roller stabilizes the support. Can be supported.
Further, by rotatably supporting the rollers on the guide shafts fixed to the pair of support plates, the rollers roll when the support is rotated, and the support and the support are compared with the case where the rollers are fixed. The frictional resistance with the rollers can be reduced. Therefore, the rotation of the support around the optical axis can be smoothly supported, and the rotation of the support by the rolling correction drive mechanism can be smoothly guided.
Further, in this case, it is preferable that the friction member is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the roller or the outer surface of the cylinder of the support. The friction member allows the roller to smoothly roll on the outer surface of the cylinder of the support without idling.
As a preferred embodiment of the optical unit with a runout correction function of the present invention, the fixed body has a configuration in which a plurality of cases divided along the optical axis are combined, and the support plate and the mating portion of the case are combined. It is preferable that a concave groove is formed in the support plate or the mating portion of the case at the facing position.
By forming a concave groove in either the support plate or the mating portion of the case, the space between the fixed body and the support plate is not partially narrowed. Can be reliably placed in position. Therefore, the support can be rotatably supported in a stable state by the rotation support mechanism, and the rotation of the support by the rolling correction drive mechanism can be smoothly guided.
As a preferred embodiment of the optical unit with a runout correction function of the present invention, the position of the roller in the optical axis direction overlaps with the position of the center of gravity of the support when viewed from a direction orthogonal to the optical axis. It should be arranged.
Since the position of the center of gravity of the support is supported by rollers, when an impact is applied to the optical unit, the support can be stably supported without tilting, and the support shaft is reliably deformed and the support is damaged. Can be prevented.
As a preferred embodiment of the optical unit with a runout correction function of the present invention, the swing support mechanism swingably supports the movable body around a first axis orthogonal to the optical axis, and also supports the optical axis and the optical axis. It has a gimbal mechanism that swingably supports around the second axis orthogonal to the first axis, and the center of gravity is at the intersection of the first axis and the second axis of the gimbal mechanism. It would be nice to have it.
Since the roller is in contact with the side position of the intersection position (center of gravity position) between the first axis and the second axis of the gimbal mechanism, the support should be stably received and supported by the roller when a load is applied. Can be done.
As a preferred embodiment of the optical unit with a runout correction function of the present invention, the support and the support shaft are connected along the optical axis direction, and elastically deformable in a direction intersecting the optical axis direction. It is preferable that a joint is provided.
Even if a mounting error or the like occurs between the support and the support shaft, the misalignment due to the mounting error or the like can be absorbed by the elastic joint. Further, it is possible to allow the occurrence of a deviation between the support and the support shaft when an impact is applied to the optical unit, and the impact can be absorbed by the elastic joint, so that the support and the like can be reliably prevented from being damaged.
As a preferred embodiment of the optical unit with a runout correction function of the present invention, the fixed body has a rectangular outer shape in a cross section orthogonal to the optical axis, and the rollers are arranged at each corner of the rectangular shape of the fixed body. It is good to be there.
By arranging the rollers at the rectangular corners of the fixed body, the installation space of the rotation support mechanism can be effectively secured. Further, since the same installation space can be secured at each corner of the fixed body in this way, it is easy to arrange the same rollers at the same corresponding positions, and the parts and the assembly process can be shared, so that the manufacturing cost can be reduced. ..
According to the optical unit with a runout correction function of the present invention, it is possible to suppress damage to the support structure even in the event of a drop impact or the like, and to stabilize the support to the optical element.

It shall be placed. Of the runouts in each direction, the rotation around the X-axis corresponds to so-called pitching (pitch), the rotation around the Y-axis corresponds to so-called yawing (rolling), and the rotation around the Z-axis corresponds to so-called pitching. It corresponds to so-called rolling. Further, + X is attached to one side in the X-axis direction, -X is attached to the other side, + Y is attached to one side in the Y-axis direction, -Y is attached to the other side, and the Z-axis is attached. One side of the direction (subject side / front side in the optical axis direction) is marked with + Z, and the other side (opposite side to the subject side / rear side in the optical axis direction) is marked with −Z. Further, in FIGS. 1 to 7 and the like, one + Z side of the Z axis is arranged in a state of facing upward, and this state is set as a stationary state. In the following, unless otherwise specified, this stationary state will be described.

In FIGS. 5 and 6, in the
The
Further, the

The

A

FIG. 7 is an exploded perspective view of the rolling
As shown in FIG. 4, in the
As shown in FIGS. 4, 7 and 9, the rolling

The rotation shaft (support shaft) 745 is rotatably supported by

In the single-phase motor constituting the rolling
Further, the coil wire is wound in the same direction in the pair of two adjacent

(Structure of connecting member 80)
In the present embodiment, the connecting
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the connecting

Here, the connecting
As shown by the broken line in FIG. 8, the tip portions of the stopper

In the present embodiment, the
As described above, each

Specifically, in the swing

[Modified example of the first embodiment]
12 and 13 are explanatory views showing a
In the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the
More specifically, in the
A
In this way, even when the

[Second Embodiment]
14 and 15 are explanatory views showing the
In the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 8 and 12, the
More specifically, in the present embodiment, the
Further, through
Further, as shown in FIG. 14, each
The
Also in the second embodiment, the
Further, in the second embodiment, by holding each
Further, when the
Further, in the second embodiment, by arranging the
In addition, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
For example, in the second embodiment, the
