Claims (15)
- ターボ機関の構成部品を液滴侵食から保護する方法であって、
前記ターボ機関によって処理される液相を含む流体の流れに曝される構成部品の表面の少なくとも一部の領域(S)を保護層で覆うことを含み、前記保護層は、交互に位置する2つの材料の複数の隣接した副層(L1、L2、L3、L4)を備え、
前記材料は、1000〜3000HVの範囲の高い硬度と、20MPam1/2未満の低い破壊靱性とを有し、
前記2つの材料のうちの第1の材料は、チタン、ジルコニウム、クロム、タングステン、アルミニウム、又はバナジウムの化学量論的窒化物、炭化物又はホウ化物であり、前記2つの材料のうちの第2 の材料は、チタン、ジルコニウム、クロム、タングステン、アルミニウム、又はバナジウムの非化学量論的窒化物、炭化物又はホウ化物である方法。 - 前記材料は窒化チタン(TiN)である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記覆うことはCVD技術によって行われる、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記覆うことはPVD技術、特に陰極アークPVDによって行われる、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記陰極アークPVDの「ターゲット」(T1、T2、T3、T4、T5、T6)は、覆われる前記構成部品の表面の少なくとも一部の領域の部分を少なくとも前記ターゲットが直接的に又は間接的に見るように配置される、及び/又は形作られる、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 遠心圧縮機によって圧縮される液相を含む流体の流れに曝される表面を有する、前記遠心圧縮機の構成部品(60、70)であって、
前記表面の少なくとも一部の領域(S)は保護層で覆われ、前記保護層は、交互に位置する2つの材料の複数の隣接する副層(L1、L2、L3、L4)を備え、前記材料は、1000〜3000HVの範囲の高い硬度と、20MPam1/2未満の低い破壊靱性とを有する構成部品。 - 流体の流れに曝される前記表面が前記保護層によって全体的に覆われているダイアフラム(70)である、請求項6に記載の構成部品。
- 流体の流れに曝される前記表面が前記保護層によって全体的に覆われている開いたインペラである、請求項6に記載の構成部品。
- 流体の流れに曝される前記表面が前記保護層によって流路の入口区域及び/又は流路の出口区域のみにおいて覆われている閉じたインペラ(60)である、請求項6に記載の構成部品。
- 流体の流れに曝される前記表面が前記保護層によって全体的に覆われている入口ガイドベーンである、請求項6に記載の構成部品。
- 請求項6乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つの構成部品を備える遠心圧縮機。
- 請求項6乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の構成部品の組み合わせを備える、請求項11に記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 前記構成部品又は各構成部品のバルク材料(S)はマルテンサイト系ステンレス鋼又はニッケルベースの合金又はコバルトベースの合金である、請求項11又は12に記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 第1の段階又は複数の段階の少なくともブレードが保護層を有する軸流式圧縮機であって、
前記保護層は、交互に位置する2つの材料の複数の隣接した副層(L1、L2、L3、L4)を備え、
前記材料は、1000〜3000HVの範囲の高い硬度と、20MPam 1/2 未満の低い破壊靱性とを有し、
前記2つの材料のうちの第1の材料は、チタン、ジルコニウム、クロム、タングステン、アルミニウム、又はバナジウムの化学量論的窒化物、炭化物又はホウ化物であり、前記2つの材料のうちの第2の材料は、チタン、ジルコニウム、クロム、タングステン、アルミニウム、又はバナジウムの非化学量論的窒化物、炭化物又はホウ化物である軸流式圧縮機。 - 第1の段階又は複数の段階の少なくともブレードが保護層を有するスチームタービンであって、
前記保護層は、交互に位置する2つの材料の複数の隣接した副層(L1、L2、L3、L4)を備え、
前記材料は、1000〜3000HVの範囲の高い硬度と、20MPam 1/2 未満の低い破壊靱性とを有し、
前記2つの材料のうちの第1の材料は、チタン、ジルコニウム、クロム、タングステン、アルミニウム、又はバナジウムの化学量論的窒化物、炭化物又はホウ化物であり、前記2つの材料のうちの第2の材料は、チタン、ジルコニウム、クロム、タングステン、アルミニウム、又はバナジウムの非化学量論的窒化物、炭化物又はホウ化物であるスチームタービン。
