Description
図1は第1の実施形態に係る温度管理装置のブロック図である。
、指令値出力部5からの指令および蓄電池温度管理部3からの充放電開始指令とを受けて各電池セル6の充放電を制御する充放電制御部9を含む。
第1の実施形態と異なる点のみを説明する。図4に第2の実施形態に係る温度管理装置を示す。
第1の実施形態と第2の実施形態と異なる点のみを説明する。図5に第3の実施形態に係る温度管理装置を示す。図5では、電力センサ7が省略されて、代わりに充放電推定部16が設けられている。
第1の実施形態と第2の実施形態と第3の実施形態と異なる点のみを説明する。図7に第4の実施形態に係る温度管理装置を示す。

Claims (9)
- 複数の電池セルと、
前記電池セルの各々の充放電電力を所定時間間隔で検知する電力センサと、
前記電池セルの各々の温度を所定時間間隔で検知する温度センサと、
前記電力センサが検知した充放電電力から電力代表値を算出する電力代表値算出部と、
前記温度センサが検知した温度から温度代表値を算出する温度代表値算出部と、
前記電池セルの空調設定、算出した前記電力代表値、及び算出した前記温度代表値から前記電池セルの空調設定、充放電電力及び温度の関数である放熱特性を推定する放熱特性同定部と、
前記電力代表値、前記放熱特性及び前記温度代表値から算出される熱量収支がゼロ以下かつ前記温度代表値が前記電池セルの寿命保証温度未満となるような前記電池セルの空調設定を算出し出力する空調設定算出部とを具備する温度管理装置。 - 複数の電池セルの充放電電力を測定する電力センサが検知した充放電電力から電力代表値を算出する電力代表値算出部と、
前記複数の電池セルの温度を測定する温度センサが検知した所定時間間隔の温度から温度代表値を算出する温度代表値算出部と、
前記電池セルの空調設定、算出した前記電力代表値、及び算出した前記温度代表値から前記電池セルの空調設定、充放電電力及び温度の関数である放熱特性を推定する放熱特性同定部と、
前記電力代表値、前記放熱特性及び前記温度代表値から算出される熱量収支がゼロ以下かつ前記温度代表値が前記電池セルの寿命保証温度未満となるような空調設定を算出し出力する空調設定算出部とを具備する温度管理装置。 - 前記電力センサが検知した前記充放電電力を記憶する充放電経時データ記憶部と、
前記温度センサが検知した前記温度を記憶する電池温度経時データ記憶部と、
前記放熱特性同定部が推定した前記放熱特性を記憶する放熱特性記憶部とをさらに具備する請求項1または2記載の温度管理装置。 - 前記充放電経時データ記憶部で記憶した前記充放電電力から前記電池セルの個数や配置換えをしたかどうかを判定した結果に基づき前記放熱特性を変更する変更判定部をさらに具備する請求項3に記載の温度管理装置。
- 前記充放電経時データ記憶部で記憶した前記充放電電力から前記電池セルに生ずるジュール熱を算定し、前記放熱特性記憶部に記憶してある前記放熱特性を用いて前記ジュール熱を除去する前記空調設定を決定するデマンド算定部をさらに具備する請求項3または4に記載の温度管理装置。
- 前記電池セルの各々の前記温度のムラに風向を変更することで均一化する温度ムラ対応部と、をさらに具備する請求項1乃至5のいずれか記載の温度管理装置。
- 前記電力代表値は、前記各々の電池セルの合計の実効値である請求項1乃至6のいずれか記載の温度管理装置。
- 前記温度代表値は、前記温度の平均値である請求項1乃至7のいずれか記載の温度管理装置。
- 前記温度代表値は、前記温度代表値の時間平均である請求項1乃至8のいずれか記載の温度管理装置。
