- 元素Yb及び元素Siから生成された化合物を含む熱電変換材料であって、
前記元素Yb及び前記元素Siの組成比は、AlB2型構造を有する化合物となるように、1:1.8から1:2.2の間で選択され、
前記化合物は、YbSi 2 を主成分として含むことを特徴とする熱電変換材料。
