Claims (8)
- 第1回転要素と第2回転要素と第3回転要素とを有して機関が動力伝達可能に連結された第1差動機構と、第4回転要素と第5回転要素と第6回転要素とを有して第1回転機の運転状態が制御されることにより差動状態が制御される第2差動機構と、駆動輪と連結される出力回転部材に動力伝達可能に連結された第2回転機とを備えた車両の、制御装置であって、
前記第1回転要素は、前記機関が動力伝達可能に連結されており、
前記第3回転要素は、前記第6回転要素と連結されており、
前記第4回転要素は、前記第1回転機が動力伝達可能に連結されており、
前記第5回転要素は、前記出力回転部材に連結されており、
前記車両は、前記第1回転要素、前記第2回転要素、及び前記第3回転要素のうちの何れか2つの回転要素を連結する第1係合装置と、前記第2回転要素と前記第4回転要素及び前記第5回転要素のうちの何れか一方の回転要素とを連結する第2係合装置とを更に備え、前記第1係合装置の係合によって前記機関による制動トルクを付与して走行することが可能な第1走行モードと、前記第2係合装置の係合によって前記機関による制動トルクを付与して走行することが可能な第2走行モードとが選択的に成立させられるものであり、
前記機関による制動トルクを付与した走行中に前記第1走行モードと前記第2走行モードとの間で走行モードを切り替えるときには、前記走行モードの切替え過渡中に前記機関の回転速度が一定に維持されるように前記走行モードの切替えを実行する走行モード制御部を含むことを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 前記第1差動機構及び前記第2差動機構の各回転要素は、前記第1係合装置及び前記第2係合装置の係合によって一体回転させられるものであり、
前記走行モード制御部は、前記第1差動機構及び前記第2差動機構の各回転要素が一体回転させられる状態のときに前記第1係合装置及び前記第2係合装置の各作動状態を切り替えるように制御することで前記走行モードの切替えを実行することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記走行モード制御部は、前記第1係合装置及び前記第2係合装置のうちの前記走行モードの切替え前に係合されている係合装置を解放しつつ前記第1係合装置及び前記第2係合装置のうちの前記走行モードの切替え前に解放されている係合装置を係合するように制御することで前記走行モードの切替えを実行すると共に、前記走行モードの切替え過渡中には前記第1回転機によって前記機関の回転速度を一定に維持するように制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記走行モード制御部は、前記第3回転要素の回転変化中に、前記第1回転機によって前記機関の回転速度を一定に維持するように制御することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記第1差動機構及び前記第2差動機構の各回転要素は、前記第1係合装置及び前記第2係合装置の係合によって一体回転させられるものであり、
前記走行モード制御部は、
前記第1差動機構及び前記第2差動機構の各回転要素が一体回転させられる状態のときに前記第1係合装置及び前記第2係合装置の各作動状態を切り替えるように制御することで前記走行モードの切替えを実行する同期切替え制御と、
前記第1係合装置及び前記第2係合装置のうちの前記走行モードの切替え前に係合されている係合装置を解放しつつ前記第1係合装置及び前記第2係合装置のうちの前記走行モードの切替え前に解放されている係合装置を係合するように制御することで前記走行モードの切替えを実行すると共に、前記走行モードの切替え過渡中には前記第1回転機によって前記機関の回転速度を一定に維持するように制御する非同期切替え制御とを選択的に実行することが可能であり、
前記同期切替え制御を実行できる走行状態であるときには、前記同期切替え制御を前記非同期切替え制御に優先して実行することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 車速の変化に伴って前記第1差動機構及び前記第2差動機構の各回転要素が一体回転させられる状態に近づくか否かに基づいて、前記同期切替え制御を実行できる走行状態であるか否かを判定する状態判定部を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記走行モード制御部は、前記同期切替え制御を実行できる走行状態であると判定された場合には、前記第1差動機構及び前記第2差動機構の各回転要素が実際に一体回転させられる状態となるまで前記同期切替え制御の実行を待機することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記走行モード制御部は、何れの走行モードを成立させるかを決める予め定められた関係を用いて前記第1走行モード及び前記第2走行モードのうちの一方の走行モードでの走行中に他方の走行モードへ切り替える前記走行モードの切替えが生じたか否かを判定し、前記走行モードの切替えが生じたと判定した場合に前記第1走行モードと前記第2走行モードとの間で走行モードを切り替えることを特徴とする請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の車両の制御装置。
