Description
The present invention relates to a road surface covering sheet installed at a repaired portion of the road surface or the like.
Conventionally, potholes generated on the surface of asphalt pavement on roads have the inconvenience of generating noise and vibration when a vehicle passes through, and the inconvenience of inducing a vehicle accident, and therefore need to be repaired promptly. As a method for repairing potholes, there is a method in which a pothole is filled with a room temperature asphalt mixture, compacted, and then the room temperature asphalt mixture is coated with a rubber sheet. According to this repair method, the sheet prevents the dissipation of the room temperature asphalt mixture and reduces the permeation of rainwater to prevent the recurrence of potholes.
In addition, the joint installed on the bridge part of the road has the inconvenience of generating noise and vibration when the vehicle passes, and the inconvenience of inducing tire slippage. As a countermeasure for these, the joint and its peripheral part are made of rubber. There is a method of covering with a sheet of. According to this coping method, the step between the joint and the pavement surface can be alleviated to alleviate noise and vibration. Further, by covering the joint having a low coefficient of friction with a rubber sheet, it is possible to prevent the tire from slipping. Further, by covering the gap existing in the joint with a sheet, it is possible to prevent the infiltration of rainwater and prevent the deterioration of the deck plate and the girder existing around the joint.
As a road surface covering sheet used for these applications, there is a sheet conventionally configured by stacking a plurality of layers (see, for example, Patent Document 1). This road surface covering sheet is formed by laminating a non-slip layer, a first rubber sheet, a fiber woven fabric, a second rubber sheet, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in this order from the front surface to the back surface. ing. This road surface covering sheet has a structure in which both sides of the fiber woven fabric are sandwiched between the first rubber sheet and the second rubber sheet, and each rubber sheet is heat-sealed and integrated with the fiber woven fabric to form the whole. The shear strength is increased. This road surface covering sheet is coated on the deteriorated joint portion of the member to reinforce the joint portion.
The road surface covering sheet installed on the road surface wears as the vehicle travels on the surface. When the road surface covering sheet is installed on a road surface with heavy traffic such as an urban expressway, the progress of wear is relatively fast, so it is necessary to frequently inspect the road surface covering sheet.
However, since the road surface covering sheet uses the same black material as general asphalt pavement, it is necessary to approach the installed road surface covering sheet and perform a visual inspection in order to detect the degree of wear. There is. Therefore, in order to inspect the road surface covering sheet, it may be necessary to regulate the traffic around the installation position of the road surface covering sheet. Road surface covering sheets installed for repairing potholes and preventing joints from slipping are often scattered over a wide area, which is inconvenient for traffic regulation and widens the range of traffic regulation. There is a disadvantage that it has a large impact on traffic.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a road surface covering sheet that can be easily inspected after installation.
In order to solve the above problems, the road surface covering sheet of the present invention is used.
It comprises a laminate having a predetermined thickness and formed of a plurality of layers of different colors from each other.
It is characterized in that the laminated body is formed so as to indicate the residual thickness by the color of the layer exposed on the surface as it wears.
According to the above configuration, the road surface covering sheet includes a laminated body having a predetermined thickness and formed of a plurality of layers having different colors from each other. Here, the thicknesses of the plurality of layers of the laminated body may be the same or different from each other as long as they are specified in advance. Also, some of the plurality of layers may have the same thickness. This road surface covering sheet is installed on the road surface, and as the vehicle travels on the road surface, the laminate wears. As the wear of the laminate progresses, the layers forming the laminate are exposed in order from the surface side on the surface of the laminate, so that the color exposed on the surface of the laminate indicates the layers remaining on the laminate. , The residual thickness of the laminate is displayed. Therefore, by detecting the color of the surface of the road surface covering sheet, the residual thickness of the laminated body can be detected, and the residual thickness of the road surface covering sheet can be detected. Since the color of the surface of the road surface covering sheet installed on the road surface can be detected by an inspector, a photographing device, etc. from a vehicle traveling on the road surface, the residual thickness of the road surface covering sheet should be detected without traffic regulation. Can be done. As a result, the inspection of the road surface covering sheet can be efficiently performed.
The road surface covering sheet of one embodiment is provided with an adhesive layer for adhering the laminated body to the road surface on one surface of the laminated body.
According to the above embodiment, the road surface covering sheet can be easily adhered to the road surface by bringing the adhesive layer into contact with the required portion of the road surface.
In the road surface covering sheet of one embodiment, the color of the layer farthest from the road surface of the laminated body is black, and the color of the other layers is other than black.
According to the above embodiment, since the color of the layer that appears on the surface when the road surface covering sheet is installed on the road surface is black, it can be adapted to the black road surface.
In the road surface covering sheet of one embodiment, the color of the layers other than the layer farthest from the road surface of the laminated body is blue, green, or red.
According to the above embodiment, the color of the layers other than the layer farthest from the road surface of the laminated body is blue, green, or red. Therefore, as the road surface covering sheet installed on the road surface wears, Blue, green, or red appears on the surface. Therefore, the layer remaining on the laminated body of the road surface covering sheet can be easily detected, and the remaining thickness of the road surface covering sheet can be easily detected.
In the road surface covering sheet of one embodiment, the laminate is made of rubber.
According to the above embodiment, by forming the laminated body of the road surface covering sheet with rubber, it is possible to effectively alleviate the step on the road surface and prevent the wheels of the vehicle traveling on the surface from slipping.
In the road surface covering sheet of one embodiment, the laminate is made of polyurea resin.
According to the above embodiment, by forming the laminated body of the road surface covering sheet with the polyurea resin, relatively high wear resistance can be obtained and good color development characteristics can be obtained.

FIG. 3 is a schematic view showing a state in which the road
The
The
FIG. 5 is a flow chart showing a method of inspecting the road
As described above, according to the inspection method of the road
In the above embodiment, the
Further, in the above embodiment, the position of the road
Further, the color of the road
Further, in the above embodiment, the
