Description
The present invention relates to a foundation structure for a wooden structure, which can prevent termites from feeding damage.
Termite feeding damage is a serious problem in wooden structures, and various termite prevention techniques have been proposed conventionally.
Generally, a method of injecting a chemical insecticide for ant prevention into wood and killing termites that ate the wood, or a method of directly spraying a chemical insecticide for ant prevention on the ground around the foundation concrete, etc. Has been known for a long time. However, the method of injecting a chemical insecticide into wood is based on the premise that termites eat the wood, so the deterioration of the wood cannot be rectified. In addition, the method of spraying the chemical pesticide directly on the ground may have an adverse effect on the natural environment and the human body.
Therefore, for example, as in
Further, in Patent Document 2 below, a first liquid containing an isocyanate component for constituting urethane, a polyol component, and a second liquid containing a permethrin solution and a borate aqueous solution are used to prevent urethane foam in the field. A technique for using permethrin as a heat insulating material for a house is disclosed.
As in
However, the above-mentioned prior art has the following problems. That is, arranging a member containing an insecticide on the foundation of a wooden house may have a harmful effect on the people living there. Boric acid, which is often used as an insecticide, is generally said to be not very toxic to mammals with kidneys, but it is said that boric acid has a high concentration in the process of producing a foamed resin containing boric acid. If acid is accidentally attached to the skin or inhaled into the body, it may have an adverse effect on the human body.
Therefore, it is desired to provide a basic structure for termite prevention, which makes it difficult for termites to reach a wooden part such as the base of a wooden structure and does not use an insecticide.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and specifically, the present invention provides a basic structure for ant-proofing of a wooden structure that exhibits a high ant-proofing effect without using an insecticide. It is a thing.
The anti-termite foundation structure of the present invention is a solid foundation structure for a wooden structure having a bottom plate portion and a rising portion extending in the vertical direction from the outer edge portion of the bottom plate portion, and is embedded below the solid foundation structure. It has a bottom foamed resin body for anti-termite and a side foamed resin body for anti-termite arranged along the lateral side surface of the rising portion, and the bottom foamed resin body for anti-termite and the side portion. Each of the foamed resin bodies includes a foamed bead molded body, and is characterized in that a dovetail member having a hard coating portion covering the upper end surface of the side foamed resin body is provided.
In the ant-proof foundation structure of the present invention, it is possible to prevent termite feeding damage in a wooden structure by using a foamed bead molded body without using an insecticidal agent for the foundation structure or the surrounding ground.
The present invention does not use chemical pesticides or the like for the foundation structure or the surrounding ground, but uses a foamed bead molded body to construct a repellent environment in which termites do not easily approach the entire foundation, thereby preventing termites in wooden structures. The side is the inside and the outdoor side is the outside.

The effects of the present invention will be described in more detail below.
In the present invention, when a foamed bead molded product and a non-foamed bead molded product molded by another foam molding method such as extrusion molding are embedded in the ground under a wooden structure, the foamed bead molded product is used. I found that white ants tended to stay away from the building. Even if the constituent resins of the foamed bead molded product and the non-foamed bead molded product are the same, there is a similar tendency.
Although the reason for this finding is not clear, the present inventor presents that the foamed bead molded body vibrates slightly when absorbing the vibration, which does not create a repellent environment for termites. I guess. For example, the polystyrene-based resin foamed bead molded product has a stronger tendency to absorb ambient vibrations and to vibrate weakly than the polystyrene-based resin foamed product formed by extrusion molding or injection molding. In the wooden structure and the ground on which the wooden structure is built, the vibration generated in the surrounding roads and factories always propagates through the ground and is generated by the activities of the residents of the wooden building. It is said that daily vibration is generated in the range of about 40 dB to 60 dB. Therefore, when the foamed bead molded body is placed along the foundation structure of the wooden structure or around the foundation structure, the foamed bead molded body constantly vibrates weakly due to the above-mentioned ground vibration and daily vibration, and the weak vibration repels white ants. It is presumed that the environment can be constructed.
That is, the termite-
As the foamed resin body used in the anti-termite
Next, the configuration of the ant-
Solid foundation structure for wooden structures 30:
The present invention is a basic structure for preventing termites from feeding damage to wooden structures. Therefore, the
The
Bottom foam resin body 40:
The bottom foamed
The
As described above, in the present embodiment, the
From the viewpoint of constructing a repellent environment in which termites do not approach the
The thickness of the bottom foamed
The lower surface of the bottom foamed
Side foamed resin body 50:
In the anti-termite
In the present embodiment, the side foamed
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the side foamed
Further, in the present embodiment, the lower end of the side foamed
It is preferable that the side foamed
The thickness of the side foamed
The bottom foamed
The foamed bead molded product is obtained by filling a mold with foamable resin beads that have been appropriately pre-foamed, heating the resin beads with steam or the like in the mold to foam them, and fusing them to each other. It is a foam molded product formed in a desired shape along the inner surface of the mold. The foamed bead molded product has good vibration absorption performance while maintaining an appropriate strength.
The base resin constituting the foamed bead molded product is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include polystyrene-based resin, polypropylene-based resin, and polyethylene-based resin. These have appropriate flexibility and strength, and are excellent in vibration absorption. Generally, polystyrene-based resins, polypropylene-based resins, and polyethylene-based resins are said to be softer than polycarbonate-based resin foams and are more susceptible to termite feeding damage. However, in the present invention, the foamed bead molded body is used, and the bottom foamed
Among the foamed resin bodies described above, a foamed resin body containing a polystyrene resin as the base resin is preferable from the viewpoint of good balance of vibration absorption, generation of weak shaking of the resin body itself, appropriate strength, etc., and has a mass of 80 mass. A foamed resin body in which% or more is made of a polystyrene-based resin is more preferable, and a foamed resin body in which substantially 100% by mass of the polystyrene-based resin is substantially preferable. The base resin referred to here refers to a resin contained in an amount of 50% by mass or more in the resin material contained in the foamed bead molded product.
The polystyrene-based resin includes a polystyrene resin or a copolymer of polystyrene such as a polystyrene-polyethylene copolymer and another resin.

Regardless of the type of base resin, it is preferable that the bottom foamed

The
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2A, the
In the present embodiment, the covering

As confirmed from FIG. 2A, in the side view, the outer edge portion of the covering
Nothing may be arranged on the upper surface of the covering

Further, as another aspect of the
When the

The water-permeable

<Second embodiment>
Hereinafter, the second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 5 is a schematic cross-sectional view of an
In general, soil filled with residual soil generated when excavating the ground is often placed between the
