Description

The present invention relates to a container for a microwave oven.

Conventionally, various techniques have been proposed for microwave oven containers (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

Patent Document 1 discloses a packaging container including a container body for storing the contents and a lid made of a plastic material for closing the opening of the container body. The container body includes a first convex portion that partially protrudes in the circumferential direction on the upper surface of the flange portion, a second convex portion that is outside the first convex portion, and a first convex portion. It is provided between the second convex portions and has one or more through holes that penetrate the flange portion up and down.

In this packaging container, when heated by a microwave oven, the lid body bulges outward due to an increase in the internal pressure of the packaging container, the lid body peels off at the first convex portion, and the internal pressure escapes through the through hole. Therefore, in the packaging container, when cooking the contents of food or the like in a microwave oven, it is not necessary to make a hole for letting steam escape or to peel off a part of the lid before cooking.

However, the packaging container of Patent Document 1 has a structure in which a through hole is formed in the passage of steam between the two convex portions (the first convex portion and the second convex portion) for welding the lid. Therefore, the contents such as food ingredients may leak from the through holes.

Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention (hereinafter referred to as “embodiments”) will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The same elements are numbered the same throughout the description of the embodiment.

(First Embodiment)
First, the overall configuration of the microwave oven container according to the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, the microwave oven container 10 has a container body 20 having an opening 21 and being filled with the contents 11 from the opening 21, and a film-shaped lid material 50 for closing the opening 21 as main elements. To do. Both the container body 20 and the lid material 50 are made of a resin material. The content 11 housed in the container body 20 is various foods or the like, and any kind is arbitrary as long as it is heated by using a microwave oven.

Further, the microwave oven container 10 includes a flange portion 22 and a first heat-welded portion 23A and a second heat-welded portion 23B formed on the upper surface of the flange portion 22 and heat-welded to the lid material 50. Be prepared. Further, the microwave oven container 10 is provided with a protrusion 24 for locking the lid member 50 on the flange portion 22.

Next, the configuration of each part of the microwave oven container 10 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5. As shown in FIG. 2, the container body 20 has a housing portion 20b having a bottom 20a. The accommodating portion 20b, the bottom 20a, and the opening 21 exhibit a substantially quadrangle (in this example, a substantially square) having rounded corners in a plan view.

The flange portion 22 is formed so as to extend outward from the opening 21. Further, the flange portion 22 is a portion outside the inner portion (hereinafter, referred to as “inner portion 22a”) in which the first heat welding portion 23A and the second heat welding portion 23B are provided, and the accommodating portion 20b. The corners 22b are provided at positions corresponding to the four corners of the above. Each corner portion 22b is connected to the inner portion 22a via a step 22c, and is formed at a position one step lower than the inner portion 22a.

In anticipation of warpage during molding of the container body 20, the inner portion 22a may be inclined downward at an angle θ1 with respect to the horizontal plane H toward the extending end of the flange portion 22 (see FIG. 4). .. Such an inclination of the flange portion 22 can be formed in substantially the same manner over the entire circumference of the flange portion 22.

Return to FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, the lid material 50 has an outer circumference substantially the same size as the outer circumference of the flange portion 22. The lid material 50 closes the opening 21 and closes the accommodating portion by being heat-welded (sealed) to the first heat-welding portion 23A and the second heat-welding portion 23B after the contents 11 are filled in the accommodating portion 20b. Seal 20b.

As shown in FIG. 2, the first heat welding portion 23A is ribbed on the entire circumference of the upper surface of the inner portion 22a of the flange portion 22 except for the steam discharge portion 25 cut out for discharging steam. It is formed in a shape and is heat-welded to the lid material 50. In this example, the steam discharge portion 25 is provided near the inside of one corner portion 22b of the flange portion 22.

The second heat-welded portion 23B is formed in a rib shape so as to form a recess 26 on the inner peripheral side of the first heat-welded portion 23A, and is heat-welded to the lid material 50. The second heat welding portion 23B is formed over the entire circumference of the upper surface of the inner portion 22a of the flange portion 22. The second heat welding portion 23B is formed in a substantially quadrangular shape (in this example, a substantially square shape) so as to surround the opening 21 of the container body 20 on the upper surface of the inner portion 22a of the flange portion 22. The second heat-welded portion 23B has a V-shaped portion 27 (easily peelable portion) facing outward at a position corresponding to the steam discharge portion 25 (see FIG. 3).

As shown in FIG. 4, in this example, the upper surface 23B1 of the second heat-welded portion 23B is formed at a position lower than the upper surface 23A1 of the first heat-welded portion 23A by the dimension h. As a result, when the lid material 50 is pressed against the first heat-welding portion 23A and the second heat-welding portion 23B from above with the seal bar (not shown), the seal bar is pressed against the second heat-welding portion 23B. Since the pressure is smaller than the pressing force of the seal bar against the first heat-welding portion 23A, the welding strength with the lid material 50 at the second heat-welding portion 23B is equal to that of the lid material 50 at the first heat-welding portion 23A. It is lower than the welding strength of. As a result, when the microwave oven container 10 is heated in a microwave oven and the vapor pressure in the accommodating portion 20b rises to reach a predetermined pressure, the lid material 50 is subjected to the sealing surface (upper surface) of the first heat welding portion 23A. Prior to 23A1), it is peeled off at any place on the sealing surface (upper surface 23B1) of the second heat-welded portion 23B. That is, in the first heat-welding portion 23A and the second heat-welding portion 23B, when the vapor pressure in the accommodating portion 20b reaches a predetermined pressure, the sealing property between the first heat-welding portion 23A and the lid material 50 Is maintained, but the sealing property between the second heat-welded portion 23B and the lid material 50 is lost.

By making the width of the second heat-welding portion 23B smaller than the width of the first heat-welding portion 23A, the welding strength in the second heat-welding portion 23B can be increased by welding in the first heat-welding portion 23A. It can be lower than the strength.

The recess 26 is formed in a groove shape between the first heat welding portion 23A and the second heat welding portion 23B, and the vapor pressure in the accommodating portion 20b reaches a predetermined pressure, and the second heat welding portion When the 23B is peeled from the lid material 50 at any place, it has a function of guiding the steam from the peeled place to the steam discharge part 25.

The V-shaped portion 27 is formed in a V-shape so as to be closed (toward the outside) toward one corner portion 22b of the flange portion 22 in a plan view (see FIG. 2). As a result, when the user picks the end portion of the lid material 50 (in this example, the corner portion 50a of the lid material 50 shown in FIG. 1) and pulls it up to peel the lid material 50 from the V-shaped portion 27. Since the force is concentrated on the tip 27a side of the V-shaped portion 27, the lid material 50 can be easily peeled off even with a small force.

Considering that the lid material 50 is easily peeled off by peeling due to an increase in vapor pressure or peeling by the user, at least the second heat-welded portion 23B of the container body 20 and at least the back surface of the lid material 50. Is preferably a combination of materials that requires less force for peeling. As a combination of materials that can be easily peeled off, for example, a material obtained by mixing polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) is used for at least the second heat-welded portion 23B of the container body 20, and at least on the back surface of the lid material 50. Can use a combination of materials that are weldable but different from each other, such as using polyethylene (PE).

As shown in FIG. 5, the V-shaped portion 27 is inclined downward (toward the outside) at an angle θ2 toward one corner portion 22b of the flange portion 22 in a cross-sectional view. Due to this inclination, the welding strength at the V-shaped portion 27 can be set to be even smaller than the other portions of the second heat welding portion 23B.

Further, the V-shaped portion 27 has a recess 27b which is inclined at an angle θ3 toward the bottom 20a of the accommodating portion 20b inside the V-shaped portion 27 in a cross-sectional view. By forming such a recess 27b, even if steam escapes from the steam discharge portion 25 and the accommodating portion 20b is depressurized, the recess 27b ensures communication between the inside (accommodation portion 20b) of the container body 20 and the outside. Since it is secured, it is possible to prevent the accommodating portion 20b from being in a vacuum state. By the action of the recess 27b, it is possible to prevent the lid material 50 from adhering to the content 11 when the pressure of the accommodating portion 20b is reduced.

Return to FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, the protrusion 24 is provided on the corner 22b at a position facing the outside of the steam discharge portion 25. The protrusion 24 is arranged in the vicinity of the steam discharge portion 25, and has a conical base portion 24a that tapers upward and a spherical portion 24b formed on the upper portion of the base portion 24a. The corner portion 50a (see FIG. 1) of the lid member 50 is heat-welded to the spherical portion 24b. The protruding portion 24 acts to lock the corner portion 50a of the lid member 50 when the pressure of the accommodating portion 20b is reduced. In this way, by providing the protrusion 24 together with the recess 27b described above in the vicinity of the steam discharge portion 25, the lid material 50 adheres to the content 11 when the pressure of the accommodating portion 20b is reduced, in combination with the action of the recess 27b. This can be further prevented. The configuration of the protrusion 24 is not particularly limited to this example, and is arbitrary as long as the corner portion 50a of the lid member 50 can be locked when the pressure of the accommodating portion 20b is reduced.

Subsequently, the operation of the microwave oven container 10 will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7. As shown in FIG. 6, when the microwave oven container 10 is heated in a microwave oven, the lid material 50 swells due to an increase in the vapor pressure generated in the accommodating portion 20b. When the lid material 50 swells, the force concentrates on the sealing surface of the second heat-welding portion 23B, and when the vapor pressure reaches a predetermined pressure, any place on the sealing surface of the second heat-welding portion 23B. The lid material 50 is peeled off.

As shown by the arrow (1) in FIG. 6, the steam from the peeled portion is guided to the steam discharge section 25 by the recess 26, and is discharged to the outside from the steam discharge section 25. In this example, of the second heat-welded portion 23B whose welding strength is lower than that of the first heat-welding portion 23A, the V-shaped portion 27 whose welding strength is set to be even lower due to the inclination is likely to cause peeling. In this case, as shown by the arrow (2) in FIG. 6, steam is satisfactorily released from the portion (V-shaped portion 27) closer to the steam discharge portion 25.

Then, as shown by the arrow (3) in FIG. 7, the user picks up the corner portion 50a of the lid material 50 corresponding to the steam discharge portion 25, lifts it, and pulls it up to lift the lid material 50 to the protrusions 24 and V. It is peeled off from the character portion 27. At this time, since the V-shaped portion 27 is formed so as to close outward, the user can start peeling the lid material 50 with a smaller force and easily remove the lid material 50 from the container body 20. be able to.

The effects of the first embodiment described above will be described above. According to the first embodiment, the steam that has passed through the recess 26 between the first heat welding portion 23A and the second heat welding portion 23B is guided to the predetermined steam discharging portion 25 and discharged to the outside. Can be done. For this reason, a structure in which the contents 11 are less likely to leak can be obtained as compared with a conventional structure in which a through hole is formed in a steam passage between two convex portions for welding the lid, and in such a structure, steam is released. It can be satisfactorily discharged from the steam discharge unit 25.

(Second Embodiment)
Next, the container body according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The above-mentioned storage portion 20b (see FIG. 2) of the container body 20 has a substantially square planar shape, but the planar shape of the storage portion 20b can be selected from various shapes such as a circle and an oval shape in addition to the substantially square shape. is there.

As shown in FIG. 8, for example, in the container body 60 according to the second embodiment, the planar shape of the accommodating portion 20b is circular, and the flange portion 22 is formed so as to extend outward from the circular opening 21. .. The flange portion 22 has four corner portions 22b on the outside of the inner portion 22a via a step 22c. A first heat-welded portion 23A and a second heat-welded portion 23B are formed on the inner portion 22a of the flange portion 22 with the recess 26 interposed therebetween. A steam discharge portion 25 and a V-shaped portion 27 are provided at positions corresponding to one corner portion 22b of the flange portion 22, and further, at a position of the corner portion 22b facing the outside of the steam discharge portion 25. Is provided with a protrusion 24.

In the container body 60 having the accommodating portion 20b having a circular planar shape as described above, between the first heat welding portion 23A and the second heat welding portion 23B, similarly to the container body 20 (see FIG. 2) described above. The steam that has passed through the recess 26 of the above can be guided to a predetermined steam discharge unit 25 and discharged to the outside, and in a structure in which the contents 11 are less likely to leak, the steam can be satisfactorily discharged from the steam discharge unit 25. it can.

(Third Embodiment)
Subsequently, the container body according to the third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 9 and 10. In the third embodiment, the V-shaped portion 27 of the first or second embodiment is a W-shaped portion 71 (easily peelable portion), and the planar shape of the accommodating portion 20b is a substantially oval shape with rounded corners. It is said. As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the container body 70 has an accommodating portion 20b having a substantially rectangular planar shape and an opening 21. The flange portion 22 extending from the opening 21 is provided with a rib-shaped first heat-welding portion 23A and a rib-shaped second heat-welding portion 23B. The second heat welded portion 23B has a W-shaped portion 71 formed in a W shape so as to be closed outward at a position corresponding to the steam discharge portion 25 in a plan view. The W-shaped portion 71 has two tips 71a facing outward and one base end 71b facing inward.

When the lid material 50 is peeled off from the W-shaped portion 71 by picking and pulling up the lid material 50, the user concentrates the force on at least one of the two tips 71a of the W-shaped portion 71. The lid material 50 can be easily peeled off even with a small force. Further, when the lid material 50 is automatically opened due to an increase in vapor pressure, stress is concentrated on the base end 71b of the W-shaped portion 71, so that the W-shaped portion 71 is more likely to be peeled off. Further, the W-shaped portion 71 is also inclined downward (toward the outside) at an angle θ2 (see FIG. 10) toward one corner portion 22b of the flange portion 22 in a cross-sectional view. Due to this inclination, the welding strength in the W-shaped portion 71 can be set to be even smaller than the other portions of the second heat-welding portion 23B, similarly to the V-shaped portion 27 described above.

Further, by setting the width of the inner second heat-welding portion 23B to be smaller (thinner) than the width of the first heat-welding portion 23A, the welding strength of the second heat-welding portion 23B can be set to the first. It can be set even lower than the welding strength of the heat welding portion 23A. In addition, in the second heat-welded portion 23B having such a low welding strength, the W-shaped portion 71 is formed to be narrower (thinner) than the other portions of the second heat-welded portion 23B. The welding strength is the lowest among the first heat-welding portion 23A and the second heat-welding portion 23B.

Also in this third embodiment, the lid material 50 is peeled off at the W-shaped portion 71 of the second heat welding portion 23B, and the recess 26 between the first heat welding portion 23A and the second heat welding portion 23B is formed. The steam that has passed through can be guided to a predetermined steam discharge unit 25 and discharged to the outside, and in a structure in which the contents 11 are less likely to leak, the steam can be satisfactorily discharged from the steam discharge unit 25.

開口21から延出されるフランジ部22には、帯状の第1の熱溶着部81Aと帯状の第2の熱溶着部81B(いずれの溶着部も図11においてドット模様で示される平坦な部分)が形成される。
(Fourth Embodiment)
Next, the container body according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 11 and 12. In the fourth embodiment, in the third embodiment, the first heat-welded portion 81A and the second heat-welded portion 81B are band-shaped. As shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the container body 80 has a housing portion 20b and an opening 21 having a substantially rectangular planar shape. The flange portion 22 extending from the opening 21 has a strip-shaped first heat-welded portion 81A and a strip-shaped second heat-welded portion 81B (both welded portions are flat portions shown by dots in FIG. 11). It is formed. That is, the first heat-welding portion 81A and the second heat-welding portion 81B are not rib-shaped, and a space (non-heat) through which steam can pass between the first heat-welding portion 81A and the second heat-welding portion 81B. It is formed in a flat shape within the range where the welded portion 82) is formed. Further, the second heat welding portion 81B has a W-shaped portion 71 which is closed outward at a position corresponding to the steam discharge portion 25 and has a flat shape in a plan view.

More specifically, the first heat-welded portion 81A and the second heat-welded portion 81B are formed by using a heat-welded seal head 90 (see FIGS. 12 and 13 (a) to 13 (c)). can do. That is, the seal head 90 has a first convex portion 91A corresponding to the first heat welding portion 81A and a second convex portion 91B corresponding to the second heat welding portion 81B (both convex portions are shown in FIG. 13A). ) And (the portion indicated by the diagonal line in (b)), and the flat lower surface of each of the first convex portion 91A and the second convex portion 91B is flattened by the flange portion 22 via the lid member 50. By pressing against the upper surface, the first heat-welded portion 81A and the second heat-welded portion 81B welded to the lid material 50 are formed on the upper surface of the flange portion 22. Note that FIG. 11 shows the container body 80 after the lid material 50 is heat-welded to the flange portion 22, and the first heat-welded portion 81A and the second heat-welded portion 81B are shown by solid lines in an easy-to-understand manner. , The lid material 50 is shown by an imaginary line (two-dot chain line).

Further, as shown in FIG. 12, in the seal head 90, the lower end of the inner second convex portion 91B may be set at a position higher than the lower end of the first convex portion 91A, or may be formed on the second heat welding portion 81B. By forming the upper surface 81B1 of the corresponding flange portion 22 at a position lower than the upper surface 81A1 corresponding to the first heat welding portion 81A, the second heat is higher than the welding strength of the first heat welding portion 81A. The welding strength of the welded portion 81B can be set low. Further, in the seal head 90, by setting the width of the second convex portion 91B to be smaller (thinner) than the width of the first convex portion 91A, the welding strength of the second heat welding portion 81B is set to the first heat. It can be set even lower than the welding strength of the welding portion 81A. In addition, as shown in FIG. 13B, in the second convex portion 91B of the seal head 90, the width W1 of the portion 91B1 corresponding to the W-shaped portion 71 is excluded from the portion 91B1 corresponding to the W-shaped portion 71. By setting the width narrower (thinner) than the width W2 of the other portion 91B2, the W-shaped portion 71 is the other portion of the second heat welding portion 81B in the second heat welding portion 81B having a low welding strength. Since it is formed to be narrower (thinner) than that of the first, the welding strength is the lowest among the first heat-welding portion 81A and the second heat-welding portion 81B. Further, in the second convex portion 91B of the seal head 90, as shown in FIG. 13C, the lower end position of the portion 91B1 corresponding to the W-shaped portion 71 is set higher than the lower end position of the other portion 91B2. As a result, in the second heat welding portion 81B, the welding strength of the W-shaped portion 71 can be further reduced.
