Description
The present invention relates to a showcase over-frost prevention device.
Conventionally, in stores such as supermarkets and convenience stores, showcases equipped with a product display storage for displaying various products such as refrigerated foods, frozen foods, and fresh foods have been installed. In such a showcase, the heat exchange function of the cooler (also called an evaporator) cools the air to become cold air, and the cold air keeps the products displayed in the product display room cool.
When the cooler is operated, frost adheres to the outer peripheral surface of the cooler and the duct through which cold air flows. When frost adheres to the outer peripheral surface of the cooler, the heat exchange performance of the cooler deteriorates and the cold insulation performance of the product deteriorates. Defrosting).
However, depending on various conditions (for example, the set temperature in the product display, the humidity around the showcase, etc.), defrosting is not sufficiently performed, and a phenomenon in which frost that is not defrosted gradually increases (over-frosting) occurs. ..
When over-frost occurs, the heat exchange performance of the cooler deteriorates significantly, the cold air does not drop to the target temperature, the temperature inside the product display rises, and the temperature of the products displayed in the product display rises. Increases and the quality of the product deteriorates. Therefore, various devices for preventing over-frosting of showcases have been conventionally proposed, and for example, those described in the following
Patent Document 1 describes an apparatus for determining the occurrence of over-frost based on the rate of change in the temperature inside the refrigerator. Further,
However, in any of the devices described in
The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to improve the reliability of over-frost determination, and in particular, the temperature inside the product display due to over-frost. It is an object of the present invention to provide a showcase over-frost prevention device capable of determining that over-frost tends to occur even before the temperature rises to a set value.
The showcase over-frost prevention device according to the present invention includes an internal temperature detection unit that detects the internal temperature of the product display cabinet in which the products are displayed in the showcase, and a blowout of cold air blown into the product display cabinet. The outlet temperature detection unit that detects the temperature, the pull-down timer that detects the pull-down time after the defrosting operation is performed, the internal temperature detected by the internal temperature detection unit, and the external temperature detection unit detect the temperature. From the blowout temperature and the pull-down time detected by the pull-down timer, a determination unit that determines that the showcase tends to cause over-deposition frost, and a determination unit that determines that over-deposition frost tends to occur. It has a notification unit for notifying the determination result when it is determined to be present.
Further, in the over-frost prevention device of the showcase described above, the determination unit determines the detected internal temperature, the blowout temperature, and the pull-down time as the internal temperature and the blowout temperature on a designated day in the past. It is preferable to compare with the pull-down time and determine that over-frosting tends to occur when the difference becomes a certain value or more.
Further, in the over-frost prevention device of the above-mentioned showcase, the determination unit has specified the difference between the detected internal temperature and the internal temperature on the past designated date, the detected outlet temperature and the past designation. It is said that over-frosting tends to occur when at least one of the difference from the blowout temperature on the day and the difference between the detected pull-down time and the pull-down time on the specified day in the past become a certain value or more. It is preferable to judge.
Further, in the above-mentioned showcase over-frost prevention device, the difference between the detected temperature inside the refrigerator and the temperature inside the refrigerator on the specified day in the past, the detected outlet temperature and the outlet temperature on the designated day in the past. The day when at least one of the differences between the two and the above becomes a certain value or more and the day when the difference between the detected pull-down time and the pull-down time on the specified day in the past becomes a certain value or more are limited to the same day. It is preferable to include cases where the dates are different.
Further, in the above-mentioned showcase over-frost prevention device, when it is determined by the determination unit that over-frost tends to occur, it is preferable to temporarily perform defrosting.
When over-frost tends to occur, the temperature inside the product display cabinet rises, the temperature at which the cold air blown into the product display cabinet rises, and the pull-down time increases, so the temperature inside the refrigerator and the temperature at which it blows out. It can be determined from the pull-down time and the pull-down time that over-frosting tends to occur. In particular, when frost is formed on the cooler, the pull-down time tends to be extended even if the internal temperature and the blowing temperature do not change. Therefore, over-frosting tends to occur by including the pull-down time as a judgment item. It is possible to improve the reliability of the determination of the above.
In addition, the detected internal temperature, outlet temperature, and pull-down time are compared with the internal temperature, outlet temperature, and pull-down time on the specified day in the past, and when the difference becomes a certain value or more, over-frost occurs. Since it is determined that it tends to occur, it can be determined that over-frost tends to occur even before the temperature inside the refrigerator rises to the set value or the outlet temperature rises to the set value. It is possible to improve the reliability of the determination that the over-frosting tends to occur.
In addition, at least one of the difference between the detected internal temperature and the internal temperature on the specified day in the past, the difference between the detected blowing temperature and the blowing temperature on the specified day in the past, the detected pull-down time and the past designation. Since it is determined that over-frosting tends to occur when the difference from the pull-down time on the day when the temperature is reduced exceeds a certain value, it is determined that erroneous determination based on one determination result is prevented and the reliability of the determination is improved. be able to.
In addition, the day when at least one of the compared internal temperature and the blowing temperature exceeds a certain value and the day when the compared pull-down time exceeds a certain value are different days, not only when they are the same day. Therefore, it is possible to improve the reliability of the determination that the over-frosting tends to occur.
In addition, when it is determined that over-frosting tends to occur, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of over-frosting by temporarily performing defrosting.

The

The
The
The
More specifically, in the
In addition, regarding the comparison result of the internal temperature, the outlet temperature, and the pull-down time, the day when the difference between at least one of the internal temperature and the outlet temperature becomes a certain value or more and the day when the difference in the pull-down time becomes a certain value or more. Is not limited to the same day, but also includes cases where the days are different. For example, it includes the case where the difference between the detected internal temperature and the internal temperature one week ago becomes a certain value or more, and the difference between the detected pull-down time and the pull-down time two weeks ago becomes a certain value or more. ..
The
In such a configuration, when the showcase 1 is operated, the products in the
Then, in the
The determination of the tendency for over-frost to occur will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG. First, during the operation of the showcase 1, the temperature inside the refrigerator, the temperature at which the air is blown out, and the pull-down time are detected (step S1).
Then, the detected internal temperature, outlet temperature, and pull-down time are compared with the internal temperature, outlet temperature, and pull-down time on the specified day in the past (step S2).
Then, whether or not at least one of the difference between the detected internal temperature and the internal temperature on the specified day in the past and the difference between the detected blowing temperature and the blowing temperature on the specified day in the past exceeds a certain value. Is determined (step S3).
If it is determined in step S3 that at least one of the differences between the internal temperature and the outlet temperature is equal to or higher than a certain value (YES in step S3), the detected pull-down time and the pull-down on the specified date in the past are performed. It is determined whether or not the difference from the time exceeds a certain value (step S4).
If it is determined in step S4 that the difference in pull-down time is equal to or greater than a certain value (YES in step S4), it is determined that over-frost tends to occur in the showcase (particularly, the cooler 13) 1. (Step S5).
If it is determined in step S5 that over-frosting tends to occur, the
Further, when the notification from the
According to the present embodiment, in determining that over-frosting tends to occur, the current internal temperature, blowout temperature, and pull-down time are set to the internal temperature, blowout temperature, and pull-down time on a designated day in the past. Since it is judged that over-frosting tends to occur when the difference exceeds a certain value, over-frosting occurs before the temperature inside the refrigerator and the blowing temperature rise to the set values. In particular, when frost is formed on the cooler, the pull-down time, which tends to extend even if the temperature inside the refrigerator or the outlet temperature does not change, is included in the judgment item. Thereby, the reliability of the determination that the over-frosting tends to occur can be improved. Furthermore, the day when at least one of the compared internal temperature and the blowing temperature exceeds a certain value and the day when the compared pull-down time exceeds a certain value are different days, not only when they are the same day. Therefore, the reliability of the determination that the over-frosting tends to occur can be further improved.
