Claims (4)
- ケーシングと、このケーシング内に設けられたシリンダと、このシリンダ内をその中心軸線と平行な一方向に往復動可能なピストンと、このピストンの動作を電気的に制御する制御回路と、前記ケーシングにおける一方向一端側に接続部を介して設けられる制振ユニットとを有する往復運動機関において、
前記接続部に、平板状の基板取付部と腕部とを有して構成される取付体の前記腕部が取り付けられ、
前記ピストンの往復動による前記一方向の振動を検知して前記制御回路に送る振動検出手段が設けられ、この振動検出手段が前記一方向と平行な前記基板取付部に取り付けられ、
前記接続部における前記一方向と直交する方向の寸法が、前記ケーシング又は制振ユニットにおける前記一方向と直交する方向の寸法よりも小さく形成されると共に、前記中心軸線から前記取付体の外端までの距離が、前記中心軸線から前記ケーシングの胴部或いは前記制振ユニットの外端までの距離よりも小さいことを特徴とする往復運動機関。 - 前記振動検出手段が前記基板取付部の内面側に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載の往復運動機関。
- 前記振動検出手段に加速度センサが用いられることを特徴とする請求項1記載の往復運動機関。
- 前記加速度センサの素子が、複数の検出軸の方向に異なる寸法を有すると共に、前記加速度センサの素子における最も小さい検出軸方向寸法と一致する検出軸を前記一方向と直交させたことを特徴とする請求項3記載の往復運動機関。
