Description
The present invention relates to a polycarbonate resin composition, and more particularly to a polycarbonate resin composition having excellent antistatic properties and low outgassing properties while maintaining the transparency of the polycarbonate resin.
Polycarbonate resin is widely used industrially in electrical and electronic / OA equipment, optical media, automobile parts, building materials, etc. because it is excellent in transparency, impact resistance, heat resistance, dimensional stability, etc. as a general-purpose engineering plastic. There is. For example, in the manufacture of semiconductor devices, polycarbonate resin is used in cases for storing and transporting semiconductor parts such as silicon wafers.
The case for storing and transporting the semiconductor parts as described above is subjected to antistatic treatment in order to prevent electrostatic destruction of the semiconductor parts. For example, a conductive filler such as carbon is applied to the polycarbonate resin constituting the case. It has been added (for example, Patent Document 1 and the like). On the other hand, there is a problem that the case containing a conductive filler such as carbon is colored. Therefore, an ionic surfactant such as an alkyl sulfonate or an alkylbenzene sulfonate, particularly an alkyl (aryl) sulfonate-based surfactant, is added to the resin to reduce the resistance value of the resin. (For example, Patent Documents 2, 3, etc.).
Since the above-mentioned surfactant bleeds out when added to the resin and lowers the resistance value of the resin surface, there is a problem that the antistatic property is lowered when the resin surface is wiped or washed. There is also a problem that outgas is generated. Therefore, it has also been proposed to use a resin having antistatic properties as an antistatic agent. For example, a polyether ester amide (Patent Document 4), a graft polymer in which the stem polymer is polyamide and the branch polymer is a block polymer of polyalkylene ether and thermoplastic polyester (Patent Document 5), and a specific polyamideimide elastomer (Patent Document 5). Document 6), a resin containing a reaction product of a specific polyethylene glycol, a specific non-hindered diisocyanate, and a specific aliphatic chain extender glycol (Patent Document 7), and further, as a polyether ester-based antistatic agent. Various ones as described in Patent Documents 8 to 11 and the like have been proposed.
By the way, in recent years, in the manufacture of semiconductor devices, labels such as bar coats for quality control have been attached to semiconductor parts, and the transparency of the storage and transportation case also allows the parts stored from the outside to be visually recognized. Not only is it possible, but there is a growing demand for labels that are high enough to be optically readable from the outside, and storage and transportation made of the above-mentioned conventional antistatic agent-added polycarbonate resin. In some cases, the transparency was insufficient in the case.
Further, it is desired to use a polycarbonate resin that generates less outgas so that the semiconductor parts are not contaminated by the outgas generated from the storage / transport case. In response to such a desire, Patent Document 5 proposes a storage container made of a polycarbonate resin composition having a small amount of outgas and excellent antistatic property and transparency.
By the way, although the polycarbonate resin has the above-mentioned characteristics, it is easily scratched and the like, so that the surface hardness is also improved. For example, as a method of improving surface hardness while maintaining transparency, it is known to add a specific acrylate-based resin to a polycarbonate resin (for example, Patent Document 12 and the like).
In order to maintain the antistatic performance of the polycarbonate resin, it is necessary to add the above-mentioned antistatic agent or the like to the polycarbonate resin in a certain amount or more. However, as the amount of the antistatic agent compounded increases, the transparency of the resin decreases and the amount of outgas generated also increases. Therefore, it has been difficult to provide antistatic properties or reduce outgassing while maintaining the excellent transparency inherent in the polycarbonate resin.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an antistatic and low outgassing polycarbonate resin composition while maintaining the excellent transparency inherent in the polycarbonate resin.
As a result of diligent studies on the above problems, the present inventors have used it in combination with a specific acrylic resin even when a conventional antistatic agent used for antistatic of a polycarbonate resin is used. It has been found that by blending with a polycarbonate resin, it is possible to provide antistatic properties and reduce outgassing while maintaining the excellent transparency inherent in the polycarbonate resin. The present invention is based on such findings.

It is characterized by that.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that the polycarbonate resin (A) is contained in an amount of 40 to 78% by mass based on the entire composition.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the (B) polyether ester antistatic agent and the (C) acrylic additive are contained in a ratio of 25:75 to 75:25 on a mass basis. Is preferable.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that the polycarbonate resin composition further contains (D) a surfactant.
Further, in another embodiment of the present invention, a molded product made of the above-mentioned polycarbonate resin composition is also provided.
According to the present invention, the excellent transparency inherent in the polycarbonate resin is maintained by adding the polyether ester antistatic agent and the specific acrylic additive to the polycarbonate resin in a specific blending ratio. However, it is possible to realize an antistatic and low outgassing polycarbonate resin composition.
The polycarbonate resin composition of the present invention is an acrylic composed of a polymer containing (A) a polycarbonate resin, (B) a polyether ester antistatic agent, and (C) an aromatic (meth) acrylate unit and a methyl methacrylate unit. It contains a system additive as an essential component. Even in the conventional polycarbonate resin composition, although a polyether ester antistatic agent or the like has been known as an antistatic agent capable of achieving both transparency and antistatic property, it is about 1 to 10% by mass with respect to the entire composition. It was contained in the ratio of. That is, when an antistatic agent is added in an amount of more than 10% by mass, the antistatic performance is improved, but it is difficult to maintain the transparency. By using a specific acrylic additive in combination with an antistatic agent, the present inventors can maintain excellent antistatic properties while maintaining transparency even if the antistatic agent is contained in a certain proportion. We found that it could be achieved.
In the present invention, (B) a polyether ester antistatic agent is contained in an amount of 7 to 38% by mass based on the entire composition, and (C) an acrylic additive is contained in an amount of 7 to 48% by mass based on the entire composition. Including. Even when the amount of the antistatic agent is increased in this way, the transparency is maintained by containing the specific acrylic additive in a proportion of 7 to 48% by mass with respect to the entire composition. , Excellent antistatic property can be realized. Further, in addition to transparency and antistatic property, low outgassing property can be obtained. Hereinafter, each component constituting the polycarbonate resin composition of the present invention will be described.
