Claims (10)
- 電磁波透過性を有する窓を有しているハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの内部に配置されており、前記電磁波の入射に応じて電子を放出する電子放出板と、
前記ハウジングの内部に配置されており、前記電子放出板を保持すると共に前記電子放出板に電圧を印加する保持部材と、を備え、
前記電子放出板は、互いに対向する第1主面及び第2主面を有し、
前記保持部材は、前記第1主面に接しているベース部と、前記第2主面の縁に接していると共に前記ベース部に前記電子放出板を弾性的に付勢する複数の電子放出板付勢部とを有し、当該複数の電子放出板付勢部を通して前記第2主面と電気的に接続されている、電子管。 - 前記複数の電子放出板付勢部は、前記第2主面の法線方向から見て、回転対称となる位置に配置されている、請求項1に記載の電子管。
- 前記複数の電子放出板付勢部は、板状であり、
前記各電子放出板付勢部の厚さは、前記電子放出板の厚さよりも小さい、請求項1又は2に記載の電子管。 - 前記各電子放出板付勢部は、複数の部分に分かれており、
前記複数の部分の各々が前記ベース部に前記電子放出板を弾性的に付勢する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電子管。 - 前記保持部材は、前記複数の電子放出板付勢部と当該複数の電子放出板付勢部に一体に形成されている平板部とを含む枠板部と、前記ベース部と前記平板部とに挟まれていると共に前記電子放出板の縁を囲うスペーサと、を有し、
前記複数の電子放出板付勢部は、前記平板部から突出して前記電子放出板を前記ベース部に対して弾性的に付勢しており、
前記スペーサの厚さは、前記電子放出板の厚さ以下である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電子管。 - 前記枠板部には、前記複数の電子放出板付勢部と前記平板部とによって画成された開口が形成されており、
前記複数の電子放出板付勢部は、互いに対向する方向に前記平板部から前記開口の中心側に延在している、請求項5に記載の電子管。 - 前記ベース部には、前記窓を通過した電磁波が入射する開口が形成されており、
前記開口は、矩形状又は円形状であり、
前記ベース部は、前記開口を画成する縁で前記第1主面に接している、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の電子管。 - 前記電子放出板は、フィールドアシスト型の光電陰極である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の電子管。
- 前記電子放出板は、電磁波の入射に応じて電子を放出するメタサーフェスを有している、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の電子管。
- 前記ハウジングは、筒形状を有しており、
前記保持部材は、前記ハウジングの内側の側面に付勢力を加えることで前記ハウジングに対して当該保持部材を位置決めする複数のバネ部を有している、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の電子管。
