V字形プロファイルは、長手方向軸Zの方を向く頂部を有する;ネックの近位にある近位の直線的側部は、長手方向軸Zに垂直な第2の平面に関して第1の角度α2の第1の傾斜と、第1の長さd1と、を有する;ネックの遠位にある遠位の直線的側部は、第2の平面に関して第2の角度α1の第2の傾斜と、第2の長さd2と、を有する、第2の長さd2は第1の長さd1よりも小さく、第1の角度α2は第2の角度α1よりも大きい、近位の直線的側部は、大気圧による力よりも大きい圧縮力が長手方向軸Zに沿って加えられたときだけ、圧縮力が解放された後も、遠位の直線的側部と接触し、従って容器の内部容積を減少させる。

Claims (10)
- 液体用の折り畳み式熱可塑性容器であって、非炭酸液体の高温充填、温かい充填および低温充填に適し、長手方向軸(Z)を定め、
‐本体と、
‐本体の第1の側で開口が備わっているネック(13)と、
‐第1の側と反対の本体の第2の側で基底面を定める基部と、
を備え、
本体は、2つの円錐台形のまたは角錐台形の部分を有し、2つの円錐台形のまたは角錐台形の部分は、より小さい対向する基部を有し、長手方向軸(Z)に沿って容器の中央とネック(13)との間に周溝(12)を構成するようになっており、前記周溝(12)は、長手方向軸(Z)と同一平面上にある第1の平面への投射でV字形プロファイルを有し、
V字形プロファイルは、長手方向軸(Z)の方を向く頂部(5)と、ネック(13)の近位にある近位の直線的側部(3)と、ネック(13)の遠位にある遠位の直線的側部(4)と、を有し、ネック(13)の近位にある近位の直線的側部(3)は、長手方向軸(Z)に垂直な第2の平面に関して第1の角度(α2)の第1の傾斜(7)と、第1の長さ(d1)と、を有し、ネック(13)の遠位にある遠位の直線的側部(4)は、前記第2の平面に関して第2の角度(α1)の第2の傾斜(8)と、第2の長さ(d2)と、を有し、
第2の長さ(d2)は第1の長さ(d1)よりも小さく、
第1の角度(α2)は第2の角度(α1)よりも大きく、
近位の直線的側部(3)は、大気圧による力よりも大きい圧縮力が長手方向軸(Z)に沿って加えられたときだけ、圧縮力が解放された後も、遠位の直線的側部(4)と接触し、従って容器の内部容積を減少させる、折り畳み式熱可塑性容器。 - 請求項1に記載の折り畳み式熱可塑性容器であって、前記近位の直線的側部(3)および遠位の直線的側部(4)は、刻み付きである、折り畳み式熱可塑性容器。
- 請求項1または2に記載の折り畳み式熱可塑性容器であって、本体は、ネック(13)の近位にある第1の部分(9)と、ネック(13)から遠位にある第2の部分(10)と、を有し、それらは、第1の湾曲部分(6’,26’)および第2の湾曲部分(6,26)によって、近位の直線的側部(3)および遠位の直線的側部(4)にそれぞれ接続される、折り畳み式熱可塑性容器。
- 請求項3に記載の折り畳み式熱可塑性容器であって、前記第2の湾曲部分(36)は、波形である、折り畳み式熱可塑性容器。
- 請求項3または4に記載の折り畳み式熱可塑性容器であって、第1の湾曲部分(6’,26’)は、変曲点なしに、近位の直線的側部(3)に直接接続され、第2の湾曲部分(6,26)は、変曲点なしに、遠位の直線的側部(4)に直接接続される、折り畳み式熱可塑性容器。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の折り畳み式熱可塑性容器であって、前記周溝(12)は、容器の基底面から測定した距離(h)で位置し、ここで距離(h)は、hTot/2〜4/5hTotに含まれ、ここでhTotは、折り畳みの前の長手方向軸(Z)に沿った容器の長さである、折り畳み式熱可塑性容器。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の折り畳み式熱可塑性容器であって、前記周溝は、セグメント化される、折り畳み式熱可塑性容器。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の折り畳み式熱可塑性容器であって、V字形プロファイルの頂部は、長手方向軸(Z)と同一の前記第1の平面への投射で0〜3mmに含まれる半径(Ri)を有する円の弧として形作られている、折り畳み式熱可塑性容器。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の折り畳み式熱可塑性容器であって、V字形プロファイルの頂部は、長手方向軸(Z)と同一の前記第1の平面への投射で0〜3mmに含まれる長さ(hi)を有する直線的セグメントとして形作られている、折り畳み式熱可塑性容器。
- 請求項8または9に記載の折り畳み式熱可塑性容器であって、前記V字形プロファイルの頂部は、長手方向軸(Z)に垂直な平面への投射で波形の円として形作られている、折り畳み式熱可塑性容器。
