Description
The present invention relates to, for example, a work vehicle such as a tractor or a rice transplanter, which is provided with an inertial measurement unit (IMU) for measuring inertial information accompanying a change in the posture of a vehicle body.
In the tractor as an example of the work vehicle, conventionally, as an inertial measurement unit, for example, a three-axis gyro and a three-direction accelerometer are provided, and a configuration for obtaining three-dimensional angular velocity and acceleration is provided, that is, the posture of the traveling vehicle body, that is, , There is a device that obtains the tilted state and turning state in the front-back direction and the left-right direction, and this inertial measurement unit is integrated in the same case as the GPS antenna that receives the satellite positioning information transmitted from the GPS satellite. Some of them were stored in (see, for example, Patent Document 1). Further, among tractors of this type, the type of tractor that does not have a driving cabin is provided with a GPS antenna housed inside a control panel portion of a vehicle body (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
Therefore, in the type of tractor that does not have a driving cabin, the inertial measurement unit is housed inside the control panel.
If the inertial measurement unit is housed inside the control panel, the control panel is not very rigid, so the part that supports the inertial measurement unit may bend and deform, and the control panel An engine that generates vibration is provided on the front side of the vehicle body, and the vibration of the engine may adversely affect the inertial measurement unit during work driving, which causes an error in the measurement result of the inertial measurement unit. Was likely to occur.
Therefore, it has been desired to enable the inertial measurement unit to accurately measure the inertial information accompanying the change in the posture of the vehicle body.
The characteristic configuration of the work vehicle according to the present invention is
Inertial measurement unit that measures inertial information of the vehicle body,
The rear axle that supports the rear wheels for driving,
A mission case that rotatably supports the rear axle and
A fall protection rops placed near the mission case ,
It is equipped with an antenna unit that receives satellite positioning information .
The antenna unit is supported by the lops,
The point is that the inertial measurement unit is arranged below the antenna unit and at a position overlapping the mission case in a plan view.
According to the present invention, the mission case that rotatably supports the rear axle constitutes a part of the structure (frame) that supports the vehicle body, has high rigidity, and is less likely to be deformed.
Inertial measurement units are arranged at overlapping locations in a plan view with respect to such a mission case. As a result, since the inertial measurement unit is provided in a state where it overlaps with the mission case having high rigidity and less possibility of deformation in a plan view, the supported portion is not deformed. Further, in this type of work vehicle, the engine is often installed inside the bonnet located at the front part of the vehicle body, and the inertial measurement unit is not easily affected by the vibration of the engine. As a result, errors generated due to deformation of the supported portion or the influence of vibration are reduced, and measurement accuracy can be improved.
In addition, the rops are provided tall so as to bypass the upper part of the driving unit in order to protect the operator in the event of a fall. Therefore, according to this configuration, by supporting the antenna unit in such a lops, it is less likely to be adversely affected by obstacles such as the bonnet and the case of the vehicle body, and satellite positioning information transmitted from GPS satellites and the like can be satisfactorily received. It will be easy to do. Moreover, the lops have high rigidity and are unlikely to cause vibration or bending, and the vibration generated in the vehicle body is difficult to be transmitted, and there is little possibility that an error will occur in the positioning result of the position or orientation of the vehicle body due to the vibration. Become a thing. Therefore, it has become possible to receive satellite positioning information with good accuracy.
Therefore, it has become possible to accurately measure the inertial information accompanying the change in the posture of the vehicle body by the inertial measurement unit.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the inertial measurement unit is arranged above the drive axle of the rear axle.
According to this configuration, the upper portion of the rear axle is a position where the load of the vehicle body is applied to the rear wheels via the rear axle, and has a highly rigid support structure. Since the inertial measurement unit is provided at such a location, the inertial measurement unit can measure with a small error.
In the present invention, an elevating cylinder for raising and lowering a working device and
A cylinder case for accommodating the elevating cylinder is provided.
It is preferable that the inertial measurement unit is arranged on the upper side of the cylinder case.
According to this configuration, the inertial measurement unit is not directly supported on the upper side of the mission case, but is arranged on the upper side of the cylinder case accommodating the elevating cylinder. Vibration is generated in the mission case by a transmission mechanism that transmits power inside the mission case, and this vibration is prevented from being directly transmitted to the inertial measurement unit. As a result, the inertial measurement unit is less susceptible to vibration by effectively utilizing the case of the elevating cylinder provided for raising and lowering the work device connected to the rear part of the vehicle body, and measures are performed with little error. be able to.
In the present invention, it is preferable that a differential device capable of giving a speed difference to the drive speeds of the left and right rear axles is provided, and the inertial measurement unit is arranged above the differential device. ..
According to this configuration, since the differential device is located in the middle in the lateral direction of the vehicle body and has high rigidity, the inertial measurement unit is arranged at that position, so that the measurement error is reduced.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the inertial measurement unit is arranged at a position overlapping the rear axle in a plan view.
According to this configuration, the portion overlapping the rear axle in a plan view is a portion having high rigidity, and since the inertial measurement unit is arranged at such a portion, the measurement error is reduced.
In the present invention, the driver's seat is provided so that the driver can sit on it.
It is preferable that the inertial measurement unit is arranged below the driver's seat.
According to this configuration, the driver's seat is supported by a place with high rigidity, and the inertial measurement unit is arranged at such a place with high rigidity, so that the measurement error is reduced.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the inertial measurement unit is arranged at a position overlapping the rear wheel in a side view.
According to this configuration, the inertial measurement unit is in a state where both the left and right sides are covered by the rear wheels, is protected by the rear wheels, and is not easily damaged by obstacles.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a tractor, which is an example of a work vehicle according to the present invention, will be described with reference to the drawings.
Figures 1, 2, 3 and 5 show the tractor according to the present invention. In this embodiment, the direction indicated by reference numeral F shown in FIG. 1 is the front side of the tractor, and the direction indicated by reference numeral B is the rear side of the tractor. Further, the direction indicated by reference numeral R shown in FIG. 2 is on the right side of the tractor, and the direction indicated by reference numeral L is on the left side of the tractor.
As shown in FIG. 1, the entire tractor is supported by the
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the traveling
In this embodiment, the
A hydraulic elevating
The
On the rear side of the
The
The traveling
The
The
An
As described above, since the antenna unit 32 is provided at a position away from the traveling
Therefore, the traveling
As shown in FIG. 2, the
As shown in FIG. 1, the
A
That is, as shown in FIG. 6, the
