Description
図1に示すように、本実施の形態に係る排気浄化システム1は、飲食店等に備えられる浄化用排気ダクト10に接続されており、浄化用の排気11の上部に配置される複数のシャワーノズル20と,シャワーノズル20から散布される水を蓄えるタンク30と,タンク30及びシャワーノズル20を接続し,タンク30からシャワーノズル20へ液体を供給・接続する給液管路22とを、主な構成として備えている。
図3に示すように、シャワーノズル20は、給液管路22に接続されたノズル用配管23に水平方向に設けた開口部24に接続される。シャワーノズル20は液体を散布する方向に向いたノズル20Nを有し、ノズル20Nの下端20Lが、ノズル用配管23の管路内壁の底25より所定距離gだけ上に位置するように、ノズル用配管23に対して設置固定されている。排気浄化システム1が停止した時は、液体がノズル用配管23に停滞するが、ノズル20Nの下端20Lが、ノズル用配管23の管路内壁の底25より所定距離gだけ上に位置するように配置されているので、ノズル20Nの下端20Lに液体が停留しない。液体が停留すると、乾燥した時に液体の有機物がノズル20Nを詰まらせる原因となる。ノズル20Nの液体通過径Dを5ミリメートル以上に構成することで、さらにノズル20Nの詰まり防止できる。
初めに、ポンプ33を作動させることにより、タンク30内に蓄えられた液体(水と有機物の混合体)が給液管路22へ送り込まれる。給液管路22へ送り込まれた液体はノズル用配管23を通じて夫々のシャワーノズル20へ供給され、シャワーノズル20から排気11へ液体(主に水)がシャワー状に散布される。シャワーノズル20からシャワー状に散布された液体は、排気11に含まれる臭気及び油分と衝突し、臭気及び油分と共にスクリーン21まで落下する。落下した水液体は、スクリーン21の上面に滞留する液体Xとなり、次に逆L字状の液溜まり部60Lを通って、タンク30へと流れ込む。

Claims (4)
- 臭気及び油分を含む排気を浄化する排気浄化システムであって、
前記臭気及び前記油分を含む前記排気を移送する浄化用排気通路と、
前記浄化用排気通路によって移送された前記排気の上部から前記排気に向けて液体を散布するシャワーノズルと、
前記シャワーノズルから散布する前記液体を蓄えるタンクと、
ポンプを用いて前記タンク内の前記液体を前記シャワーノズルへ供給すべく前記タンクから前記シャワーノズルの間に接続された給液管路と、
前記タンク内の前記液体に酸素を含む気体を供給し前記排気に含まれる有機物質を酸化分解するエアレーション装置と、
を有し、
前記シャワーノズルは、前記排気の上部から前記排気に向けて前記液体を散布する構成とし、散布された前記液体は前記排気と混ざりあった後に前記タンクに滞留し、前記タンク内の前記液体に含まれる微生物の作用にて前記臭気及び前記油分を分解する構成であって、
前記シャワーノズルは、前記給液管路に接続されたノズル用配管に水平方向に設けた開口部に接続され、前記液体を散布する下方向に向いたノズルを有し、前記ノズルの下端が、前記ノズル用配管の管路内壁の底より上に位置するように前記ノズル用配管に設置され、
さらに前記シャワーノズルの下方に、前記排気を通過した前記液体を受ける通気性のスクリーンを所定の距離を設けて配置し、
前記スクリーンは、前記排気浄化システムの側壁部にレールを介して支持され、
前記レールには前記スクリーンの下面より下方に位置する液溜まり部を設け、
前記ノズルから落下した前記液体を前記スクリーンの上面から前記液溜まり部を通って前記タンクへ流れ込む構成とした
ことを特徴とする排気浄化システム。 - 前記シャワーノズルの下方であって、前記スクリーンの上面より所定の距離を設けて前記スクリーンの前記上面に滞留する液体を前記タンクにバイパスするオーバフロー菅をさらに有する、請求項1に記載の排気浄化システム。
- 前記スクリーンの前記上面より上方に下端が位置する点検口をさらに有する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の排気浄化システム。
- 前記ノズルの液体通過径を5ミリメートル以上とした、請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の排気浄化システム。
