Description
Claims (14)
- 流出端の反対側に流入端を有する人工弁であって、
ルーメンを画定するステントフレームと、
前記ルーメン内に配設され、流入側及び前記流入側の反対側の流出側を画定するように構成された弁構造であって、流出路が、前記流出側の下流の前記ルーメン内に確立され、前記流出路に沿って前記弁構造からの流体の流れが進行する前記弁構造と、
前記流出側の下流で前記ステントフレームに接続されたバッフル構造と、を備え、
前記バッフル構造は、前記ルーメン内へそれぞれ突出する複数のバッフル部材を備えた層流バッフル構造を含むことを特徴とする人工弁。 - 前記バッフル構造は、前記流出側のすぐ下流の血流内へ層流を促すように構成され、かつ位置している、請求項1に記載の人工弁。
- 前記バッフル構造は、前記弁構造の前記流出側における血流の自然な流れプロファイルを操作するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の人工弁。
- 前記バッフル構造は、前記自然な流れプロファイルの少なくとも10%を中断するように構成されている、請求項3に記載の人工弁。
- 前記ルーメンは直径を有し、更に、前記バッフル構造は、前記直径の全体未満にわたって突出する第1のバッフル部材を含む、請求項1に記載の人工弁。
- 前記複数のバッフル部材は、前記ステントフレームの円周の周囲に位置している、請求項1に記載の人工弁。
- 前記バッフル部材は、等距離で離間配置されている、請求項6に記載の人工弁。
- 前記バッフル部材は、長手方向に整列している、請求項6に記載の人工弁。
- 前記バッフル部材のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記ステントフレームの長手方向軸に対してある角度で配置されている、請求項6に記載の人工弁。
- 前記バッフル部材のそれぞれは、前記ステントフレームの反対側の前縁部で終端し、更に、前記バッフル部材のうちの少なくとも1つの前記前縁部が湾曲している、請求項6に記載の人工弁。
- 前記バッフル部材のうちの少なくとも1つは、パドルである、請求項6に記載の人工弁。
- 前記ステントフレームは、前記人工弁の前記流出端を画定し、更に、前記バッフル構造は、前記ステントフレームの前記流出端と前記弁構造の前記流出側との間に位置している、請求項1に記載の人工弁。
- 前記人工弁は、人工心臓弁である、請求項1に記載の人工弁。
- 前記人工弁は、人工僧帽弁である、請求項1に記載の人工弁。
