Claims (7)
- 粉末材料に電子ビームを照射し前記粉末材料を溶融させて三次元の物体を造形する三次元造形装置において、
前記粉末材料を溶融させる前に予備加熱のために電子ビームを前記粉末材料に対して照射し、前記予備加熱の後に、前記物体を造形するために電子ビームを照射して前記粉末材料を溶融させる電子ビーム出射部と、
前記電子ビーム出射部を制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、前記粉末材料を予備加熱する際に、前記予備加熱において電子ビームを照射する照射領域の中心から外縁に向けて電子ビームの照射位置をスパイラル状に移動させ、前記外縁から前記照射領域の中心へ戻すように、前記電子ビーム出射部を制御する、三次元造形装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記粉末材料を予備加熱する際に、第一の照射経路に沿って電子ビームを照射した後に、電子ビームの照射位置を前記照射領域の中心へ戻し、前記第一の照射経路と異なる第二の照射経路に沿って電子ビームを照射するように前記電子ビーム出射部を制御し、
前記第一及び第二の照射経路は、電子ビームを照射する照射領域の中心から外縁に向かうスパイラル形状である、請求項1に記載の三次元造形装置。 - 前記第一の照射経路と前記第二の照射経路とは、同一形状であり、かつ、同心状である、請求項2に記載の三次元造形装置。
- 前記第二の照射経路の始点の付近の経路領域は、前記第一の照射領域の終点から前記始点に向かう方向に沿って形成されている、請求項2又は3に記載の三次元造形装置。
- 前記粉末材料を載置し造形される前記物体を支持するプレートを備え、
前記プレートが円形状に形成されている、
請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の三次元造形装置。 - 前記電子ビーム出射部は、前記粉末材料を予備加熱する前に、前記プレートに電子ビームをスパイラル状に照射して前記プレートを予備加熱する、
請求項5に記載の三次元造形装置。 - 粉末材料に電子ビームを照射し前記粉末材料を溶融させて三次元の物体を造形する三次元造形方法において、
前記粉末材料を溶融させる前に予備加熱のために電子ビームを前記粉末材料に対して照射する予備加熱工程と、
前記予備加熱工程の後に、前記物体を造形するために電子ビームを照射して前記粉末材料を溶融させる物体造形工程と、を含み、
前記予備加熱工程にて、前記予備加熱工程において電子ビームを照射する照射領域の中心から外縁に向けて電子ビームの照射位置をスパイラル状に移動させ、前記外縁から前記照射領域の中心へ戻す、三次元造形方法。
