Claims (10)
- メインバッテリ用のバッテリモジュール(10)であって、以下の特徴、すなわち
ハウジング(11)と、
前記ハウジング(11)内に配置されたバッテリセル(12)と、
前記バッテリセル(12)に隣接しているパワーエレクトロニクス回路基板(13)と、
前記メインバッテリの冷却プレートとして機能する、前記パワーエレクトロニクス回路基板(13)から離れる方向に面する支持面(14)と、
前記パワーエレクトロニクス回路基板(13)の表面にわたって位置し、前記支持面(14)の方向にまたは前記支持面(14)に沿って前記バッテリセル(12)の間に伸びる熱伝導要素(15)とを含み、
前記パワーエレクトロニクス回路基板(13)からの熱は前記熱伝導要素(15)を介して前記バッテリセル(12)内に移動するように構成されていると共に、
前記熱伝導要素(15)は前記バッテリセル(12)の数に対応した長さを有している表面(16)と、前記表面(16)に一体的に形成されている複数の突出部(17)とを有し、且つ、前記複数の突出部(17)が互いに対して平行平面にかつ前記表面(16)に対して直角に延びている、ことを特徴とするバッテリモジュール(10)。 - 以下の特徴、すなわち、
前記バッテリセル(12)が、接続部(20)、特に、ねじ型接続部または溶接接続部(20)を有することと、
前記表面(16)が、前記接続部(20)を通って前記パワーエレクトロニクス回路基板(13)に導くための切取部(18)を有することと、
を特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール(10)。 - 以下の特徴、すなわち、
前記ハウジング(11)がカバー(19)を備えることと、
前記支持面(14)が前記カバー(19)と反対側に延在することと、
を特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリモジュール(10)。 - 以下の特徴、すなわち、
前記パワーエレクトロニクス回路基板(13)が、パワー半導体(21)およびコーティングされた銅面(22)を有することと、
前記熱伝導要素(15)が前記銅面(22)に位置することと、
を特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリモジュール(10)。 - 以下の特徴、すなわち、
前記熱伝導要素(15)が銅を含むこと、または、
前記熱伝導要素(15)がアルミニウムを含むこと
のうちの少なくとも1つを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリモジュール(10)。 - 以下の特徴、すなわち、
前記熱伝導要素(15)が、熱伝導性、絶縁コーティングを有することと、
前記コーティングが、有機ポリマーまたはセラミック材料を含むことと、
を特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリモジュール(10)。 - 以下の特徴、すなわち、
前記熱伝導要素(15)が、前記バッテリセル(12)の3つ以上の側面を覆うこと、または、
前記熱伝導要素(15)が、3つ以上のバッテリセル(12)の間に延びること
のうちの少なくとも1つを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリモジュール(10)。 - バッテリモジュール(10)を製造する方法(30)であって、以下の特徴、すなわち、
1枚の板金(23)が、打抜き−曲げダイ(24)を用いて分割され、
前記分割された1枚の板金(23)が、くさび曲げ(25)により、熱伝導要素(15)を形成するように成形され、
バッテリセル(12)がハウジング(11)内に、冷却プレートとして機能する支持面(14)まで挿入され、
前記熱伝導要素(15)が、前記バッテリセル(12)の間に導入され、
パワーエレクトロニクス回路基板(13)が、前記支持面(14)とは反対側の前記熱伝導要素(15)の表面に配置され、
前記熱伝導要素(15)は、前記バッテリセル(12)の数に対応した長さを有している表面(16)と、前記表面(16)に一体的に形成されている複数の突出部(17)とを有し、且つ、前記複数の突出部(17)が互いに対して平行平面にかつ前記表面(16)に対して直角に延びている構造を有しており、前記パワーエレクトロニクス回路基板(13)からの熱を前記バッテリセル(12)内に移動するように構成されている、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリモジュール(10)を有するメインバッテリ。
- 請求項9に記載のメインバッテリを有する電気自動車。
