Description
The present invention relates to a lining material whose inner and outer surfaces are inverted and lined in a pipeline, and a method of using the lining material.
Conventionally, the following construction methods have been known as construction methods for repairing existing pipelines such as aging water and sewage pipes, agricultural water pipes, and gas pipes. A curable resin liquid is applied to the inner peripheral surface of a tubular lining material having an airtight layer on the outer peripheral surface, and the lining material is impregnated with the curable resin liquid. Then, the inner and outer surfaces of the lining material are inverted and laid in the pipeline to cure the curable resin liquid impregnated in the lining material.
Conventionally, when applying and impregnating such a lining material with a curable resin liquid, an amount of the curable resin liquid required for impregnating the entire length of the lining material is applied to the inside of the lining material from one end of the lining material. The lining material was injected, sandwiched between pinch rollers and the like, and uniformly impregnated with the curable resin liquid over the entire length. However, in the case of a long lining material or a lining material having a large circumference, a large amount of curable resin liquid is injected at one time, so that a large work space is required for the injection work and the impregnation work. .. In addition, it was difficult to squeeze a large weight of the curable resin liquid with a pinch roller.
The resin injection port of
Generally, fasteners are intended for opening and closing, and not so high joint strength can be expected. Further, since the lining material is inverted by applying a fluid pressure, the portion of the lining material in the middle of inversion receives a tensile force in the tubular axis direction. Therefore, when the lining material of
When the curable resin liquid is thermosetting, it is often heated while applying an internal pressure to the inverted lining material in order to shorten the curing time of the curable resin liquid. At this time, the plastic tape softened by heat tends to expand locally so as to enter the inside of the resin injection port in the open state. When such expansion occurs, even if the curable resin is present inside the resin liquid injection port in the open state, the thickness of the lining material is locally reduced, and the strength (rigidity) of the lining material is locally reduced. It gets lower. In particular, when the lining material contains high-strength fibers such as glass fibers, the local strength of the lining material is significantly reduced.
When the curable resin liquid is cured at room temperature to prevent heat from being applied to the lining material, if the curable resin is present inside the resin liquid injection port in the open state, the thickness of the lining material is locally thickened. Although it does not become thin, the strength (rigidity) of the lining material may be locally reduced due to the opening of the resin liquid injection port.
An object of the present invention is to provide a lining material capable of preventing a local decrease in strength of the lining material in a lined state even if an injection port for injecting a curable resin liquid is formed in the lining material. ..
The lining material for a pipeline of the first invention is a lining material whose inner and outer surfaces are inverted and lined in a pipeline, and is composed of a tubular fiber layer and a resin layer covering the outer peripheral surface of the fiber layer. A lining member and a tubular second lining member arranged inside the first lining member and made of fibers are provided, and the first lining member is a curable resin liquid inside the second lining member. The second lining member has at least one linear or curved first slit into which an injection nozzle for injecting the water is inserted, and the second lining member has the injection nozzle inserted into the at least one first slit. It has at least one linear or curved second slit formed at a position where it can be inserted, and the peripheral portion of the first slit of the first lining member and the second slit of the second lining member. It is characterized in that the first slit and the second slit intersect or are separated from each other in a state where the peripheral portions of the above are stacked flat without slack.
When lining a pipeline with this lining material, first, an injection nozzle is inserted into the first slit of the first lining member and the second slit of the second lining member, and the injection nozzle is used to connect the second lining member. Inject a curable resin solution inside. After injecting the curable resin liquid, the first slit of the first lining member is covered with a highly airtight resin film. Further, after injecting the curable resin liquid, the fiber layers of the second lining member and the first lining member are impregnated with the curable resin liquid by a pinch roller or the like. After impregnating the curable resin liquid over the entire length of the lining material, the inner and outer surfaces of the lining material are inverted, and the curable resin liquid is cured in a state of being in close contact with the inner surface of the pipeline.
When the lining material is impregnated with the curable resin liquid, the inner peripheral surface of the first lining member (inner peripheral surface of the fiber layer) and the outer peripheral surface of the second lining member are in close contact with each other via the curable resin liquid. The first slit and the second slit intersect or intersect with each other in a state where the peripheral portion of the first slit of the first lining member and the peripheral portion of the second slit of the second lining member are overlapped in a flat manner without slack. ,is seperated. Therefore, in a state where the lining material is impregnated with the curable resin liquid, the peripheral portion of the first slit of the first lining member is in close contact with the second lining member via the curable resin liquid, and the first slit Almost the entire area is covered with the non-opened portion of the second lining member. Further, the peripheral portion of the second slit of the second lining member is in close contact with the first lining member via the curable resin liquid, and almost the entire area of the second slit is a portion where the first lining member is not opened. It is covered with. A curable resin liquid having a relatively high viscosity is used so that the impregnated state of the lining material can be maintained. Therefore, even if a force is applied to the lining material when the lining material is inverted, the peripheral portion of the first slit via the curable resin liquid and the second lining member are in close contact with each other, and the curable resin liquid is used for the first position. It is possible to maintain a close contact state between the peripheral portion of the two slits and the first lining member. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the application of a force in the opening direction to the first slit and the second slit, and it is difficult for the first slit and the second slit to open.
When the curable resin liquid is thermosetting, the lining material in the inverted state is heated while applying an internal pressure in order to shorten the curing time of the curable resin liquid. At this time, as described above, since the first slit and the second slit are difficult to open, even if the resin film covering the first slit is softened by heat, the resin film expands so as to enter the inside of the first slit. Can be prevented. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the thickness of the lining material from being locally reduced after the curable resin liquid is cured, and it is possible to prevent the lining material in the lined state from being locally reduced in strength.
Further, when the curable resin liquid is cured at room temperature, the thickness of the lining material after the curable resin liquid is cured does not become locally thin. As described above, since the first slit and the second slit are difficult to open, it is possible to prevent a local decrease in strength of the lining material in the lined state.
As described above, in the present invention, even if the injection ports (first slit and second slit) for injecting the curable resin liquid into the lining material are formed, the local strength of the lining material in the lined state is reduced locally. Can be prevented.
The pipeline lining material of the second invention is characterized in that, in the first invention, the at least one first slit is inclined with respect to the tubular axis direction of the first lining member.
According to this configuration, as compared with the case where the first slit is formed along the tubular axis direction of the first lining member, when a force in the circumferential direction acts on the lining material at the time of reversing or after reversing the lining material, The force in the opening direction received by the first slit can be reduced. Therefore, it is more difficult to open the first slit more reliably. Therefore, it is possible to more reliably prevent the thickness of the lining material from being locally reduced after the curable resin liquid is cured, and it is possible to more reliably prevent the local strength of the lining material in the lined state from being lowered.
When the first slit is curved, "the first slit is inclined with respect to the tubular axis direction of the first lining member" means a straight line connecting both ends of the first slit or the central portion of the first slit. It means that the tangent line of the first lining member is inclined with respect to the tubular axis direction of the first lining member.
The pipeline lining material of the third invention is characterized in that, in the first or second invention, the at least one second slit is formed along the circumferential direction of the second lining member. ..
According to this configuration, the second slit of the second lining member is formed along the circumferential direction of the second lining member. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the second slit member from receiving the force in the opening direction when the second lining member receives the tensile force in the circumferential direction and expands in diameter or expands after the lining material is inverted or inverted. That is, it is more difficult for the second slit to open more reliably. Therefore, it is possible to more reliably prevent the thickness of the lining material from being locally reduced after the curable resin liquid is cured, and it is possible to more reliably prevent the local strength of the lining material in the lined state from being lowered.
Further, the injection nozzle is characterized in that the curable resin liquid is arranged in a direction as close as possible to the tubular axis direction of the lining material so that the curable resin liquid can be discharged in the tubular axis direction of the lining material. Since the second slit is formed along the circumferential direction of the second lining member, the tubular axis of the injection nozzle is compared with the case where the second slit is formed along the tubular axis direction of the second lining member. It is easy to insert the injection nozzle so that the direction is the axial direction of the second lining material. Therefore, the injection work can be performed more easily.
When the second slit is curved, "the second slit is formed along the circumferential direction of the second lining member" means that the straight line connecting both ends of the second slit or the central portion of the second slit. It means that the tangent line is formed along the circumferential direction of the second lining member.
The pipeline lining material of the fourth invention is characterized in that, in any one of the first to third inventions, the at least one first slit and the at least one second slit are notches.
According to this configuration, the first slit and the second slit can be easily formed.
The method of using the lining material of the pipeline of the present invention is the method of using the lining material of the pipeline of the first to fourth inventions, in which the injection nozzle is inserted into the first slit and the second slit. It is characterized by having a step of injecting a curable resin liquid into the inside of the lining material, and a step of sewing the first slit with a suture thread after injecting the curable resin liquid.
According to this configuration, after injecting the curable resin liquid from the injection nozzles inserted into the first slit and the second slit, the first slit is sewn with a suture using the fiber layer of the first lining member. As described above, even if a force is applied to the lining material when the lining material is inverted, the peripheral portion of the first slit and the second lining member are in close contact with each other through the curable resin liquid, and the curable resin liquid is maintained. Since the state of close contact between the peripheral portion of the second slit and the first lining member can be maintained, it is possible to suppress the application of a force in the opening direction to the first slit and the second slit. Therefore, the suture strength (joint strength) of the first slit with the suture thread does not have to be so high. Therefore, a simple suturing method may be used. Further, suturing with a suture thread is easier than attaching a fastener. Therefore, the joining work of the first slit can be easily performed.
According to the present invention, although the lining material has an injection port for injecting a curable resin liquid, it is possible to prevent a local decrease in strength of the lining material in a lined state.

First, the structure of the
The
The
The
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The peripheral length of the
The
The
The first slit 13 of the
Next, a method of repairing the existing pipeline P using the
First, a thermosetting resin liquid is injected into the inside of the
(Resin injection / impregnation process)
As shown in FIG. 4, the
After injecting the thermosetting resin liquid, the
After suturing, as shown in FIG. 6, the slit-coated
Further, after the thermosetting resin liquid is injected, the region corresponding to the injection amount of the fiber layer 11 and the
Similarly, the thermosetting resin liquid is also injected from the other
Here, the case where the resin injection / impregnation step is performed after all the plurality of injection ports (first slit 13 and second slit 26) are formed has been described, but the injection ports (first slit 13 and second slit 26) have been described. ) Is not limited to this. One injection port (first slit 13 and second slit 26) is formed, a resin liquid is injected from there, the
In addition, any of the following three methods may be adopted for impregnating the region where the injection port (first slit 13 and second slit 26) is formed with the resin liquid. In the following three methods, a part of the
In the first method, the resin liquid injected upward from the target injection port is stored in the vicinity of the upper side of the target injection port. Before or after that, the resin liquid is injected downward from the target injection port, and the region below the target injection port is impregnated with the resin liquid. After completing the slit covering step and the air suction hole covering step of the target injection port, the resin liquid accumulated in the upper vicinity of the target injection port is moved downward to impregnate the region where the target injection port is formed with the resin liquid. In the second method, the resin liquid injected from the injection port above the target injection port is impregnated in the area above the target injection port, and a part of the resin liquid is stored in front of the target injection port (near the upper part). deep. Then, the resin liquid is injected downward from the target injection port, and the region below the target injection port is impregnated with the resin liquid. After completing the slit covering step and the air suction hole covering step of the target injection port, the resin liquid accumulated in the upper vicinity of the target injection port is moved downward to impregnate the region where the target injection port is formed with the resin liquid.
(Reversing installation process)
As shown in FIG. 7, the pipe line P is continuous with the shaft Q open to the ground, and the
As shown in FIG. 8B, when compressed air is introduced into the reversing
(Resin curing process)
A heating medium such as heated air or steam is supplied to the inside of the
The heat of the heating medium softens the hot melt adhesive 23 that temporarily joins the
Although the present embodiment has been described above, the
In a state where the
In order to cure the thermosetting resin liquid, the
Therefore, even if the injection ports (first slit 13 and second slit 26) for injecting the thermosetting resin liquid are formed in the
The first slit 13 of the
The second slit 26 of the
Further, the
After injecting the thermosetting resin liquid from the
Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made as long as they are described in the claims. The modification examples described later may be implemented in combination as appropriate.

3] The second slit 26 of the above embodiment is formed along the circumferential direction of the
4] The first slit 13 of the above embodiment is inclined with respect to the tubular axis direction of the
5] A plurality of the
6] The
7] In the above embodiment, the
8] In the above embodiment, the overlapping
9] When the overlapping
10] The
For example, as in the
Further, for example, as shown in the
The circumference of the
11] In the above embodiment, a thermosetting resin liquid is used as the curable resin liquid injected into the
12] In the above embodiment, the curable resin liquid is injected into the
