Claims (5)
- 無段変速機であって、入力プーリ(1)と、出力プーリ(2)と、駆動ベルト(3)とを備え、前記入力プーリ(1)および前記出力プーリ(2)にはそれぞれ、大部分が円錐形の2つのプーリディスク(4,5)が設けられており、該プーリディスク(4,5)は、互いにプーリ角(Φp;Φp-i;Φp-o)を成して配置されており、かつ前記駆動ベルト(3)のそれぞれの側における接触面(37)と接触しており、前記駆動ベルト(3)の前記それぞれの側における前記接触面(37)は互いにベルト角(Φb)を成して配置されており、前記無段変速機において、一方における前記駆動ベルト(3)と、他方における前記入力プーリ(1)または前記出力プーリ(2)との接触は、それぞれのプーリ(1,2)の前記プーリディスク(4,5)に対する最小半径位置と最大半径位置との間で変化することができる、無段変速機において、少なくとも前記接触の最小可能半径位置において、前記入力プーリ(1)の前記プーリ角(Φp-i)は前記出力プーリ(2)の前記プーリ角(Φp-o)よりも小さく、
前記ベルト角(Φb)は、前記入力プーリ(1)の前記プーリ角(Φp-i)よりも大きい、無段変速機において、
前記接触の最小可能半径位置において、前記ベルト角(Φb)は、前記出力プーリ(2)の前記プーリ角(Φp-o)と等しいことを特徴とする、無段変速機。 - 無段変速機であって、入力プーリ(1)と、出力プーリ(2)と、駆動ベルト(3)とを備え、前記入力プーリ(1)および前記出力プーリ(2)にはそれぞれ、大部分が円錐形の2つのプーリディスク(4,5)が設けられており、該プーリディスク(4,5)は、互いにプーリ角(Φp;Φp-i;Φp-o)を成して配置されており、かつ前記駆動ベルト(3)のそれぞれの側における接触面(37)と接触しており、前記駆動ベルト(3)の前記それぞれの側における前記接触面(37)は互いにベルト角(Φb)を成して配置されており、前記無段変速機において、一方における前記駆動ベルト(3)と、他方における前記入力プーリ(1)または前記出力プーリ(2)との接触は、それぞれのプーリ(1,2)の前記プーリディスク(4,5)に対する最小半径位置と最大半径位置との間で変化することができる、無段変速機において、少なくとも前記接触の最小可能半径位置において、前記入力プーリ(1)の前記プーリ角(Φp-i)は前記出力プーリ(2)の前記プーリ角(Φp-o)よりも小さく、少なくとも前記接触の最大可能半径位置においては、前記入力プーリ(1)の前記プーリ角(Φp-i)は、前記出力プーリ(2)の前記プーリ角(Φp-o)に等しいことを特徴とする、無段変速機。
- 前記接触の前記最小可能半径位置において、前記入力プーリ(1)の前記プーリ角(Φp-i)は、前記出力プーリ(2)の前記プーリ角(Φp-o)より少なくとも0.2度、最大で1.2度だけ小さい、請求項1または2記載の無段変速機。
- 前記出力プーリ(2)の前記プーリ角(Φp-o)の公称値は、約22.0度であり、前記接触の前記最小可能半径位置においては、前記入力プーリ(1)の前記プーリ角(Φp-i)の公称値は、約21.4度である、請求項1または2記載の無段変速機。
- 前記駆動ベルト(3)には、無端キャリヤ(31)と、該無端キャリヤの周囲に沿って該無端キャリヤに連続的にかつ摺動可能に取り付けられた複数の横断部材(32)とが設けられており、各横断部材(32)には、前側本体面(39)と、後側本体面(38)とが設けられており、前記前側本体面(39)と前記後側本体面(38)との間において前記横断部材(32)は厚さ方向に延びており、前記前側本体面(39)と前記後側本体面(38)との間において前記横断部材(32)にはそれぞれの側において、前記無段変速機の前記入力プーリ(1)および前記出力プーリ(2)と摩擦接触するための接触面(37)が設けられており、各横断部材(32)の前記接触面(37)は、互いに所定の角度を成して向けられており、前記ベルト角(Φb)または少なくとも該ベルト角(Φb)の公称値は、前記駆動ベルト(3)の全ての横断部材(32)の前記接触面(37)の間の角度の平均値に相当する、請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載の無段変速機。
