Claims (7)
- 片面に金属膜が形成されたガラスプレートを搬送装置の一方の側に搬入するステップと、
前記搬送装置の一方の側から他方の側に向かう搬送方向の第1の領域において第1の温度でマイクロ波を用いて前記金属膜を選択的に熱処理するステップと、
前記マイクロ波を用いて熱処理するステップ前又は後に、前記搬送方向における前記第1の領域の前端又は後端に位置する第2の領域において第2の温度でレーザービームを用いて前記金属膜を選択的に熱処理するステップと、を含み、
前記金属膜は銀を主成分とし、銅、金、クロム、アルミニウム、タングステン、亜鉛、黄銅、ニッケル、鉄、青銅、及び白金から選択される一つまたは複数の物質を含み、
前記第1の温度でマイクロ波により熱処理される金属膜の熱伝導率は、前記第1の温度における銅の熱伝導率より大きく、前記第1の温度とは200℃乃至500℃であり、前記マイクロ波の幅は10cm乃至15cmであり、前記マイクロ波の幅の方向は前記搬送方向と同一であり、前記マイクロ波を用いて熱処理するステップにおいて、前記金属膜の表面から深さ1μmまでを加熱し、
前記レーザービームによる前記金属膜を熱処理する第2の温度とは、500℃乃至650℃であり、前記レーザービームはラインビームであり、前記ラインビームの幅は1mm以下であり、前記ラインビームは前記搬送方向と直交する、

- 請求項1に記載のLow−Eガラスの熱処理方法を適用するLow−Eガラスの熱処理システムであって、
片面に金属膜が形成されたガラスプレートを一方の側から搬入する前記搬送装置と、
前記搬送装置の前記一方の側から他方の側に向かう搬送方向の前記第1の領域に配設され、前記第1の温度でマイクロ波を放出するマイクロ波モジュールと、
前記マイクロ波モジュールの前端又は後端に配置されるレーザーモジュールと、
を備え、
前記マイクロ波モジュールは、前記金属膜の表面を前記マイクロ波で選択的に熱処理し、
前記レーザーモジュールは、前記搬送方向における前記第1の領域の前端又は後端に位置する前記第2の領域において前記第2の温度でレーザービームにより前記金属膜を選択的に熱処理し、
前記金属膜は銀を主成分とし、銅、金、クロム、アルミニウム、タングステン、亜鉛、黄銅、ニッケル、鉄、青銅、及び白金から選択される一つまたは複数の物質を含み、

前記レーザービームによる前記金属膜を熱処理する第2の温度とは、500℃乃至650℃であり、前記レーザービームはラインビームであり、前記ラインビームの幅は1mm以下であり、前記ラインビームは前記搬送方向と直交する、

請求項4に記載のLow−Eガラスの熱処理システム。 - 前記金属膜と前記ガラスプレートとの間には誘電層が配備される、請求項4に記載のLow−Eガラスの熱処理システム。
- 前記搬送方向を基準として前記マイクロ波モジュール及び前記レーザーモジュールの前端において前記第1の温度よりも低い予熱温度で前記ガラスプレート又は前記金属膜を予熱処理する予熱装置を更に備え、
前記搬送装置は前記ガラスプレートを50mm/s〜150mm/sの搬送速度で搬送し、
前記レーザーモジュールは前記ラインビームのために多数のレーザーヘッドまたはレーザーダイオードアレイを備える、請求項4に記載のLow−Eガラスの熱処理システム。
