Description
The present invention relates to a laminated sheet, a foam wallpaper, and a method for manufacturing the foam wallpaper.
As wallpaper used for wall decoration of buildings, vinyl chloride wallpaper in which a resin layer of vinyl chloride resin is provided on a paper base material is widely used.
In recent years, in consideration of the environment, a foam wallpaper having a foam resin layer formed of a foamed polyolefin resin has been proposed.
As such a foam wallpaper, for example, a foamed resin composition obtained by adding a microcapsule type foaming agent to an emulsion containing an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is applied to a paper substrate and dried, and then a pattern is formed on the surface. Foamed wallpaper is known, which is printed, then heated and foamed, and then embossed to form an uneven pattern.
Further, a foamed resin composition obtained by adding a pyrolysis foaming agent to an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is extruded and laminated on a paper substrate using a T-die extruder, a pattern is printed on the surface, and then heating is performed. A foamed wallpaper formed by foaming and forming an uneven pattern by an embossed plate is known (see Patent Documents 1 and 2).
Further, in
The use of a microcapsule-type foaming agent is advantageous for forming a foamed resin layer having a good foaming state, but when a microcapsule-type foaming agent is added to an emulsion, a large amount of energy is required to volatilize and dry the water in the emulsion. Needs.
In addition, the smoothness of the surface is inferior to that when a chemical foaming agent is used. In addition, during embossing, the shell of the microcapsule is tough, so the embossing may be insufficiently pushed in. As a result, the design is limited and the non-land concealment property during construction tends to deteriorate. Furthermore, there is a problem that the cost is high.
On the other hand, when the foamed resin layer is formed by using an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, there is a problem caused by vinyl acetate. Specifically, there are concerns about corrosion of the extruder, excessive thickening due to the combination of the polar compound and the inorganic filler, and aging deterioration due to hydrolysis.
In the wallpaper produced by the production method described in
Further, as a means for solving these problems, a cross-linking method using a silane cross-linking agent has been studied (see

It is an object of the present invention to provide a laminated sheet, a foam wallpaper, and a method for producing a foam wallpaper, which are difficult to occur.

(Effect of this embodiment)
(1) As described above, in the laminated sheet 1 of the present embodiment, the foaming agent-containing
(2) Further, the content of the filler was defined as 5 to 80 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the matrix resin constituting the non-foamed resin layer. As a result, the filler is contained only in the non-foamed resin layer to suppress gelation during film formation, and at the same time, the function of the filler such as the hiding performance in the laminated sheet and the foamed wallpaper is sufficiently maintained.
(3) Further, the silane crosslinkable resin was defined as having a gel fraction of less than 80% measured based on JIS K6796. This has the effect of improving the mechanical strength, preventing yellowing, and reducing the loss of the design of the foam wallpaper.
