Description
The present invention relates to a method of closing a pipe and a method of cutting a pipe.
PCB (Polychlorinated biphenyl), that is, polychlorinated biphenyl, has been used as an insulating oil for electric devices such as transformers from the viewpoint of thermal stability and electrical insulation. However, since PCB is a harmful substance that adversely affects the human body, its use is currently restricted. At present, this PCB is detoxified by a dedicated processing facility or the like. Piping is used in this PCB processing equipment, and PCB adheres and remains in the piping. Therefore, it is necessary to dispose of the pipe to which the PCB is attached.
The piping in which the PCB remains inside is disassembled from the processing facility, transported to another facility, and disposed of. However, when such a pipe is disassembled or transported, PCB may leak from the inside of the pipe, so that the pipe is required to be closed. In addition, if the size of the pipe is large, the pipe may be cut before transportation. In this case as well, it is required to perform the cutting work while suppressing the leakage of PCB. For example, Patent Document 1 describes a technique of forming a hole in the vicinity of a cut portion of a pipe, inserting a bag body into the pipe through the hole, and inflating the bag body in the pipe to close the pipe. There is. Further, Patent Document 1 describes that a hole is further formed in a portion of the pipe adjacent to the bag body, a filler is injected through the hole, and the portion into which the filler is injected is cut.
In the technique of Patent Document 1, perforation is performed when closing and cutting. If a harmful substance such as PCB remains in the pipe and the hole is drilled in this way, the harmful substance may leak from the hole at the time of drilling. Therefore, it is required to suppress the leakage of the harmful substance when blocking or cutting the pipe in which the harmful substance remains inside.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a pipe closing method and a pipe cutting method for suppressing leakage of harmful substances when blocking or cutting a pipe in which a harmful substance remains inside. The purpose is.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems and achieve the object, the method of closing the pipe of the present disclosure is a method of closing the pipe in which harmful substances remain inside, and the pipe is closed through an opening provided in advance in the pipe. It has a closing step of closing the pipe with the filling auxiliary member and the filling material.
In the adsorbent placement step, the adsorbent is placed at a first position in the pipe and at a second position on the opening side of the first position, and in the filling step, the filling auxiliary member is placed. It is preferable to release the filler in a state of being arranged between the first position and the second position.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems and achieve the object, the pipe cutting method of the present disclosure is a pipe cutting method for cutting the pipe using the closing method, and the pipe is closed with the filler of the pipe. It is preferable to have a cutting step to cut the formed position.
According to the present invention, it is possible to suppress leakage of harmful substances when blocking or cutting a pipe in which harmful substances remain inside.
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to this embodiment, and when there are a plurality of embodiments, the present invention also includes a combination of the respective examples.
本実施形態においては、有害物質Pは、PCB(Polychlorinated biphenyl)、すなわちポリ塩化ビフェニルである。
FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing an example of the processing equipment according to the present embodiment. The
In the example of FIG. 1, the
The
As described above, the
If the disassembled
2 to 4 are schematic views illustrating a method of closing the pipe. When closing the
In the following description, the blockage of the
FIG. 2 shows the adsorbent placement step. After exposing the
The closed space A0 is a space closed by the
In the present embodiment, the
The adsorbent 20 may be any material as long as it is a member capable of adsorbing the harmful substance P, and examples thereof include a fibrous member, a porous member, and a polymer polymer. The fibrous member may be a natural fiber, a resin fiber, or the like, and examples thereof include paper, cloth, ceramics, and waste cloth. Examples of the porous member include ceramics (pearlite and calcined diatomaceous earth), resin, and rubber. These fibrous and porous members physically absorb the toxic substance P. Further, as the adsorbent 20, a material that fixes or decomposes the harmful substance P by chemically reacting with the harmful substance P may be used.
Further, in the present embodiment, the adsorbent 20 is arranged so as to be in contact with the inner
Further, in the
In the
In the adsorbent arrangement step, as described above, the adsorbent 20 is arranged in the
Next, the filling tube insertion step will be described with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, after arranging the adsorbent 20 in the
The operator inserts such a filling
When the filling
Next, the filling step will be described with reference to FIG. After arranging the
The operator releases the
In this filling step, the
The
Next, the operator performs a cutting step when it is necessary to cut the
Next, the steps of the above-mentioned closing method and cutting method of the
After exposing the
After arranging the adsorbent 20, the operator inserts the filling
After arranging the filling
After filling the
After solidifying the
As described above, the method of closing the
In the closing method in the present embodiment, the adsorbent 20 and the filling
Further, in the method of cutting the
Further, in the adsorbent insertion step, the adsorbent 20 (
Further, in the present embodiment, the harmful substance P is polychlorinated biphenyl, that is, PCB. Since PCB is oily, easily leaks out, and is harmful to the human body, it is particularly important to block the
Further, in the present embodiment, the
Further, in the present embodiment, the filling
However, the filling
As shown in FIG. 8, the operator releases the
As described above, the filling
