近年、寒冷地での資材等の輸送のために、寒冷地向けのベルトコンベアに用いられるベルト(コンベアベルト)の需要が増加している。 In recent years, there has been an increase in demand for belts (conveyor belts) used for belt conveyors for cold regions for the transportation of materials and the like in cold regions.
このような寒冷地向けのコンベアベルト用のゴム組成物としては、例えば特許文献1に、天然ゴム(NR)とスチレンブタジエンゴム(SBR)とを含有するコンベアベルト用ゴム組成物が開示されている。
As such a rubber composition for a conveyor belt for cold regions, for example,
In recent years, with the increase in transportation volume and the like, there is a demand for further improvement in wear resistance of conveyor belts. Further, the conveyor belt for cold regions is required to be less likely to become brittle even when exposed to a low temperature environment (excellent in cold resistance).
Under these circumstances, the present inventors examined a rubber composition for a conveyor belt containing natural rubber and SBR with reference to the examples of
そこで、本発明は、上記実情を鑑みて、耐摩耗性及び耐寒性に優れるコンベアベルト用ゴム組成物、上記コンベアベルト用ゴム組成物を用いて形成されたコンベアベルト、並びに、上記コンベアベルトを装着したベルトコンベアを提供することを目的とする。 Therefore, in view of the above circumstances, the present invention is equipped with a rubber composition for a conveyor belt having excellent wear resistance and cold resistance, a conveyor belt formed by using the rubber composition for a conveyor belt, and the conveyor belt. すなわち、本発明者らは、以下の構成により上記課題が解決できることを見出した。
As a result of diligent studies on the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors have set the content of the repeating unit derived from aromatic vinyl and the ratio of the vinyl structure in the repeating unit derived from the conjugated diene within a specific range. We have found that the above problems can be solved by using a vinyl-conjugated diene copolymer, and have arrived at the present invention.
That is, the present inventors have found that the above problems can be solved by the following configuration.

(1) Contains a diene-based rubber containing 50% by mass or more of an aromatic vinyl-conjugated diene copolymer,
The aromatic vinyl-conjugated diene copolymer has a content of repeating units derived from aromatic vinyl of 20% by mass or less, and the proportion of vinyl structure among the repeating units derived from conjugated diene is 8 mol% or less. There is a rubber composition for conveyor belts.
(2) The rubber composition for a conveyor belt according to (1) above, wherein the aromatic vinyl-conjugated diene copolymer has a glass transition temperature of −50 ° C. or lower.
(3) The above-mentioned (1) or (2), wherein the aromatic vinyl-conjugated diene copolymer has a ratio of 1,4-cis structure in 17 mol% or more of the repeating units derived from the conjugated diene. Rubber composition for conveyor belts.
(4) It has an upper surface cover rubber layer, a reinforcing layer, and a lower surface cover rubber layer.

A belt conveyor can be provided.
以下に、本発明のコンベアベルト用ゴム組成物、上記コンベアベルト用ゴム組成物を用いて形成されたコンベアベルト、及び、上記コンベアベルトを装着したベルトコンベアについて説明する。
なお、本明細書において「〜」を用いて表される数値範囲は、「〜」の前後に記載される数値を下限値および上限値として含む範囲を意味する。
Hereinafter, the rubber composition for a conveyor belt of the present invention, a conveyor belt formed by using the rubber composition for a conveyor belt, and a belt conveyor equipped with the conveyor belt will be described.
The numerical range represented by using "~" in the present specification means a range including the numerical values before and after "~" as the lower limit value and the upper limit value.
[I] Rubber Composition for Conveyor Belt The rubber composition for conveyor belt of the present invention (hereinafter, also referred to as the composition of the present invention) is a diene-based rubber containing 50% by mass or more of an aromatic vinyl-conjugated diene copolymer. contains.
Here, in the aromatic vinyl-conjugated diene copolymer, the content of the repeating unit derived from aromatic vinyl is 20% by mass or less, and the proportion of the vinyl structure in the repeating unit derived from the conjugated diene is 8 mol. % Or less.
Since the composition of the present invention has such a structure, it is considered to be excellent in abrasion resistance and cold resistance. Although the reason is not clear, the aromatic vinyl-conjugated diene copolymer (hereinafter, also referred to as "specific copolymer") has a flexible structure having a low glass transition temperature because the proportion of the vinyl structure is extremely low. In addition, since crystallization does not easily proceed even when exposed to a low temperature environment, it is considered that the conveyor belt exhibits excellent wear resistance and cold resistance.
As described above, the composition of the present invention has excellent cold resistance and is therefore suitable for a conveyor belt for cold regions.
以下、本発明の組成物に含有されるジエン系ゴム及び本発明の組成物に含有され得る任意成分について説明する。 Hereinafter, the diene-based rubber contained in the composition of the present invention and optional components that can be contained in the composition of the present invention will be described.
[1]ジエン系ゴム
本発明の組成物に含有されるジエン系ゴムは、後述する特定の芳香族ビニル−共役ジエン共重合体(特定共重合体)を50質量%以上含む。
本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、ジエン系ゴム中の特定共重合体の含有量は、60質量%以上であることが好ましく、70質量%以上であることがより好ましく、80質量%以上であることがさらに好ましい。上限は特に制限されず、100質量%である。

<Abrasion resistance>
The obtained vulcanized rubber sheet was subjected to a DIN wear test under the condition of room temperature using a DIN wear tester according to the method described in DIN 53516, and the wear volume (DIN wear) was measured. Then, the ratio (volume%) of the measured wear volume to the volume of the vulcanized rubber sheet used in the DIN wear test was calculated. The results are shown in Table 1. The results are represented by an index with Comparative Example 1 as 100. The smaller the index, the better the wear resistance.
<耐寒性>
得られた加硫ゴムシートについて、JIS K6261:2006の低温衝撃ぜい化試験を行い、50%衝撃ぜい化温度を求めた。そして、以下のとおり指数を算出した。結果を表1に示す。指数が大きいほど耐寒性に優れる。
(指数)=(各例の50%衝撃ぜい化温度)÷(比較例1の50%衝撃ぜい化温度)×100
<Cold resistance>
The obtained vulcanized rubber sheet was subjected to a low temperature impact embrittlement test of JIS K6261: 2006 to determine a 50% impact embrittlement temperature. Then, the index was calculated as follows. The results are shown in Table 1. The larger the index, the better the cold resistance.
(Index) = (50% impact embrittlement temperature of each example) ÷ (50% impact embrittlement temperature of Comparative Example 1) × 100
