Description
図1は、第1の実施形態に係る複合材料の構造体10の概略図である。複合材料の構造体10は、図1に示すように、外板12と、補強材14と、接着剤16と、を含む。外板12は、被接着面12sに接着剤16を介して補強材14の接着面14sが接着されている。補強材14は、接着面14sが接着剤16を介して外板12の被接着面12sに接着されている。外板12及び被接着面12sと補強材14及び接着面14sとは、互いに面に直交する方向に沿って対向している。なお、本実施形態では、詳細な説明の便宜上、補強される側の部材を外板12と称し、補強する側の部材を補強材14と称しているが、接着剤16により接着される部材の組み合わせは、これに限定されることなく、形状上接着が可能ないかなる部材の組み合わせも含む。接着剤16は、外板12の被接着面12sと補強材14の接着面14sとの間の領域に設けられ、外板12の被接着面12sと補強材14の接着面14sとを接着している。以下において、外板12の被接着面12sと補強材14の接着面14sとの間の、接着剤16が設けられる領域を、接着剤注入領域と称する。
図5は、第2の実施形態に係る接着剤16の注入方法における一状態を示す概略構成図である。図6は、第2の実施形態に係る複合材料の構造体30及び接着剤16の注入方法における別の一状態を示す概略構成図である。図5及び図6は、いずれも図1におけるB−B断面の方向に相当する断面方向から見た図である。B−B断面は、部材14aと部材14bとの間で不連続に、Z方向に直交する面方向に沿う2つの断面が接続された面であり、部材14a側では貫通孔18gの中心を通過する断面であり、部材14b側では貫通孔18hの中心を通過する断面である。構造体30は、構造体10において、接着剤16の隙間の部分にテーパ形状部16tが形成されるように変更したものである。第2の実施形態に係る接着剤16の注入方法は、第1の実施形態に係る接着剤16の注入方法において、シール材20により注入された接着剤16の隙間の部分にテーパ形状部16tを形成させるように変更したものである。第2の実施形態の説明では、第1の実施形態と同様の構成に第1の実施形態と同一の符号群を用い、その詳細な説明を省略する。
図7は、第3の実施形態に係る接着剤16の注入方法における一状態を示す概略構成図である。図8は、第3の実施形態に係る複合材料の構造体40及び接着剤16の注入方法における別の一状態を示す概略構成図である。図9は、第3の実施形態に係る複合材料の構造体40に含まれる蓋部材46を示す概略構成図である。図7及び図8は、いずれも図1におけるC−C断面の方向に相当する断面方向から見た図である。C−C断面は、外板12に直交し、Z方向に沿う2つの断面が接続された面であり、一方の断面は貫通孔18aの中心を通過する断面であり、他方の断面は貫通孔18bの中心を通過する断面である。図7及び図8では、貫通孔18cより+Z方向の領域が省略されている。

Claims (16)
- 外板と補強材とを接着する接着剤の注入方法であって、
前記補強材は、前記外板に対向する接着面に交差する方向に貫通する貫通孔を複数有しており、
前記外板と前記補強材とを位置決めする位置決めステップと、
前記外板と前記補強材との間の隙間を塞ぐシール材を配置するシール材配置ステップと、
前記接着面の一方の端部側から他方の端部側へ順に、前記貫通孔に前記接着剤を注入する注入ステップと、を含み、
前記注入ステップでは、前記貫通孔へ前記接着剤を注入しているときに、前記接着剤を注入している前記貫通孔と隣接する他の前記貫通孔から前記接着剤が認識できるようになる段階で、前記接着剤を注入する前記貫通孔を、前記接着剤を注入している前記貫通孔から、前記接着剤が認識できるようになった前記貫通孔に移行させることを特徴とする接着剤の注入方法。 - 前記シール材は、前記注入ステップで注入された前記接着剤を、前記補強材から前記外板にかけてテーパ形状に形成させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接着剤の注入方法。
- 前記シール材は、可撓性であり、前記注入ステップで前記接着剤が注入されるにつれて、前記隙間の外側に膨らむように変形することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の接着剤の注入方法。
- 前記シール材は、剛体であり、前記補強材から前記外板にかけて内側がテーパ形状に形成されたダム部材であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の接着剤の注入方法。
- 前記シール材は、複数に分割されたシール片を有し、
前記シール材配置ステップでは、前記接着面の前記一方の端部側から前記他方の端部側へ順に前記シール片を配置し、前記注入ステップで注入される前記接着剤が、配置した前記シール片の範囲をはみ出す前に、前記シール片を継ぎ足して配置することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の接着剤の注入方法。 - 前記注入ステップでは、隣接する前記貫通孔から吸引し、前記接着剤を注入している前記貫通孔と隣接する前記貫通孔から前記接着剤が認識できるようになる段階で、吸引する前記貫通孔を、吸引している前記貫通孔から、吸引している前記貫通孔と隣接する他の前記貫通孔に移行させることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の接着剤の注入方法。
- 前記注入ステップでは、前記接着剤の注入が完了した前記貫通孔に蓋部材を装着することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の接着剤の注入方法。
- 前記蓋部材は、
前記貫通孔を塞ぐ蓋部本体と、
前記蓋部本体から前記外板の方向に突状に延びて形成された突状部と、
前記突状部の先端から前記蓋部本体に向かって所定の長さの箇所に設けられ、前記貫通孔からの返し抜けを防止する抜け止め部と、を有し、

前記接着剤は、前記補強材から前記外板にかけてテーパ形状に形成されていることを特徴とする構造体。 - 前記貫通孔に装着された蓋部材をさらに含み、
前記蓋部材は、
前記貫通孔を塞ぐ蓋部本体と、
前記蓋部本体から前記外板の方向に突状に延びて形成された突状部と、
前記突状部の先端から前記蓋部本体に向かって所定の長さの箇所に設けられ、前記貫通孔からの返し抜けを防止する抜け止め部と、
を有することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の構造体。 - 外板と、
補強材と、
前記外板と前記補強材とを接着する接着剤と、を含み、
前記補強材は、前記外板に対向する接着面に交差する方向に貫通する貫通孔を複数有しており、
前記接着剤は、前記貫通孔の内部に注入されており、
前記貫通孔に装着された蓋部材をさらに含み、
前記蓋部材は、
前記貫通孔を塞ぐ蓋部本体と、
前記蓋部本体から前記外板の方向に突状に延びて形成された突状部と、
前記突状部の先端から前記蓋部本体に向かって所定の長さの箇所に設けられ、前記貫通孔からの返し抜けを防止する抜け止め部と、
を有することを特徴とする構造体。 - 前記接着面は、一方向に延びて形成され、
前記貫通孔は、前記一方向に延びる2列1組の千鳥状に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項11から請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の構造体。 - 外板と、
補強材と、
前記外板と前記補強材とを接着する接着剤と、を含み、
前記補強材は、前記外板に対向する接着面に交差する方向に貫通する貫通孔を複数有しており、
前記接着剤は、前記貫通孔の内部に注入されており、
前記接着面は、一方向に延びて形成され、
前記貫通孔は、前記一方向に延びる2列1組の千鳥状に配置されていることを特徴とする構造体。 - 前記補強材は、
前記接着面に沿う方向に延びるフランジ部と、
前記接着面に交差する方向に延び、かつ前記一方向に延びるウェブ部と、を有し、
前記貫通孔は、前記ウェブ部を挟んで2列1組の千鳥状に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項14または請求項15に記載の構造体。
