Description
The present invention relates to a releasable laminated film and a package, for example, a releasable laminated film and a package having good releasability for foods containing water and the like.
Conventionally, food packaging using a transparent resin film has been widely used, but with the expansion of the market and the diversification of consumer needs, the required quality for the transparent resin film is increasing. In particular, in the transparent resin film, it is desired to improve the releasability so that the content does not remain in the package when the content is taken out as a food package. In addition to the packaging manufactured by blow molding or injection molding, the film is molded into the packaging by deep drawing molding, and the contents can be filled all at once. For deep drawing molding that can reduce transportation costs. The demand for film is increasing.
In order to impart mold releasability to the transparent resin film, a release agent is coated on the base film and a release agent is added to the base resin when the film is formed. ing. Examples of the transparent resin film imparted with releasability include a releasable film obtained by applying a silicone coat layer to a biodegradable film (see, for example, Patent Document 1), and an anchor coat layer containing an unevenness-imparting agent on a base material layer. A release film coated with a non-adhesive layer containing inorganic particles that have been hydrophobized (see, for example, Patent Document 2) and a film obtained by adding silicone oil and polylactone-modified polysiloxane to a synthetic resin have been proposed (for example,). , Patent Document 3).
However, the releasable film described in Patent Documents 1 and 2 requires a drying step and a long-time aging step after the coating liquid is applied, so that the manufacturing cost may increase. Further, when the coating process is provided, it cannot be applied to the raw fabric of the tube for bag making products, and the manufacturing method of the base film may be limited or the heat sealability may be deteriorated. Further, in the film described in Patent Document 3, since liquid silicone oil is kneaded into the synthetic resin, the screw shape, the type of extruder, etc. are restricted, and the film slips during kneading, resulting in poor dispersion. Is a problem. Further, in all of the techniques described in Patent Documents 1 to 3, the releasability is improved by imparting hydrophobicity to the film, but sufficient releasability may not always be obtained.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a releasable laminated film and a package having excellent releasability and heat sealability.
As a result of diligent studies, the present inventors have found that the above problems can be solved by using a release layer containing a polyolefin resin and a polyalkylene oxide, and have completed the present invention. That is, the present invention is as follows.
The releasable laminated film according to the present invention is characterized by comprising a base material layer and a releasable layer provided on the base material layer and containing a polyolefin resin and a polyalkylene oxide.
According to the releaseable laminated film according to the present invention, the surface of the release layer becomes hydrophilic due to the polyalkylene oxide having a high affinity with water contained in the release layer, and water is formed on the surface of the release layer. Since a film is formed, the releasability is significantly improved as compared with the case where the release layer is provided with hydrophobicity. As a result, the contact angle of the release layer with water is significantly reduced, so that excellent releasability can be obtained even when the surface of the release layer comes into contact with food containing water. Then, sufficient heat-sealing property can be obtained by the polyolefin resin contained in the release layer. Therefore, it is possible to realize a releasable laminated film and a package having excellent releasability and heat sealability.

In the releasable laminated film, it is preferable that the base material layer contains at least one selected from the group consisting of a polyolefin resin, a polyamide resin, a polyester resin, and an ethylene vinyl acetate resin.
The releasable laminated film is preferably a coextruded film.
The releasable laminated film is preferably a laminated film.
The package according to the present invention is characterized by containing the above-mentioned releasable laminated film.
In the package, it is preferable that the release layer is provided on the packaged side with respect to the base material layer.
According to the present invention, it is possible to realize a releasable laminated film and a package having excellent releasability and heat sealability.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments.

The polyalkylene oxide preferably has a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 10,000 or more and 6 million or less, more preferably 20,000 or more and 5 million or less, and further preferably 30,000 or more and 4 million or less. When the weight average molecular weight of the polyalkylene oxide is 10,000 or more, the decrease in releasability due to bleed-out is unlikely to occur, and when the weight average molecular weight is 6 million or less, the decrease in strength or releasability due to poor dispersion is unlikely to occur.

The packaging form and layer structure of the releasable laminated film 1 can be appropriately selected according to the contents. An example of the packaging form is shown below.
(1) Deep drawing packaging (2) Pouch packaging (3) Pillow packaging (4) Vacuum packaging
For deep-drawing packaging applications, the above-mentioned releasable laminated film produced without stretching, which is easy to stretch when drawing, is preferable. For pouch packaging, pillow packaging, and vacuum packaging, the releasable laminated film according to the above-described embodiment produced without stretching and, for example, stretched biaxially stretched polyester film from the viewpoint of imparting strength and gas barrier properties. A releasable laminated film in which a film is laminated by a dry laminating method or the like is preferable.
Next, a package using the releasable laminated film according to the above embodiment will be described. FIG. 2 is a schematic view of the package 2 according to the present embodiment. As shown in FIG. 2, the package 2 wraps
As described above, according to the releaseable laminated film according to the above embodiment, the surface of the release layer becomes hydrophilic due to the polyalkylene oxide having a high affinity with water contained in the release layer. Since a water film is formed on the surface of the release layer, the releasability is significantly improved as compared with the case where the release layer is provided with hydrophobicity.

As can be seen from Table 1, in the releasable laminated film according to the above embodiment, since the releasable layer contains a polyalkylene oxide and a polyolefin resin, the contact angle with water is 90 ° or less, and good releasability is achieved. In addition to having properties, it also had sufficient heat-sealing properties. On the other hand, in Comparative Examples 1, 2 and 4, none of them contained polyalkylene oxide and the contact angle with water was 90 ° or more, so that they were not hydrophilic and the releasability was deteriorated. In Comparative Example 3, the contact angle with water was 90 ° or less, but since it did not contain polyalkylene oxide, the releasability was insufficient. Further, since Comparative Example 4 was coated with silicone, the heat sealability was not exhibited.
The present invention has the effect of obtaining a releasable laminated film having excellent releasability by imparting hydrophilicity and also having the heat-sealing property required when used as a packaging material. For example, it can be suitably used as a packaging material for foods and articles containing water.
