It is disclosed that the composition is (NH 4 ) x Cs 1.5 K 0.003 Al 22.5 Si 73.5 O 192 , that is, the SiO 2 / Al 2 O 3 ratio is 6.53. There is. Further, it is disclosed that the aluminum of the skeleton is removed from the skeleton by heat-treating the obtained KFI-type zeolite in a steam atmosphere to increase the SiO 2 / Al 2 O 3 ratio. The SiO 2 / Al 2 O 3 ratio in the skeleton of the KFI-type zeolite after the heat treatment was 12.8 and 22, but the actual SiO 2 / Al 2 O 3 ratio was 6.53.
Non-patent document 4, but by heating the KFI-type zeolite after crystallization is to increase the SiO 2 / Al 2 O 3 ratio of skeleton, heat treatment in a water vapor atmosphere is the pore volume of the KFI-type zeolite The effect of increasing the SiO 2 / Al 2 O 3 ratio cannot be substantially obtained due to the decrease in the amount of the zeolite and the collapse of the zeolite skeleton structure.
As described above, the KFI-type zeolites reported so far have a low SiO 2 / Al 2 O 3 ratio and low heat resistance.
In view of these problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a KFI-type zeolite that can be expected to have higher heat resistance than the conventional KFI-type zeolite. Furthermore, another object is to provide a method for producing the KFI-type zeolite.
The present inventors have studied catalysts used in a high temperature atmosphere.
