Description
The present invention relates to, for example, a method of supporting a catalyst on a filter cloth of a bug filter used for exhaust gas treatment in a waste incineration facility.
For example, in a garbage incineration facility, a bag filter (filter-type dust collector) is widely used as a device for removing dust (soot dust) contained in exhaust gas generated by combustion of garbage, and is used in this bag filter. By supporting a catalyst having an effect of removing nitrogen oxides and dioxins on the filter cloth, the nitrogen oxides and dioxins contained in the exhaust gas are also removed.
Conventionally, as a method of supporting a catalyst on a filter cloth, a method in which the filter cloth is immersed in a liquid catalyst and then dried is known.
However, in the above catalyst-supporting method, the catalyst-supporting factory is transported to the catalyst-supporting factory, and the catalyst-supporting factory is transported to the site where the filter cloth is used (for example, a waste incineration facility). There is a problem that it takes a lot of time and money to transport the filter cloth and support the catalyst.
Further, in the above catalyst-supporting method, the filter cloth may shrink, so it is necessary to estimate the shrinkage amount of the filter cloth to determine the filter cloth size, and the length and diameter of the filter cloth carrying the catalyst are larger than the assumed dimensions. If it is too small or too large, it cannot be used and may be wasted.
Therefore, before forming the fibers into a filter cloth, each of the fibers is immersed in a liquid catalyst, and then dried, and then the fibers carrying the catalyst are used to filter the fibers having a predetermined shape and size. Has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
However, although the technique according to Patent Document 1 can certainly solve the problem of shrinkage of the filter cloth, each fiber, which is a constituent material thereof, is immersed in a liquid catalyst at a stage before molding the filter cloth. Since a step of drying after the process is required, there is a problem that it takes a lot of time and money to support the catalyst in the stage before molding the filter cloth.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and the catalyst can be easily supported without shrinking the filter cloth, and the cost required for supporting the catalyst on the filter cloth. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for supporting a catalyst for a filter cloth, which can significantly reduce the time and cost.
In order to achieve the above object, the method for supporting the catalyst of the filter cloth according to the present invention is
A method for supporting a catalyst on a filter cloth that filters exhaust gas and supports the catalyst powder on the filter cloth.
A new filter cloth is installed in the middle of the exhaust gas flow path, the catalyst powder is supplied to the upstream side of the exhaust gas flow in the installed new filter cloth, and the catalyst powder is supplied from the upstream side of the exhaust gas flow in the new filter cloth. By generating an airflow that passes through the filter cloth and flows downstream, the catalyst powder is air-transported to the new filter cloth by the air flow, and the catalyst is placed on the upstream surface of the exhaust gas flow in the new filter cloth. It is characterized in that powder is adhered to it (first invention).
In the catalyst-supporting method of the filter cloth of the present invention, the catalyst powder that has fallen without adhering to the new filter cloth is recovered, and the recovered catalyst powder is again supplied to the upstream side of the exhaust gas flow in the new filter cloth. Is preferable (second invention).
In the method for supporting a catalyst of a filter cloth of the present invention, the particle size of the catalyst powder is 15 to 20 μm, and the amount of the catalyst powder adhered to the new filter cloth is 180 to 220 g with a target value of 200 g / m 2. The range is preferably in the range of / m 2 (third invention).
In the method for supporting a catalyst for a filter cloth of the present invention, the catalyst powder preferably contains one or more selected from titanium oxide powder, molybdenum oxide powder and vanadium oxide powder (fourth invention). ..
According to the catalyst-supporting method of the filter cloth of the present invention, a new filter cloth is installed in the middle of the exhaust gas flow path at a site such as a waste incineration facility, and a catalyst is installed on the upstream side of the exhaust gas flow in the installed new filter cloth. By supplying the powder and generating an airflow that flows from the upstream side of the exhaust gas flow in the new filter cloth to the downstream side through the filter cloth, the catalyst powder is air-transported to the new filter cloth, and the new filter cloth is used. Since the catalyst powder adheres to the upstream surface of the exhaust gas flow in the above, the catalyst can be easily supported without shrinking the filter cloth and the liquid catalyst can be easily supported as compared with the conventional method including the dipping and drying steps of the liquid catalyst. The cost and time required to support the catalyst on the filter cloth can be significantly reduced as compared with the conventional method that requires the dipping / drying step of the filter cloth.
By adopting the configuration of the second invention, the catalyst powder that has fallen without adhering to the new filter cloth is reused for supporting the catalyst on the filter cloth, so that the amount of the catalyst powder used can be suppressed.
By adopting the configuration of the third invention, the catalyst powder can be reliably adhered between the fibers of the filter cloth without clogging the filter cloth, and nitrogen oxides and nitrogen oxides can be suppressed while suppressing the increase in the differential pressure of the filter cloth. The effect of removing dioxin can be surely obtained.
By adopting the configuration of the fourth invention, it is possible to secure the necessary and sufficient performance for removing nitrogen oxides and dioxins in the exhaust gas.
Next, a specific embodiment of the method for supporting the catalyst of the filter cloth according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[First Embodiment]
FIG. 1 shows a schematic system configuration diagram of a waste incineration facility to which the method for supporting a catalyst for a filter cloth according to the first embodiment of the present invention is applied.

<Explanation of filter cloth replacement / catalyst support method>
As described above, the

Next, the

<Explanation of action and effect>
According to the catalyst supporting method of the
Further, according to the catalyst supporting method, the following effects (1) and (2) can be obtained.
