Description

The present invention relates to a support for an outer wall member for supporting the outer wall member.

Patent Document 1 describes a support for an outer wall member including a vertical piece and a horizontal piece provided at one end of the vertical piece so as to project in a direction perpendicular to the vertical piece. The support is configured so that the lower end of the outer wall member is placed on the horizontal piece in a state where the vertical piece is attached and fixed to the furring strip attached to the building frame via the drainer.

In the support tool, the tip portions of the vertical piece and the horizontal piece are folded back inward on the side on which the outer wall member is placed to form a folded portion, and the outer wall member is brought into contact with the folded portion to support the support. .. Therefore, a gap is formed between the outer wall member and the vertical piece and the horizontal piece, and rainwater or condensed water that has entered between the outer wall member and the support can be efficiently discharged.

By the way, in recent years, a construction method that omits the furring strip may be adopted from the viewpoint of resource saving and low price. In this case, the support is directly attached and fixed to the building frame via the drainer. However, in the above-mentioned support, since the vertical piece is flat, the vertical piece rides on the protruding portion composed of the heads such as nails and screws that attach and fix the drainer to the building frame, and the support is the building. It may be installed in a tilted state with respect to the skeleton.

Further, in the support tool described above, since the tip end portion of the vertical piece is folded back, it is difficult for the operator to visually confirm the tip position of the vertical piece. For this reason, it is difficult to align the vertical piece with the reference line (inking line) for attaching the support, which is written on the building skeleton, and it is difficult to accurately attach the support to a predetermined position on the building skeleton.

The present invention has been made in view of the above, and when the support is attached to the building skeleton via a drainer without using the furring strip, the support is attached in a state of being tilted with respect to the building skeleton. One of the purposes is to provide a support that can prevent this.

The support of the present invention has adopted the following means in order to achieve the above-mentioned object.

According to the preferred form of the support according to the present invention, the drainer material attached and fixed to the building skeleton is attached to the building skeleton in a state of being sandwiched between the support tool and the building skeleton, and the outer wall member can be supported. A support for the outer wall member is configured. The support has a mounting and fixing portion configured to be mounted and fixed to the building frame, and an extension configured to be connected to the mounting and fixing portion and to extend in a direction intersecting the mounting and fixing portion. It has a department. The mounting and fixing portion has a flat plate portion and an avoidance portion. The flat plate portion is configured to come into direct or indirect contact with the building frame. The avoiding portion is configured to avoid the protruding portion provided in a protruding shape on the surface of the drainer material facing the flat plate portion. The extending portion has a through hole and is configured to support the outer wall member in a state of being separated from the building frame by a predetermined distance.

The "building frame" in the present invention includes a square timber (base) horizontally fixed on a foundation, columns including studs, and floor beams that support the floor. Further, the "intersecting direction" in the present invention typically corresponds to the direction orthogonal to the mounting / fixing portion. Further, the "protruding portion" in the present invention typically corresponds to the head of a fastening member such as a screw or a nail for fastening the draining material to the building frame, but is provided at the end of the draining material. Includes the folded part. Further, the aspect of "attaching to the building skeleton" in the present invention includes a mode in which the flat plate portion indirectly abuts on the building skeleton via the drainer.

According to the present invention, since the mounting and fixing portion has an avoidance portion, the head of the fastening member such as a screw or a nail for fastening the draining material to the building frame or the folded-back provided at the end of the draining material. It is possible to satisfactorily prevent the support from landing due to a portion or the like.

Further, since the extending portion is configured to support the outer wall member at a position separated from the building skeleton by a predetermined distance, a predetermined gap can be secured between the outer wall member and the building skeleton. It is possible to ensure ventilation and drainage between the outer wall member and the building frame without providing a folded portion in the mounting fixing portion or the extending portion as in the above.

Further, since it is not necessary to provide a folded portion in the mounting / fixing portion, the end of the mounting / fixing portion on the side opposite to the side to which the extension portion is connected is defined as the end having a horizontal cross section and having a square cross section. can do. This makes it easier for the operator to check the end of the mounting and fixing part, and the support can be accurately aligned along the reference line (marked line) marked on the building frame to mount the support. .. As a result, workability can be improved.

According to a further form of the support according to the present invention, the avoiding portion is configured as a concave portion formed in a concave shape from the flat plate portion toward the extending direction of the extending portion.

According to this embodiment, it is possible to prevent a decrease in the strength of the support as compared with a configuration in which a hole is provided in the flat plate portion as an avoidance portion.

According to a further form of the support according to the present invention, the recesses are configured to be continuous over the entire longitudinal direction of the support.

According to this embodiment, the bending rigidity of the support can be improved by the recess.

According to a further form of the support according to the present invention, the recess is configured to abut on a part of the outer wall member and has a through hole in the region formed between the outer wall member and the building skeleton. It is configured to have a communication hole for communicating with the outside air through the hole.

According to this embodiment, the outer wall member can be stably supported without deteriorating the air permeability and drainage property between the outer wall member and the building frame.

According to a further form of the support according to the present invention, the flat plate portion is arranged on the opposite side of the first flat plate portion to which the extending portion is connected and the first flat plate portion with the avoidance portion interposed therebetween. It has a flat plate portion.

According to this embodiment, since the support is attached to the building skeleton by the two flat plate portions sandwiching the avoidance portion, the support can be attached to the building skeleton more stably.

According to a further form of the support according to the present invention, the support is configured to be attached and fixed to the building skeleton by a fastening member. Further, the flat plate portion has a plurality of insertion holes through which the fastening member is inserted. At least two of the plurality of insertion holes are elongated holes that are long in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the mounting and fixing portion.

According to this embodiment, the position of the support can be adjusted along the marking line while the support is temporarily fixed to the building frame using the elongated holes, so that the workability can be further improved. it can.

According to the present invention, when the support is attached to the building skeleton via the drainer without using the furring strip, it is possible to prevent the support from being attached in a tilted state with respect to the building skeleton. Ingredients can be provided.

Next, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to Examples.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the starter metal fitting 1 as the "support tool" according to the embodiment of the present invention is attached to the base 50 by bending a long metal plate such as a steel plate. When it is formed, it is configured in a substantially inverted L-shape when viewed from the direction A in FIG. The starter metal fitting 1 includes a vertical piece 2 that is attached and fixed to the base 50, and a horizontal piece 4 that extends in a direction substantially orthogonal to the vertical piece 2.

The base 50 is an example of a “building frame”. Further, the vertical piece 2 is an example of the "mounting / fixing portion", and the horizontal piece 4 is an example of the "extending portion".

In the present embodiment, for convenience, the upward or upward side of the paper surface of FIG. 2 is defined as "upper" or "upper side", and the lower or lower side of the paper surface of FIG. 2 is defined as "lower" to "lower". Defined as "lower side". Further, the left or left side of the paper in FIG. 2 is defined as "left" or "left", and the right or right side of the paper in FIG. 2 is defined as "right" or "right".

As shown in FIG. 2, the vertical piece 2 includes a flat plate portion 22 that directly or indirectly abuts on the base 50, and a concave groove portion 24 that is formed in a concave shape with respect to the flat plate portion 22. .. That is, the flat plate portion 22 has an upper flat plate portion 22a arranged on the upper side with the concave groove portion 24 interposed therebetween and a lower flat plate portion 22b.

The flat plate portion 22 is an example of a “flat plate portion”, and the concave groove portion 24 is an example of an “avoidance portion”. The upper flat plate portion 22a is an example of the "second flat plate portion", and the lower flat plate portion 22b is an example of the "first flat plate portion".

As shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of through holes 12 and 13 are formed in the upper flat plate portion 22a along the longitudinal direction. The through hole 12 is a circular hole. The through holes 13 are configured as elongated holes that are long in the vertical direction, and are provided at three positions at both ends and the center of the longitudinal direction of the upper flat plate portion 22a. The through holes 12 and 13 are examples of "insertion holes".

As shown in FIG. 2, the concave groove portion 24 is configured to project in the same direction as the extending direction of the horizontal piece 4 (left side in FIG. 2), and is configured to have a substantially rectangular shape in FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, the concave groove portion 24 is continuously provided over the entire area of the starter metal fitting 1 in the longitudinal direction. As a result, the bending rigidity of the starter metal fitting 1 itself can be improved.

Further, the size of the concave groove portion 24, that is, the width in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction in FIG. 2, is large enough to surround the head 92a of the screw 92 which is assumed when the drainer 80 is attached to the base 50. It is set to.

As shown in FIG. 2, the horizontal piece 4 is composed of a base portion 42 and a bent portion 44. The base portion 42 is continuously provided from the lower end of the lower flat plate portion 22b, and is configured such that the angle formed by the lower flat plate portion 22b is substantially a right angle. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of ventilation holes 40 are formed in the base portion 42 along the longitudinal direction of the starter metal fitting 1.

In the present embodiment, the length of the base portion 42 in the extending direction is set to such a length that the outer wall member 70 does not come into contact with the concave groove portion 24 when the outer wall member 70 described later is supported by the base portion 42. ing.

The bent portion 44 is configured by bending the end portion of the base portion 42 upward. The bent portion 44 is configured such that the angle formed by the bent portion 44 with the base portion 42 is an obtuse angle.

Next, the construction of the outer wall member 70 using the starter metal fitting 1 thus configured will be described. In this embodiment, the case of the horizontal construction method in which the outer wall member 70 is attached so that the longitudinal direction of the outer wall member 70 is the horizontal direction will be described.

First, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the outdoor side (left side of FIGS. 4 and 5) of the foundation 50 attached and fixed to the upper end of the foundation 60 made of concrete by anchor bolts or the like (not shown). The drainer 80 is attached and fixed to the surface using screws 92. The drainer 80 is attached along the reference line (inking line) marked on the outdoor side surface of the base 50 in order to attach the drainer 80 horizontally to the base 50.

Next, the waterproof paper 82 is attached to the base 50 and the pillars (not shown) erected on the base 50 from the outdoor side (left side of FIGS. 4 and 5) with staples or the like. At this time, it is desirable that the waterproof paper 82 is attached so as to be in a stretched state, and it is desirable that the waterproof paper 82 and the drainer 80 are adhered to each other using a double-sided waterproof tape or the like.

Subsequently, the starter fixing screw 94 was inserted into the through hole 13 provided in the upper flat plate portion 22a of the starter metal fitting 1, and the waterproof paper 82 and the drainer 80 were sandwiched between the flat plate portion 22 of the starter metal fitting 1 and the base 50. In this state, the starter metal fitting 1 is temporarily fixed to the base 50 by screwing the starter fixing screw 94. The starter fixing screw 94 is an example of a “fastening member”.

Then, the upper end portion of the starter metal fitting 1, that is, the upper end portion of the upper flat plate portion 22a, forms a reference line (inking line) marked on the outdoor side surface of the waterproof paper 82 in order to horizontally attach the starter metal fitting 1 to the base 50. The starter fixing screw 94 is finally tightened when the starter metal fitting 1 is aligned and leveled while being moved up and down so as to match. Further, the starter fixing screw 94 is also inserted into the through hole 12 to complete the attachment and fixing of the starter metal fitting 1 to the base 50.

Here, since the upper end of the vertical piece 2 of the starter metal fitting 1, that is, the upper end of the upper flat plate portion 22a as the upper end of the member has a right-angled cross section having a horizontal plane, the upper end of the upper flat plate portion 22a is visually observed. Easy to check. Therefore, the operator can easily align the starter metal fitting 1 with the above-mentioned reference line (marked line), and can attach the starter metal fitting 1 accurately and horizontally to the base 50.

Further, since the through hole 13 is configured as an elongated hole and the position adjustment in the vertical direction is easy, it is easy to adjust the alignment of the starter metal fitting 1 with respect to the reference line (inking line).

Further, the head 92a of the screw 92 protruding from the outdoor side (left side of FIGS. 4 and 5) of the drainer 80 is housed in the concave groove portion 24 of the vertical piece 2 of the starter metal fitting 1, so that the starter metal fitting It is possible to satisfactorily prevent the 1 from being attached to the base 50 in an inclined state. The head 92a of the screw 92 is an example of a “protruding portion”.

Further, since both the upper flat plate portion 22a and the lower flat plate portion 22b are configured to directly or indirectly abut the base 50 via the drainer 80, the starter metal fitting 1 is more stably attached to the base 50. ..

Then, by placing the outer wall member 70 on the base 42 of the horizontal piece 4 of the starter metal fitting 1 attached and fixed to the base 50 in this way, the construction of the lower end of the lowermost outer wall member 70 is completed. A notch groove 70a along the longitudinal direction (horizontal direction) is formed on the lower end surface of the outer wall member 70, and when the outer wall member 70 is placed on the base portion 42, the horizontal piece 4 of the starter metal fitting 1 is formed. The bent portion 44 is inserted into the notch groove 70a and fitted into the notch groove 70a to be fitted.

As shown in FIG. 5, a predetermined gap L is secured between the outer wall member 70 and the base 50 constructed in this way, so that the outer wall member 70 invades the indoor side (right side in FIG. 5). The rainwater and the dew condensation water generated on the indoor side of the outer wall member 70 can be satisfactorily discharged through the ventilation hole 40 of the base 42, and the ventilation can be ensured.

In the present embodiment, the head 92a of the screw 92 for attaching and fixing the drainer 80 to the base 50 is accommodated in the concave groove portion 24, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, as illustrated in the modified example of FIG. 6, when the drainer 80 has a folded-back portion 80a at the upper end portion, the folded-back portion 80a may be accommodated in the concave groove portion 24. When the drainer 80 having such a configuration is used, the drainer 80 may be attached to the base 50 by using double-sided tape or the like. The folded-back portion 80a is an example of a “protruding portion”.

In the present embodiment and the above-described modification, the inner wall surface of the outer wall member 70 does not come into contact with the concave groove portion 24 when the outer wall member 70 is supported by the starter metal fitting 1, but the outer wall member 70 is attached to the starter metal fitting 1. The inner wall surface of the outer wall member 70 may be in contact with the concave groove portion 124 in a state of supporting the above.

In this case, as illustrated in the starter metal fitting 100 of the modified example of FIG. 7, the inner wall surface of the outer wall member 70 is brought into contact with the bottom wall portion 124a constituting the concave groove portion 124, and the outer wall member 70 and the base 50 are brought into contact with each other. Communication holes 125 and 125 for communicating the space formed between the two with the outside air through the ventilation holes 40 are formed in the protruding wall portions 124b and 124b forming the concave groove portion 124.

According to this configuration, in addition to the same effect as that of the present embodiment, it is possible to obtain the effect that the outer wall member 70 can be supported more stably.

In the present embodiment, the concave groove portion 24 has a substantially rectangular shape in FIG. 2, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, as illustrated in the starter metal fitting 200 of the modified example of FIG. 8 corresponding to FIG. 2, the concave groove portion 224 may have a substantially circular shape in FIG. Further, as illustrated in the starter metal fitting 300 of the modified example of FIG. 9 corresponding to FIG. 2, the concave groove portion 324 may have a substantially triangular shape in FIG. Alternatively, as illustrated in the starter metal fitting 400 of the modified example of FIG. 10 corresponding to FIG. 2, the concave groove portion 424 may have a substantially triangular shape having a horizontal plane in FIG. 10, or the modified example of FIG. 11 corresponding to FIG. As illustrated in the starter metal fitting 500 of the above, the concave groove portion 524 may have a substantially trapezoidal shape in FIG. Further, as illustrated in the starter metal fitting 800 of the modified example of FIG. 14 corresponding to FIG. 2, if the concave groove portion 824 has a substantially trapezoidal shape in FIG. 14, the invading water flowing through the outdoor side of the waterproof paper 82 can flow. The water drainer 80 can be discharged to the outside through the communication hole 125 and the through hole 40 without accumulating in the upper portion of the concave groove portion 824 of the starter metal fitting 800. Similarly, in the starter metal fitting 900 of the modified example of FIG. 15 corresponding to FIG. 2, if the concave groove portion 924 is a substantially parallelogram, the invading water flowing through the outdoor side of the waterproof paper 82 flows into the concave groove portion 924 of the starter metal fitting 900. It can be discharged to the outside from the drainer 80 through the communication hole 125 and the through hole 40 without accumulating on the upper part of the water drainer.

In the present embodiment and each of the above-described modified examples, the through holes 12 and 13 are provided in the upper flat plate portion 22a of the starter metal fitting 1, but as illustrated in the starter metal fitting 600 of the modified example of FIG. 12, the through holes are provided. The 612 and 613 may be provided on the lower flat plate portion 22b.

In this embodiment and each of the above-described modifications, the configuration is applied to the construction by the horizontal construction method, but it is applied to the construction by the vertical construction method in which the outer wall member 70 is attached so that the longitudinal direction of the outer wall member 70 is the vertical direction. You may.

In this case, the horizontal piece 4 may be provided with the bent portion 744 shown in FIG. 13 instead of the bent portion 44. The bent portion 744 is configured by bending the left end portion of the base portion 42 downward.

In the present embodiment and each of the above-described modifications, the vertical piece 2 is provided with recessed grooves 24, 124, 224, 324, 424, 524,824, 924, and the head 92a of the screw 92 and the folded portion 80a of the drainer 80. However, it is not limited to this. For example, instead of the concave groove portions 24,124,224,324,424,524,824,924, the vertical piece 2 may be provided with a through hole for accommodating the head 92a of the screw 92 and the folded portion 80a of the drainer 80. good.

In the present embodiment and each of the above-described modifications, the concave groove portions 24, 124, 224, 324, 424, 524, 824, 924 are formed with starter metal fittings 1,100,200,300,400,500,600,700,800, It is configured continuously in the longitudinal direction of 900, but is not limited to this. For example, the recessed groove portions 24, 124, 224, 324, 424, 524, 824, 924 may be provided only at the portions corresponding to the head 92a of the screw 92 and the folded portion 80a of the drainer 80.

The present embodiment shows an example of the embodiment for carrying out the present invention. Therefore, the present invention is not limited to the configuration of the present embodiment.
