Description
まず、石膏を混練した後、混練された第1混練石膏の一面にガイドライン鼻インプラントを一定の深さで浸す段階が成される。この段階でガイドライン鼻インプラントは、第1混練石膏に2/3位浸される。本実施例で石膏は、公知のイェローストーン(yellow stone)混練を用いることができて、これは、第2混練石膏の製造する時にも、同じく適用することができる。
以下、インプラントをミリングで製造する方法を手短に説明する。ミリングとは、ブロックタイプのシリコンなどの物性材料を設計したインプラントに合わせて削るか、整えて製造する方法を意味し、ミリングのほかにも技術者によって手で刻む方法(カービング)を介して製造することができる。

Claims (7)
- 患者の身体のCT画像を前記身体の画像の明暗値に基づき、閾値を用いて分割した後、前記身体の3Dオブジェクトを具現する具現段階と;
前記具現段階で具現した前記3Dオブジェクトに基づいて、設計インプラントを設計する設計段階と;
前記設計インプラントをガイドラインで製作するガイドラインインプラント製作段階;および
前記ガイドラインインプラントと同じ形態で、シリコンを含む材質でカスタムメイドインプラントを製作する製作段階とを含み、
前記CT画像は鼻のCT画像であり、前記明暗値は、鼻の骨、軟骨および筋肉の明暗値であり、
前記具現段階において、分割された前記明暗値のうち、作業者が必要とする明暗値を選んで、これをSTLファイルに変換し、変換後、各々のSTLファイルを統合した形状を前記3Dオブジェクトとし、前記CT画像に鼻の骨、軟骨および筋肉を具現する

ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3Dカスタムメイドインプラントの製造方法。 - 前記ガイドラインインプラント製作段階で製作されたガイドラインインプラントは、形状を提示するガイドラインとして提供される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3Dカスタムメイドインプラントの製造方法。 - 前記製作段階でカスタムメイドインプラントは、ミリングやキャスティングを含む製造方法で製造する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3Dカスタムメイドインプラントの製造方法。 - 前記製作段階は、
石膏を混練した後、混練された第1混練石膏の一面に前記ガイドラインインプラントを一定の深さで浸す段階と;
前記第1混練石膏と同じく第2混練石膏を混練した後、前記第1混練石膏にかぶせる段階と;
前記第1混練石膏と前記第2混練石膏を硬化した後に前記ガイドラインインプラントを除去する段階;および
前記ガイドラインインプラントの除去でできたすき間の間に液体の形態のシリコンを含む材質を注入した後、硬化する段階とを含む
請求項1に記載の3Dカスタムメイドインプラントの製造方法。 - 前記具現段階で既存の患者の身体のCT画像を用いる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3Dカスタムメイドインプラントの製造方法。
