Claims (8)
- アーム部材と、該アーム部材に設けられたガイド部と、該ガイド部に沿って移動自在なスライダーと、該スライダーを移動させる駆動機構と、前記アーム部材に固定された給電部と、該給電部とスライダーとの間に介装された給電ケーブルとを備えたアクチュエータであって、
前記給電ケーブルは、非導電性材料からなるベルト本体に通電可能な心線を埋設してなり、スライダーを取り付けられて前記駆動機構の一部を構成する歯付ベルト又は平ベルトとされ、
前記駆動機構は、伝動ベルトとしての前記給電ケーブルと、該給電ケーブルを掛巻された一対のプーリと、該プーリをスライダーの移動方向と平行な方向に移動させる原動部とを備え、前記給電ケーブルが給電部に固定され、原動部によるプーリの移動の倍速でスライダーを移動させる倍速機構が構成され、
前記一対のプーリが平プーリとされ、前記スライダーの位置を検出する位置検出手段が設けられたことを特徴とするアクチュエータ。 - 前記ベルト本体を構成する非導電性材料は、非導電性を有する熱可塑性エラストマーとされたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記ベルト本体を構成する非導電性材料は、非導電性を有する熱可塑性ウレタンエラストマー又は非導電性を有する熱可塑性ポリエステルエラストマーとされたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記心線は、スチールコードとされたことを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記心線は、ベルト長手方向に配向されると共に、その複数が互いに離間してベルト幅方向に一列をなすよう並設されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記心線は、ベルト本体の表裏面から露出することなく、非導電性材料で覆われたことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記スライダーに第2のアクチュエータが取り付けられたことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記アーム部材は、少なくとも一部が導電性を有する素材から構成され、前記導電性を有する素材から構成された部位により、前記給電ケーブルが覆われたことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のアクチュエータ。
