Claims (18)
- 流体、具体的には血液を導くようになっている、医療用体外流体ラインのための中間要素(1)であって、
接続部(3、4)間に延在する主部(2)を有し、
流動チャネル(5)が、前記流体を導くために前記主部(2)及び前記接続部(3、4)を連続的に貫通し、
前記接続部(3、4)が、流体を導くために前記主部(2)を流体ラインに接続するようになっており、
受容領域(8)が、前記主部(2)の外周に配置され、前記主部と一体的になっており、測定値送信機を受容するようになっており、
前記流動チャネル(5)への開口部(7)が、前記主部(2)における前記受容領域(8)に配置され、弾性要素を使用して前記受容領域(8)に向かって流体密に封止され、
前記受容領域(8)が、前記流体中に含有されている少なくとも1つのガスを測定するためのガスセンサ(21)として設計されるセンサ装置(25)の測定値送信機を受容するようになっており、
前記弾性要素が、少なくとも1つのガスを透過可能な拡散要素(10)であり、

- 前記保持装置(9)が、前記ガスセンサ(21)の逆ホルダ要素(29)と協働するように設計された少なくとも1つのホルダ要素(19)を含む請求項8に記載の中間要素(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのホルダ要素(19)が、噛み合い突出部として適合している逆ホルダ要素と協働するように適合している噛み合いフックとして適合する請求項8から9のいずれかに記載の中間要素(1)。
- 前記保持装置(9)が、前記受容領域(8)の外周に配置された複数のホルダ要素(19)を含む請求項8から10のいずれかに記載の中間要素(1)。
- 単回使用のためだけに設計された使い捨て要素になっている請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の中間要素(1)。
- 流体、具体的には血液を導くようになっている少なくとも1本の流体ライン(62、64)と、
患者(50)の流体を前記流体ライン(62)に導くようになっている少なくとも1つの導入要素(61)と、
前記少なくとも1本の流体ライン(62、64)に水力学的に接続されるガス交換モジュール(60)と
を含む医療用体外流体システム、具体的には医療用体外血液循環であって、
請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の中間要素(1)が水力学的に前記流体ライン(62、64)に挿入されるように、前記流体ライン(62、64)が前記中間要素(1)に接続されるようになっていることを特徴とする医療用体外流体システム。 - 一方で前記導入要素(61)に接続され、他方で前記ガス交換モジュール(60、600)に接続される第1の流体ライン(62)が、前記中間要素(1)に水力学的に接続されるようになっている請求項13に記載の医療用体外流体システム。
- 第1の流体ライン(62)が、互いに分離している2つのライン部分(62a、62b)を含み、その前記導入要素(61)及び前記ガス交換モジュール(60、600)と反対側の末端が、それぞれ前記中間要素(1)に接続されるようになっている請求項13から14のいずれかに記載の医療用体外流体システム。
- 前記中間要素(1)が、前記第1の流体ライン(62)に水力学的に挿入される請求項13から15のいずれかに記載の医療用体外流体システム。
- 前記丸みを帯びた形状が、円形状である請求項2に記載の中間要素(1)。
- 前記ポリメチル−ペンテンが、ポリ−4−メチル−1−ペンテンである請求項3に記載の中間要素(1)。
