Description
The present invention relates to, for example, a radiant tube type heating device that can heat while keeping the atmosphere in the heat treatment furnace clean and has excellent thermal efficiency and durability.
For example, a combustion burner is installed internally on the tip (upstream) side of a radiant tube having a U-shaped side view penetrating the furnace wall of the ablation furnace, and the combustion exhaust gas is on the rear end (downstream) side of the radiant tube. A heat exchanger is installed to preheat the combustion air before it is supplied to the combustion burner by the heat contained in the heat exchanger, and the heat exchanger is pumped to the center side of the combustion air and made a U-turn at the tip. Heat exchange promotion consisting of a copper heat conductor or radiator and a spiral shape between the heat exchanger body consisting of a metal double tube that pumps the outside and the radiant tube on the rear end side. A heat exchanger for a radiant tube burner composed of parts has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
Further, a burner is arranged at the center (center) of the connection tube provided on one end (upstream) side of the same radiant tube, and the exhaust gas recirculation tube connected to the other end (downstream) of the radiant tube is connected. We also propose a radiant tube type heating device that communicates with the tube and has a spiral heat exchanger made of SiC (ceramic) that surrounds the burner and has a spiral plate-shaped ventilation chamber built in. (See, for example, Patent Document 2).
Since the ceramic spiral heat exchanger such as SiC used in the radiant tube type heating device of
However, for example, a radiant tube made of a metal tube having a U-shape with a lateral view facing sideways is installed inside the radiant tube when distortion occurs such as the inside of the furnace hanging downward and deforming due to aging. Local stress and pressure are applied to the SiC spiral heat exchanger while making contact at multiple points. As a result, there is a risk of causing brittle fracture in the vicinity of the flange on the rear end side of the above SiC heat exchanger.
The present invention solves the problems described in the background art, and even if the metal radiant tube is distorted due to aging or the like, the ceramic heat exchange internally provided on the other end (downstream) side of the radiant tube. An object of the present invention is to provide a radiant tube type heating device in which the vessel is brittle and hard to break.
In the present invention, in order to solve the above problems, in order to fix the ceramic heat exchanger to the other end (downstream) side in the radiant tube, the flange located on the rear end side of the heat exchanger is attached to the end faces of both pipes. The packing sandwiched between the two is relatively thick, and the metal pipe that receives the preheated combustion air pumped from the center of the heat exchanger is not inserted into the heat exchanger more than the flange. It was inspired by it.
That is, in the radiant tube type heating device (claim 1) of the present invention, a radiant tube in which both ends penetrate the furnace body and a turn portion on the tip side protrudes into the furnace and a hollow in one end side of the radiant tube. A combustion burner arranged coaxially with the hollow portion in the center of the portion, and a heat exchange arranged in the hollow portion on the other end side of the radiant tube and for preheating the combustion air by the heat of the exhaust gas. A radiant tube type heating device including a container, wherein the heat exchanger is made of ceramic and has a cylindrical main body and a spirally formed exhaust gas along the outer peripheral surface of the main body for heat dissipation. A flow path, a heat absorption flow path for combustion air spirally formed inside the main body, and a recirculation path for preheated combustion air formed along the axial direction of the main body at the center of the main body. And, the thickness of the heat exchanger is at least 9 mm or more with no load between the pair of tube end faces located opposite to the other end side of the radiant tube . An annular flange located at the base end of the heat exchanger is sandwiched between a pair of ring packings having a thickness in the range of 4 to 8 mm when the flange of the heat exchanger is sandwiched. A tubular body having flexibility and heat insulating properties is coaxially connected to the opening on the base end side of the return path.
According to the radiant tube type heating device having the above-described configuration, the following effects (1) and (2) can be obtained.
(1) In the ceramic heat exchanger, an annular flange located at the base end thereof is relatively located between a pair of tube end faces located opposite to each other on the other end side of the radiant tube. It is pinched by tightening bolts and nuts via a pair of thick ring packings. Therefore, even if the inside of the furnace of the radiant tube bends downward due to aging or the like, it becomes easy to take a posture following the bending through the packing, so that the heat exchanger is located near the flange. It is possible to eliminate or significantly suppress the risk of brittle fracture.
(2) Flexible and heat-insulating cylinders are coaxially connected to the opening on the base end side of the recirculation path of the preheated combustion air in the heat exchanger, and communicate with the recirculation path. No metal pipes are installed in series. Therefore, even if the radiant tube is distorted in the same manner as described above, it is possible to reliably and easily follow the displacement in the vicinity of the flange of the heat exchanger via the tubular body. Therefore, it is possible to eliminate or surely prevent the same risk of brittle fracture as described above.
The radiant tube is a metal pipe made of cast steel or the like, and its tip portion has a lateral U shape or a lateral W shape.
Further, the furnace body is mainly a furnace wall of a heat treatment furnace such as an annealing furnace or a sintering furnace, but may be a furnace ceiling of the heat treatment furnace or the like.
Further, the combustion burner burns a mixed gas of preheated air and fuel, and radiates (discharges) an elongated flame from the opening at the tip thereof into the hollow portion of the radiant tube along the axial direction of the hollow portion. Let me.
Also, the ceramic constituting the heat exchanger, for example, SiC, WC, B 4 C, alumina (Al 2 O 3), aluminum nitride, TiN, although made of mullite, especially high heat transfer coefficient and high thermal shock SiC is recommended from the viewpoint of sex.
Further, the heat exchanger can easily produce a complicated inner and outer shape by using a three-dimensional (3D) printer.
Further, the outer peripheral surface of the main body of the heat exchanger is in contact with or close to the inner wall surface of the hollow portion of the radiant tube.
Further, in the main body of the heat exchanger, the tip portion on the turn portion side of the radiant tube has a hemispherical shape, and the gas introduction groove communicating with the plurality of heat dissipation flow paths is located at the tip portion.
Further, the heat dissipation flow path and the heat absorption flow path of the heat exchanger are either a spiral groove or a spiral hollow portion (hole).
In addition, the packing is, for example, a sealing material in which a plurality of ring-shaped heat insulating materials made of paper-based ceramic fibers are laminated.
The front Symbol pair of ring packing, as compared to the ring packing number thickness normal mm (about 2 to 3 mm), via the ring packing 9mm or more in thickness is more than twice, a ceramic sandwiching the flange of the heat exchanger, and this time the thickness range near because of 4~8mm the furnace inside of the radiant tube as even when distorted downward, the effect (1) ensures Can be guaranteed.
Further, in the present invention, the heat dissipation flow path and the endothermic flow path of the heat exchanger are formed in a spiral shape on the outer peripheral surface and the inner screen of the main body, with the same plurality of adjacent ones adjacent to each other. A plurality of claw pieces projecting from the tip surface of a metal covering that surrounds the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder are individually locked to the opening on the base end side of the endothermic flow path. A tube heating device (claim 2 ) is also included.
According to this, since the base end side of the endothermic flow path and the cylinder can be reliably communicated with each other by the covering, even if the radiant tube is distorted in the same manner as described above, it is preheated. It is also possible to reliably supply the combustion air to the burner side on one end side (effect (3)).
The cover ring is, for example, a thin plate of a stainless steel plate that is punched and bent, and then welded or the like to form the entire cover into a cylindrical shape.
In addition, in the present invention, the tubular body is a cylindrical body containing ceramic powder in a binder resin, or a plurality of annular pieces coaxially arranged in a series, which is a radiant tube type heating device (claim 3 ). ) Is also included.
According to this, even if the radiant tube is distorted in the same manner as described above, the base end side of the endothermic flow path and the cylinder can be reliably communicated with each other, so that the effects (2) and (3) can be reliably achieved. Can be guaranteed.
The tubular body may be in the form of a cylindrical body made of the material containing ceramic powder in a binder resin and a plurality of annular pieces made of the material coaxially used in combination to be continuous. ..
Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described.
FIG. 1 is a vertical cross-sectional view showing a form of a radiant tube type heating device (hereinafter, simply referred to as a heating device) 1 according to the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The furnace wall W is a furnace body constituting a heat treatment furnace such as an annealing furnace.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the
The ring packing P is, for example, a sealing material in which a plurality of ring-shaped heat insulating materials made of paper-based ceramic fibers are laminated, and the thickness t1 at no load as shown in FIG. 6 (A) is at least 9 mm or more. Is.

As shown in FIG. 1, a horizontal portion 7 of a combustion

As shown in FIG. 1, when the flame F is injected from the burner 4 in the hollow portion 3 on the one

As shown by the thin white arrow, the preheated combustion air passes through the
When the above operation is repeated for a long period of time, the IN side in the furnace including the
When the
