As a container for storing liquid beverages, fluid foods, and the like, a bag-shaped packaging container (pouch container) made of an aluminum laminate film with a plastic spout has been proposed.
Such a container with a spout is a bag-shaped container in which a tubular spout is attached to a bag-shaped container body having flexibility, and is a so-called "cheer pack".

In general, it is important to maintain the quality of the contents of products filled in sealed containers, especially when the contents are food and drink. For example, it is important to prevent quality deterioration due to air mixed in during filling and storage after manufacturing. It is said to be a matter of concern. For this reason, various products have already been proposed for avoiding contact of the contents with air and improving their storage stability.
For example, as a proposal for a container, a bag with a highly airtight material is used for the bag-shaped container body (Patent Document 1), and a highly airtight material is used for the spout, which has gas barrier properties. And / or a light-shielding dispenser and a packaging bag with a dispenser equipped with the dispenser (Patent Document 2), or a pouch spout seal in which a cover made of a highly airtight material is used for the cap portion. There is a structure (Patent Document 3) and the like.

特開2002−179078号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2002-179078 特開2001−213455号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2001-21345 特開2001−130609号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2001-130609

In the hydrogen-containing water product targeted by the present invention, when it comes into contact with air, the air dissolves in the hydrogen-containing water and the concentration of dissolved hydrogen in the hydrogen-containing water decreases, which in turn reduces the quality of the hydrogen-containing water. Can occur. That is, it is important to suppress contact with air as much as possible in a container filled and sealed with hydrogen-containing water in order to maintain the quality of hydrogen-containing water products.
However, the containers proposed so far, for example, containers using a highly airtight material for the bag-shaped container body, the cover of the spout, and the cap (Patent Documents 1 to 3, etc.), have higher sealing properties than before. However, these spouts and caps are not completely airtight, so it is inevitable that they will communicate with the outside of the container, albeit slightly.
Therefore, a very small amount of hydrogen gas inside the container is gradually released from the spout and the cap over a long period of time, and at the same time, air from the outside of the container gradually flows into the inside of the container, resulting in hydrogen content in the container. There is a risk that the dissolved hydrogen concentration in water will decrease.

The present invention has been improved and devised from such a viewpoint. As a result of diligent studies, the present inventors have conducted a diligent study, and as a result, a beverage in which a bag-shaped container having a tubular spout attached to a bag-shaped container body having flexibility called a so-called "chiapak" is filled with hydrogen-containing water and sealed. When storing a hydrogen-containing water product after manufacturing, the hydrogen gas inside the container can be moved to the outside of the container by storing it with the cap facing down and the bottom of the container facing up. We have found that by reducing the release and the inflow of air from the outside of the container to the inside of the container, the dissolved hydrogen concentration of the hydrogen-containing water product for drinking can be stored for a long period of time without significantly decreasing, and the following invention has been completed.

Further, the present invention is a packaging container with a spout, which comprises a flexible bag-shaped container body, a spout inserted into the container body, and a cap of the spout attached to the top of the container body. When packing a drinking hydrogen-containing water product in which the inside of the container is filled with drinking hydrogen-containing water, the bottom of the container band faces upward and the cap is conversely placed on the drinking hydrogen-containing water product. It also covers a method of boxing and preserving hydrogen-containing water products for drinking, which is characterized by being loaded into a box in a downward position.
Further, for example, as one aspect of the boxed storage method of the present invention,
A beverage inside a packaging container with a spout, which comprises a flexible bag-shaped container, a spout inserted into the container, and a cap of the spout attached to the top of the container. When loading hydrogen-containing water products for drinking, which are filled with hydrogen-containing water for drinking, into a box and packing it in a box,
The box restrains the movement of the cap so that the bottom of the container faces upward and the cap faces downward so that the top and bottom of the hydrogen-containing water product for drinking are maintained in an inverted upside-down posture. In addition, the box is provided with a means for maintaining the posture, and the box divides two or more hydrogen-containing water products for drinking loaded in the box into individual products or by two or three products. The material is provided so as to abut around the container body of the hydrogen-containing water product for drinking, and the individual areas formed by the partition material become a space sized to accommodate the hydrogen-containing water product for drinking.
In the boxing kit of the present invention, when storing a hydrogen-containing water product for drinking in which hydrogen-containing water for drinking is filled inside a packaging container with a spout, the bottom of the container body faces upward and the cap faces downward. In other words, by loading the product in the box in the so-called upside-down direction, the communication between the atmosphere (space) inside the container and the outside air (that is, gas contact through the cap or spout) is cut off, and hydrogen is contained inside the container. Hydrogen-containing water products can be stored for a long period of time without significantly reducing the dissolved hydrogen concentration in water.
Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to supply consumers with hydrogen-containing water having stable quality with little change in the dissolved hydrogen concentration of hydrogen-containing water even after long-term storage.

The present inventors have degassed residual gas from water as a raw material as a novel method for producing hydrogen-dissolved water (also simply referred to as hydrogen water), which has been attracting attention as being expected to improve various health disorders. Then, the obtained degassed water and the pressurized hydrogen gas are introduced into the gas permeable membrane module, and the step of dissolving the hydrogen gas in the degassed water is repeatedly carried out in a closed system to obtain the hydrogen water. Has proposed a method capable of increasing the dissolved hydrogen concentration more efficiently (Patent No. 4551964).
According to this method, high-concentration hydrogen-containing water close to the saturation concentration can be obtained by degassing the gas in the water and then dissolving the pressurized hydrogen gas, but the obtained hydrogen-containing water is tentatively combined with air. Once in contact, the air may re-dissolve in the hydrogen-containing water, reducing the concentration of dissolved hydrogen in the hydrogen-containing water and thus reducing the quality of the hydrogen-containing water. Therefore, when filling a container with hydrogen-containing water, it is necessary to prevent air from being mixed into the container and to reduce the residual amount of air as much as possible in the container filled and sealed with hydrogen-containing water. This is an important matter for maintaining the quality of water products. Therefore, the present inventors have studied a filling method capable of reducing the residual amount of air as much as possible, and have proposed a container for reducing the amount of air pooled in a packaging container with a spout (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2011-240959). Gazette).
However, even if the residual amount of air inside the container is reduced as much as possible during the production of hydrogen-containing water products, it is difficult to completely maintain the airtightness of the spout and cap in the packaging container with spout, and it is slightly inside the container. Since the space and the external space communicate with each other, it was difficult to completely block the release of hydrogen gas inside the container to the outside after long-term storage. That is, after long-term storage, the dissolved hydrogen concentration of hydrogen-containing water in hydrogen-containing water products tends to decrease.

Therefore, the present inventors have investigated a method for reducing the release of hydrogen gas inside the container to the outside during storage of the produced hydrogen-containing water product for beverages.
Then, by turning the product upside down and closing the spout and cap part with the hydrogen-containing water itself inside the product (the gas existing inside the product does not come into contact with the spout and cap), the hydrogen gas inside the container is released from these. Was found to be suppressed. As a result, a boxing kit capable of storing hydrogen-containing water products for a long period of time without significantly reducing the dissolved hydrogen concentration and a method for storing hydrogen-containing water products for drinking have been completed.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.

The boxing kit of the present invention is a boxing kit in which a hydrogen-containing water product for drinking is filled in a box.
The hydrogen-containing water product for drinking includes a flexible bag-shaped container body, a spout inserted into the container body, and a cap of the spout attached to the top of the container body. The inside of the packaging container with a spout is filled with hydrogen-containing water for drinking and sealed by a cap.

In detail, the packaging container with a spout is a bag-shaped container in which a tubular spout is attached to a flexible bag-shaped container body as described above and the tubular spout can be sealed with a cap, so-called "cheer pack". Refers to a container in the form of.
As such a container body, for example, a container body made of an aluminum laminated film, a so-called pouch container, is preferably used because it has high airtightness and can prevent the outflow of hydrogen. As the shape of the pouch container, various types such as a gusset type (with a gusset) and a stand type (without a gusset) already on the market can be used.
Further, as the spout used in the above container, it is desirable to use a barrier spout manufactured by using a barrier material.
The product capacity of the container is not particularly limited, but for example, a container having a capacity of 100 ml to 2,000 ml, particularly 150 ml to 500 ml, preferably 180 ml to 300 ml can be preferably used. In this specification, the "product capacity" is the standard capacity (also referred to as the appropriate filling amount and the indicated content) when the product is distributed and sold, and is about several% to 10% of the maximum capacity that can be filled in the container. , Has become less.

The above-mentioned drinking hydrogen-containing water and drinking hydrogen-containing water products are specifically described in (1) a purification step of filtering and purifying water as a raw material in a purification device and sending the obtained purified water to a degassing device. (2) The degassing step of degassing the purified water supplied to the degassing device and sending the obtained degassed water to the hydrogen dissolving device, and (3) the degassing water supplied to the hydrogen dissolving device. A hydrogen dissolution step of dissolving hydrogen gas and sending the obtained hydrogen-dissolved water to a sterilizer, and (4) sterilizing the hydrogen-dissolved water supplied to the sterilizer and sending the obtained hydrogen-containing water to a filling device. The sterilization step, (5) the filling step of filling the bag-shaped container with the hydrogen-containing water supplied to the filling device and sending the filled water product to the heat sterilizing device, and (6) sending to the heating sterilizing device. The hydrogen dissolving device is divided into a water chamber and a gas chamber by a gas permeable film, and the degassed water is passed through the water chamber, while the gas chamber is included. A gas permeable membrane module for dissolving the hydrogen gas in the degassed water by pressurizing and supplying the hydrogen gas is provided, and a part of the hydrogen-containing water obtained in the step (4) is used in the step (2). It can be produced by the method of returning to the degassing device of the above and circulating water between the steps (2) to (4).
Of the above steps, each step of producing hydrogen-containing water for drinking, that is, (1) purification step, (2) degassing step, (3) hydrogen dissolution step, and (4) sterilization step was closed. It is preferable to carry out the process continuously in the system because hydrogen-containing water for drinking having a high dissolved hydrogen concentration can be produced.

In addition, the hydrogen-containing water for drinking is prepared by adding the hydrogen-containing water obtained after the completion of the (4) sterilization step to teas, fruits / vegetables / plants, sugars / sweeteners, polyphenols, vitamins and coenzymes. , Amino acids / proteins, oxidative reduction enzymes, citric acid and yeast extract, as well as cherry blossom extract, apple polyphenol, kiwi seed extract, methylhesperidine, theanine, polyamine, polydextrol, rose flower extract. The raw materials may be dissolved or mixed to obtain hydrogen-containing water for beverages containing functional raw materials.
The hydrogen-containing water for drinking containing the functional raw material may be produced by dissolving or mixing the functional raw material in the water as the raw material at the time of carrying out the purification step (1) and then subjecting it to the subsequent steps. It may be produced by degassing the liquid of the functional raw material (for example, vegetable juice, milk, etc.) itself and dissolving hydrogen gas through a gas-permeable hollow thread film.

In the boxing kit of the present invention, a hydrogen-containing water product for drinking in which hydrogen-containing water for drinking is filled inside the packaging container with a spout, the bottom of the container body faces upward, and the cap faces downward. The feature is that it is loaded in the box in the same posture. This is, so to speak, to store the product upside down (upside down).
The boxing kit can usually be packed with two or more, for example, 6, 12, 24, 30, 60, hydrogen-containing water products for drinking.

The box used in the boxing kit may preferably have a size and durability that allows a plurality of hydrogen-containing water products for drinking to be loaded, and for example, a cardboard (paper) box such as cardboard or corrugated cardboard is used. It may also be a resin container or the like. The shape of the box can usually be a rectangular parallelepiped, and the size of the box can be appropriately selected depending on the number of hydrogen-containing water products for drinking to be loaded. For example, when one drinking hydrogen-containing water product is loaded in the box, it is preferable to use a box having a vertical and horizontal size in which the container body of the drinking hydrogen-containing water product just contacts the periphery of the box. When loading a plurality of hydrogen-containing water products for beverages, arrange them in a single row or a plurality of rows in the same direction with almost no gaps, and load them in a box having almost the same vertical and horizontal sizes as the product group in this aligned posture. Is preferable. The hydrogen-containing water products for beverages to be loaded may be loaded in a plurality of stages, but it is preferably loaded without stacking (in one stage). Therefore, the height of the box may be slightly larger than the height of the hydrogen-containing water product for drinking.
Individual or multiple hydrogen-containing water products are placed in the box so that the bottom of the container is facing up and the cap is facing down to maintain the upside-down orientation of the drinking hydrogen-containing water product. A partition material may be provided so as to separate the caps, or a posture holding means for restraining the movement of the cap may be provided.

The partition material may be made of the same material as the box or a different material, and may be provided so as to be in contact with the periphery of the container body, for example.
The partition material may be provided at a position inside the box so that the bottom of the container body of the hydrogen-containing water product for drinking can be maintained in an upward posture. Considering the ease of removal from the box, it is preferable that the container is not provided at a portion higher than the bottom of the container loaded in the box.
Further, the partition material is provided so as to separate individual hydrogen-containing water products, or is provided so as to separate a plurality of hydrogen-containing water products, for example, two hydrogen-containing water products. When the partition material is provided so as to separate a plurality of hydrogen-containing water products, another hydrogen-containing water product is left in the separated place even after one hydrogen-containing water product is taken out from the place separated by the partition material. The partition material is provided in consideration of the condition that the hydrogen-containing water product can maintain the posture in which the bottom of the container body faces upward as described above, and is provided so as to divide, for example, two or three. Be done.

As the posture-maintaining means, for example, by inserting the cap from above, the bottom of the container body of the hydrogen-containing water product for drinking can be maintained in an upward position, that is, the container body can be maintained in a posture in which the container body does not fall. Any structure may be used as long as it can be constructed. However, when the posture holding means has a structure in which the cap is inserted from above, it is more preferable that the means has a structure in which the container body can be easily pulled out upward.
Examples of the posture-maintaining means include a mode in which a face material having relatively high rigidity, for example, thick kraft paper, corrugated cardboard, a resin sheet, or a styrofoam board is provided with a cap insertion hole.
A plurality of insertion holes for the cap are provided as many as the number of hydrogen-containing water products to be loaded in the box, and preferably at intervals such that the main bodies of the container body are lightly pressed against each other. The insertion hole of the cap is, for example, a notch hole having a cross-shaped or radially formed notch, and a structure in which the notch piece is locked with a brim or a screw thread provided on the outer circumference of the cap, or a cap. A hole having a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the hole, or a hole having a recess, and having a structure in which the peripheral edge of the hole is locked with a brim or a screw thread provided on the outer periphery of the cap. When the insertion hole is a notch hole, a groove for easy bending may be provided around the notch, or a hole having a diameter smaller than the diameter of the cap may be provided at the center of the notch hole. Good.
Further, the posture holding means provided with such an insertion hole is usually provided near the bottom of the box, so that the orientation of the cap is held vertically and the cap can be easily inserted. As described above, it is preferable that the insertion hole is provided at a height close to the tip of the cap so as to be substantially in contact with the bottom of the box. This can be achieved, for example, by bending around a thick paper such as corrugated cardboard provided with the posture holding means and providing a height in the posture holding means. When a styrofoam board is used as the material for the posture holding means, the orientation of the cap can be held vertically by adjusting the thickness of the board and the depth of the insertion hole.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in the box 3 of the boxing kit 1, the hydrogen-containing water product 2 for drinking has the bottom 21a of the container 21 facing upward, and the cap 22 facing downward. By providing the partition member 4 with cardboard or the like between the products so as to maintain the upside-down posture facing the product, the above-mentioned upside-down posture can be maintained. In the aspect of FIGS. 1 and 2, the hydrogen-containing water product 2 for drinking is provided in a grid pattern so as to be in contact with the periphery of the container body 21 and at a portion lower than the bottom portion 21a of the container body. Then, in the aspect of FIG. 1, the partition material 4 is provided so as to divide the plurality of hydrogen-containing water products 2 for drinking into individual products, and in the embodiments of FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b), the partition material 4 is provided. The partition material 4 is provided so as to separate the plurality of hydrogen-containing water products 2 for drinking by two.
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, in the box 3 of the boxing kit 1, the hydrogen-containing water product 2 for drinking is upside down with the bottom portion 21a of the container body 21 facing upward and the cap 22 facing downward. A posture holding means 5 for restraining the movement of the cap may be provided so as to keep the posture. Here, in the aspect of FIG. 1, as an example thereof, a board provided with an insertion hole 5a into which a cap portion can be inserted is adopted as a posture holding means for restraining the movement of the cap. The insertion hole 5a is provided as a notch hole, that is, a radial (pentagonal) notch 4b is provided, and a groove 5c is provided around the notch 5b so as to be easily bent, in the insertion direction of the cap. The notch is bent. Then, by inserting the cap 22 portion of the hydrogen-containing water product 2 for drinking into the insertion hole 5a, the upside-down posture can be maintained.
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the partition member 4 and the posture holding means 5 for restraining the movement of the cap may be used in combination.
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, at least one place on the side surface or the upper surface of the box 3 may be provided with a sign 7 indicating the hydrogen-containing water product 2 for drinking loaded in the box. As a result, the top and bottom of the boxing kit 1 can be used until the boxing kit 1 of the present invention is delivered to a store or a customer, displayed or stored at the store, or the customer drinks a hydrogen-containing water product 2 for drinking. The act of turning over can be prevented, and the hydrogen-containing water product 2 for drinking can easily maintain the upside-down posture. Although not shown in FIG. 5, the sign 7 may be provided on the lower surface of the box 3 in addition to the side surface and the upper surface of the box 3.

Further, the boxing method of the present invention, that is, a spout comprising a flexible bag-shaped container body, a spout inserted into the container body, and a cap of the spout attached to the top of the container body. When packing a hydrogen-containing water product for drinking, which is filled with hydrogen-containing water for drinking, inside the attached packaging container, the bottom of the container body faces upward, and the cap faces downward. The boxing method of loading in a box can suppress a decrease in the dissolved hydrogen concentration of hydrogen-containing water for drinking after product manufacturing without using special equipment or complicated procedures, and high-quality hydrogen-containing water products for drinking can be obtained. Can be stored for a long time as it is.

[Boxing kit]
1 to 5 show the boxing kit 1 of Examples 1 to 5.

The boxing kit of Example 1 (FIG. 1) is composed of a rectangular box 3 and an appropriate number of partitioning members 4 in the rectangular box 3, and a hydrogen-containing water product 2 for drinking is placed in the box 3 of the boxing kit 1 at the bottom of the container 21. A partition member 4 is provided so that the cap 22 maintains an upside-down posture in which the 21a faces upward and the cap 22 faces downward. The box 3 and the partition material 4 are both made of corrugated cardboard.
The partitioning material 4 is composed of vertical plates and horizontal plates that are orthogonal to each other, and is a plate material that partitions the internal space of the box 3 in a grid pattern. The individual areas formed by the divider 4 are sized to accommodate hydrogen-containing water products for drinking. That is, the partition material 4 is in contact with the periphery of the container 21 of the hydrogen-containing water product 2 for drinking, and the partition material 4 separates the hydrogen-containing water product 2 for drinking for each individual (1 piece) product. It is provided in a grid pattern. By arranging the partition material 4 in this way, when any one hydrogen-containing water product for drinking 2 loaded in the box 3 is taken out, the remaining hydrogen-containing water product 2 for drinking loaded in the box 3 is taken out. Can maintain the posture in which the bottom portion 21a of the container body 21 faces upward as it is.
Further, the height of the partition member 4 is set to a position lower than the bottom portion 21a of the container body 21. By adjusting the height of the partition material 4 in this way, the ease of taking out the hydrogen-containing water product 2 loaded in the box 3 is improved.

In the boxing kit of Example 2 (FIG. 2), the partition material 4 is two horizontally arranged hydrogen-containing water products 2 on the left and right (FIG. 2 (a)) or two vertically arranged before and after (FIG. 2 (b)). )) The configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment except that the components are separated.
In the boxing kit of this embodiment, when the hydrogen-containing water product 2 for drinking is taken out in the area formed by the partition material 4 by providing the partition material 4 so as to divide the partition material 4 into two pieces, the other beverage is used. The hydrogen-containing water product 2 can maintain an oblique posture in which the bottom portion 21a of the container body 21 faces upward within one area separated by the partition member 4, thereby suppressing the release of hydrogen. Moreover, since the amount of the partition material 4 used can be reduced, the cost can be reduced.

The boxing kit of Example 3 shown in FIG. 3 is an example in which the posture holding means 5 is provided instead of the partition member 4. Similar to the box 3, the posture holding means 5 is a corrugated cardboard plate material, and is composed of an appropriate number of insertion holes 5a provided on the surface of the plate material at appropriate intervals in the front-rear and left-right directions. Specifically, as the posture holding means 5, an insertion hole 5a into which the cap 22 of the hydrogen-containing water product 2 for drinking can be inserted is provided, and the insertion hole 5a has radial (pentagonal) cuts 5b. A groove 5c is provided around the notch so that it can be easily bent, which facilitates insertion and removal of the cap 22. Further, the corrugated cardboard plate of the posture holding means 5 is bent around 5d to provide a space corresponding to the length of the cap 22.
The posture holding means 5 can be easily formed by making a notch in one piece of corrugated cardboard and bending the periphery thereof. In addition, the hydrogen-containing water product 2 for drinking can be easily taken out from the box 2.

The boxing kit of the fourth embodiment shown in FIG. 4 is a boxing kit 1 that employs both the partition member 4 and the posture holding means 5. By adopting both the partition material 4 and the posture holding means 5, even when the boxing kit 1 is roughly handled during transportation or storage, the posture of the hydrogen-containing water product 2 for drinking (container body 21). It becomes easier to maintain an upside-down posture in which the bottom portion 21a of the cap 22 faces upward and the cap 22 faces downward.

In the boxing kit of Example 5 shown in FIG. 5, a sign 7 indicating that the hydrogen-containing water product 2 for drinking is loaded in the box 3 on the upper surface and the side surface of the box 3 of the boxing kit of Example 1. Is an example showing that is provided. The partition member 4 is omitted in FIG. 5 in order to make the figure easy to understand.

[Changes in dissolved hydrogen concentration due to differences in storage conditions]
The produced hydrogen-containing water product for drinking is normally placed on a table at room temperature (Comparative Example 1: posture in which the 611a or 611b surface in FIG. 5 is grounded to the table) or placed upside down (Example 5: Cap 22 is a table). It was stored in a posture in which the bottom portion 21a of the container body was facing upward).
The dissolved hydrogen concentration of the hydrogen-containing water for drinking was measured from 0 day (immediately after production) to 90 days (180 days after upside down) (number of samples: 2 each). Table 1 shows the reduction rate (%) of the dissolved hydrogen concentration immediately after production.
This test was carried out using a hydrogen-containing water product for drinking in which the dissolved hydrogen concentration of the hydrogen-containing water for drinking was adjusted to 1.40 ppm and filled.

Figure 0006902521
Figure 0006902521

As shown in Table 1, the hydrogen-containing water product for beverages of Comparative Example 1 stored in a normal state showed a decrease rate of the dissolved hydrogen concentration of 37.9% immediately after 90 days.
On the other hand, in the hydrogen-containing water product for drinking of Example 5 stored upside down, the reduction rate was 20.7% even after 90 days had passed, and the dissolved hydrogen concentration was maintained relatively high as compared with Comparative Example 1. After 150 days, the rate of decrease in the dissolved hydrogen concentration was finally the same as that of Comparative Example 1.
As described above, by the method of storing the hydrogen-containing water product for drinking in an upside-down position according to the present invention, it was possible to maintain the dissolved hydrogen concentration of the hydrogen-containing water product for drinking at a high value for a long period of time.
