Description
An embodiment of the present invention relates to a monitoring system for monitoring deterioration or abnormality of equipment in electrical equipment.
Conventionally, a diagnosis using an AE (Acoustic Emission) sensor has been known as a diagnosis of deterioration or abnormality of power receiving and transforming equipment. The AE sensor is a sensor that picks up the sound generated as an elastic wave when a material is deformed and detects the degree of deformation and cracks of the material. This AE sensor is also used to detect partial discharge generated by stains or deterioration of the insulating part of high-voltage equipment such as mold equipment, which is difficult to visually confirm.
In the conventional monitoring of deterioration or abnormality of power receiving and transforming equipment as described above, an inspector goes to the site at the time of regular inspection, and the inspector diagnoses the deterioration or abnormality and confirms the soundness and insulation performance of the equipment. It was. However, in order to check the inside of the power receiving and transforming equipment, it is necessary to take a power outage to avoid live-line proximity work, and it is difficult to carry out regular inspections frequently. Therefore, in reality, it was often possible to monitor deterioration or abnormality only several times a year.
In addition, electrical equipment such as power receiving and transforming equipment and uninterruptible power supplies are equipped with a large number of supplies in a limited space, and all of them, such as those placed in deep places, can be visually checked. No deterioration or abnormality could be confirmed.
An object to be solved by the present invention is to provide a monitoring system capable of monitoring deterioration and abnormality of equipment in electrical equipment.

[1. First Embodiment]
[1-1. Constitution]
Hereinafter, the configuration of the monitoring system according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2.
The monitoring system according to the present embodiment is a system that detects sound waves emitted by equipment in electrical equipment and diagnoses deterioration or abnormality of the equipment based on the waveform of the sound waves. This monitoring system includes a sensor that detects sound waves emitted by equipment in electrical equipment, and a monitoring device main body that diagnoses deterioration or abnormality of equipment in electrical equipment based on the detected sound waves.
The main body of the monitoring device includes a single computer or a plurality of computers and a display device connected to a network. The monitoring device main body stores a program and a database in an HDD, SSD, or the like, expands them appropriately in RAM, and processes them by a CPU to perform necessary calculations such as comparison and determination of sound wave waveforms described later. The monitoring device may be provided in electrical equipment or in an external device such as a central monitoring device.
The monitoring system will be described in detail. FIG. 1 is a functional block diagram of the monitoring device according to the present embodiment. As shown in FIG. 1, the monitoring system includes an
In the present embodiment, the
The
Electrical equipment includes power receiving and transforming equipment and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS). In addition, the present embodiment can be applied to equipment for which it is not preferable to cause a power failure, or equipment that is composed of a large number of products and whose deterioration or abnormality cannot be visually diagnosed.
FIG. 2 is a diagram for explaining the mounting position of the
The
The
Further, in the
The
The
The
The
When the
When the
[1-2. motion]
The operation of this monitoring device will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4. FIG. 3 is an operation flowchart of the monitoring device according to the present embodiment. This operation sequence is an example, and is not limited to this.
As shown in FIG. 3, first, the
If the width does not exceed the predetermined width, the
When the
On the other hand, when it is determined that the threshold value is exceeded (Yes in step S05), the abnormality
[1-3. effect]
(1) The monitoring device of the present embodiment is installed in the electrical equipment, and has an
As a result, the state of the equipment in the electric equipment can be constantly monitored by sound, and deterioration or abnormality of the equipment in the electric equipment can be detected without stopping the electric equipment. In particular, when the electrical equipment is a power receiving / transforming equipment, the power receiving / transforming equipment is usually in a live-line state, so it is necessary to perform inspections after a power outage, and it is not necessary to perform regular inspections frequently. Although it was difficult, according to the present embodiment, since it is possible to constantly monitor the inspection, it is possible to carry out the inspection without causing a power failure. As a result, deterioration or abnormality of the equipment in the electric equipment can be detected at an early stage, and the necessity of updating the equipment can be quickly determined.
(2) The
As a result, it is possible to identify the device in which the abnormality has occurred in the electrical equipment. That is, the part where the detected sound wave waveform is different from the normal sound wave waveform is the part where it is presumed that the abnormality of the electrical equipment is reflected, and the relevant part is extracted and the frequency at which the abnormality is observed is determined by the amplitude. It is specified by the
(3) In the present embodiment, the transmitting
(4) When the
[2. Second Embodiment]
A second embodiment will be described. The second embodiment is the same as the basic configuration of the first embodiment. In the following, only the points different from those of the first embodiment will be described, and the same parts as those of the first embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals and detailed description thereof will be omitted.
In the second embodiment, when the waveform of the sound wave detected by the
According to this embodiment, it is possible to exclude vibration caused by an external factor of the electric equipment and make it easy to detect deterioration or abnormality of the equipment. That is, even if the detected sound wave waveform exceeds a predetermined width with respect to the normal sound wave waveform, it is considered that it is due to accidental fluctuations for a short time. In other words, deterioration and abnormalities of equipment in electrical equipment are considered to appear in the waveform of sound waves over a long period of time rather than in a short time, so it can be estimated that fluctuations within a short time are due to external factors of electrical equipment. .. Since the alarm is not issued in such a case, it is possible to prevent false alarms due to external factors.
[3. Third Embodiment]
The third embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. The third embodiment is the same as the basic configuration of the first embodiment. In the following, only the points different from those of the first embodiment will be described, and the same parts as those of the first embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals and detailed description thereof will be omitted.
FIG. 5 is a functional block diagram of the monitoring device according to the third embodiment. In the third embodiment, is there a change in the waveforms of the
The change in the open / closed state of the circuit breaker can be determined by the input of the open / closed state signal of the circuit breaker to the
When the circuit breaker open / close state signal is input, the
The
When the
The
According to this embodiment, the sound associated with the operation of the circuit breaker can be excluded. That is, when the circuit breaker operates, the drive mechanism that opens and closes the contacts of the circuit breaker operates, and the operating noise may be loud and the abnormal noise of other equipment may be buried. However, such a situation should be prevented. Can be done.
Further, the
