Description

In the present invention, a dispersant and calcium carbonate are mixed with a powdered inorganic pigment by stirring, and each predetermined amount is packaged in a bag made of a water-soluble film, and the packaging material is put into a mortar or polymer cement paint at a construction site. The present invention relates to a method for producing a dispersion pigment packaging material which has been stirred and mixed so as to be used as a wall material or a floor material.

Conventionally, mortar or polymer cement paints and the like used by kneading with water have generally been colored by stirring and mixing powdered dispersion pigments on site. Then, at the time of use, a powdered dispersion pigment was mixed with a powdered mortar or a polymer cement paint and kneaded with water before use. At this time, dust was scattered, which was not preferable in terms of hygiene for the operator.

It has also been attempted to knead mortar or polymer cement paint with water, and then stir and mix the dispersed pigment in the powder state on site to color it, but the mixed state of the dispersed pigment is good. There was a problem that it was not.

According to the present invention, a dispersant and calcium carbonate are mixed with a powdered inorganic pigment by stirring, and then each predetermined amount is packaged in a bag made of a water-soluble film, so that it can be used as a mortar or polymer cement paint when it is applied on site. It is a dispersion pigment packaging material that can be put in the whole bag, and can be stored for a long time. Also, just put the whole bag in mortar or polymer cement paint at the time of construction, and the water-soluble film dissolves in water without difficulty. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a dispersion pigment packaging material capable of coloring a paint.

Divide and wrap each predetermined amount in a bag made of water-soluble film.
The dispersed pigment packaged in small portions with the water-soluble film is put into a mortar or polymer cement paint together with the bag at the construction site and mixed by stirring.
It is characterized by being able to be used as a wall material or a floor material.
Materials of the water-soluble film used in the present invention include polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, methyl cellulose, polyethylene oxide, hydroxyethyl cellulose, gelatin and the like. They develop viscosity and water retention when dissolved and can themselves be part of the paint's constituents.
