Description
溶液2を調製するステップであって、抗菌物質を溶液1に投入してから攪拌・混合して溶液2とする第2のステップと、
湿式紡糸工程を実行するステップであって、5%塩化カルシウム溶液が充填された成形槽に溶液2を注入し、溶液2が当該塩化カルシウム溶液に接触すると、溶液2内の当該アルカリ土類金属アルギン酸塩のナトリウムイオンがカルシウムイオンと置換されてアルギン酸カルシウムの固体からなる繊維が形成され、これを水洗いし、乾燥させることで、最終的な完成品繊維を取得する第3のステップと、
開綿、カーディング、ニードルパンチ、カレンダリング等の不織布製造工程に当該繊維をかけ、最終的に、ナノキチンアルギン酸カルシウムからなる抗菌創傷被覆材を取得する第4のステップ、を含む。
1.一定比率の被覆材を抽出し、抽出液を取得した。
2.抽出液とL929細胞を共に24時間培養した。
3.細胞生存率を算出した。なお、細胞生存率が高いほど、被覆材に毒性がないことを意味した。
図2に示す比較より、本発明におけるアルカリ土類金属アルギン酸塩(Alginate)に1600ppmの銀粒子(Ag)を添加するとともに、アルカリ土類金属アルギン酸塩に対するナノキチンの含有量が1%である抗菌創傷被覆材は、抗菌性を有し、且つ細胞毒性が低いことが分かった。一方、競合品である被覆材コロプラストは明らかな抗菌効果を有するものの、顕著な細胞毒性があった。また、一般的なアルカリ土類金属アルギン酸塩被覆材(Alginate)は細胞毒性が低いものの、抗菌効果を有していなかった。

Claims (2)
- 溶液1を調製するステップであって、ナノキチンを水中に均一に分散させてから、アルカリ土類金属アルギン酸塩の粉末を投入し、攪拌・混合して溶液1とする第1のステップと、
溶液2を調製するステップであって、抗菌物質を溶液1に投入してから攪拌・混合して溶液2とする第2のステップと、
湿式紡糸工程を実行するステップであって、5%塩化カルシウム溶液が充填された成形槽に溶液2を注入し、溶液2が当該塩化カルシウム溶液に接触すると、溶液2内の当該アルカリ土類金属アルギン酸塩のナトリウムイオンがカルシウムイオンと置換されてアルギン酸カルシウムの固体からなる繊維が形成され、これを水洗いし、乾燥させることで、最終的な完成品繊維を取得する第3のステップと、
開綿、カーディング、ニードルパンチ、カレンダリングである不織布製造工程に当該繊維をかけ、最終的に、ナノキチンアルギン酸カルシウムからなる抗菌創傷被覆材を取得する第4のステップ、を含む抗菌創傷被覆材の製造方法において、
前記抗菌創傷被覆材は、ナノキチン、アルカリ土類金属アルギン酸塩及び抗菌物質を少なくとも含み、管状の当該ナノキチンは、直径10〜50nm、管長20〜200nmのサイズを有し、且つ、当該ナノキチンの含有量は当該アルカリ土類金属アルギン酸塩の0.1〜5%であることを特徴とする抗菌創傷被覆材の製造方法。 - 当該抗菌物質は、銀粒子、又はPHMB(ポリヘキサメチレンビグアニジン)、又はCHG(クロルヘキシジングルコン酸塩)である請求項1に記載の抗菌創傷被覆材の製造方法。
