Description
Claims (5)
- 試料または試薬のいずれかの液体を反応容器へ分注するノズルと、
前記ノズルを弾性部材によって支持するアームを有する分注機構と、
前記アームの上下移動及び水平移動を制御し、前記反応容器内に分注した試料と試薬の混合液を分析するコントローラを備えた自動分析装置において、
前記ノズルは停止位置検知板を、前記アームは前記停止位置検知板を検知する停止位置検知器を、前記コントローラは前記アームの移動距離を記憶可能なメモリを夫々備え、
前記停止位置検知器は、所定範囲の検知範囲を有し、
前記コントローラは、
前記アームを下方向に移動させ、前記ノズルを前記反応容器の底部に弾性接触させた後にさらに前記アームを下降させる際に、前記停止位置検知板の少なくとも一部分が前記検知範囲内に入ったことを前記停止位置検知器が検知したときに前記アームの移動を停止し、
前記ノズルが前記反応容器の底部に弾性接触した状態で前記アームを上方向に移動させる際に、前記検知範囲に入っていた前記停止位置検知板の一部分が前記検知範囲から外れたことを前記停止位置検知器検知したときのアームの位置を起点とし、前記メモリにあらかじめ記憶させた前記移動距離だけ前記アームを上方向にさらに移動させて停止させ、
前記アームを停止させた状態で前記液体を吐出するよう制御することを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項1に記載の自動分析装置において、
前記ノズルが物体に接触していることを判断する接触判断部を備え、
前記メモリに記憶する前記移動距離は、前記停止位置検知器が前記停止位置検知板を検知する境界位置と、前記接触判断部が前記ノズルと物体との接触を判断した境界位置との間の距離をもとに決定されることを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項2に記載の自動分析装置において、
前記接触判断部は、前記ノズルの静電容量の変化を検出する静電容量検出器からの信号によって前記ノズルと物体との接触を判断することを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項2に記載の自動分析装置において、
前記接触判断部は、前記ノズルを支持している圧電部材の変形による、電圧変化によって、前記ノズルと物体との接触を判断することを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項1に記載の自動分析装置において、
前記コントローラは、前記停止位置検知器から前記停止位置検知板が外れた位置を起点とし前記移動距離だけ前記アームを上方向に移動させて停止させた状態で前記液体を吐出する第1制御、および、前記移動距離だけ前記アームを上方向に移動させて停止させる前に前記液体を吐出する第2制御を行い、
前記コントローラは、前記液体の吐出量又は前記液体の吐出速度に基づき、前記第1制御又は前記第2制御のいずれかの制御を行うことを特徴とする自動分析装置。
