Description
The present invention relates to a terminal structure of a superconducting cable.

Rn=ρ・tn/(Ln×2πrn)

Therefore, the bare lengths L1 to L4 of the
However, in reality, in the work of forming the
Therefore, conventionally, the following terminal structures of superconducting cables have been proposed.
In Patent Document 1, a plurality of superconducting conductor layers of a superconducting cable are stripped, a tubular electrode is provided for each superconducting conductor layer, and a superconducting conductor layer stripped on the outer peripheral surface of the tip of a tapered portion of the tubular electrode. The terminal structure in which the tip of the superconducting wire is soldered is described.
Further, in Patent Document 2, a plurality of superconducting conductor layers of a superconducting cable are stripped and inserted into a tubular conductor whose inner diameter is gradually changed so as to correspond to the outer diameter of each superconducting conductor layer stripped. The terminal structure is described.
Further, in Patent Document 3, a plurality of superconducting conductor layers of a superconducting cable are stripped off, a tubular electrode having an inner diameter corresponding to the outer diameter of each superconducting conductor layer is provided, and a terminal portion of all the tubular electrodes is screwed. The terminal structure fixed to the connection plate is described in.
However, in the terminal structure of Patent Document 1, although it is possible to make the resistance value uniform for each superconducting conductor layer, the tubular electrode having a tapered portion at one end is individually provided according to the size of each superconducting conductor layer. In addition, the structure is complicated, the manufacturing cost is high, and the construction work is complicated because the tip of the superconducting conductor layer is soldered to the outer peripheral surface of the tip of the tapered portion of each tubular electrode. there were.
Further, the connection method of Patent Document 2 can make the resistance value uniform for each superconducting conductor layer, but since the structure is such that a step portion is formed inside the tubular conductor, the superconducting cable stripped of the step is used. It was difficult to insert the tip, and the construction work was difficult.
Further, the connection method of Patent Document 3 can make the resistance value uniform for each superconducting conductor layer, but each superconducting conductor layer requires a tubular electrode having an inner diameter corresponding to the outer diameter thereof, and has a structure. Was complicated. Further, when each tubular electrode is fixed to one connection plate with a screw, each superconducting conductor layer may be twisted, and the superconducting conductor layer may be peeled off or damaged.
An object of the present invention is to provide a connecting portion of a superconducting cable having a simple structure and easy to form, and capable of making the connection resistance of each superconducting conductor layer uniform.

The yttrium-based superconductor (hereinafter referred to as Y-based superconductor) is typical.
As described above, the thickness of the superconducting wire 100 (vertical dimension in FIG. 3) is much thinner than the width (horizontal dimension in FIG. 3), but the structure is clear in FIG. The figure is made thicker than it actually is for the sake of conversion.

Therefore, the extended tip portions of the four superconducting conductor layers 40 are all aligned so that the outer diameters are uniform.

In the following description, the term "length" shall indicate the length of the superconducting cable in the longitudinal direction unless otherwise specified.

As a result, the outer diameter of the tip of the first to third superconducting conductor layers 40 from the inside became equal to the outer diameter of the outermost

Further, in the
Further, since the material for forming the
Further, since the intervening
