Claims (2)
- 内部にガスが流れる筒状のバルブケーシング内に、弁体と、前記弁体が着座可能な弁座とが設けられたガス弁装置であって、前記バルブケーシング内に、電動モータで軸方向に駆動される操作ロッドに連動して軸方向に移動する弁座部材が設けられ、前記弁座部材の軸方向端部に前記弁座が形成されると共に、前記バルブケーシングの内周面と前記弁座部材の外周面との間の隙間にガスが流れないようにシールするシール部材が設けられるものにおいて、
前記シール部材は、外周部が前記バルブケーシングに固定され、内周部が前記弁座部材に固定されたベロフラムで構成され、
前記弁座部材の外周面の軸方向一部に、前記バルブケーシングの内周面に摺接する環状突起部が形成されると共に、前記弁座部材の前記環状突起部から離隔した部分に、前記バルブケーシングの内周面に近接対向して前記弁座部材が傾くことを抑制するガイド部が設けられることを特徴とするガス弁装置。 - 内部にガスが流れる筒状のバルブケーシング内に、電磁安全弁と開閉弁とが組み込まれたガス弁装置であって、前記バルブケーシング内に、電動モータで軸方向に駆動される操作ロッドに連動して軸方向に移動する弁座部材が設けられ、前記電磁安全弁は、前記弁座部材の軸方向一方の端部に形成した安全弁用弁座に着座可能な弁体と、前記弁体に軸方向一方にのびる弁軸を介して連結される吸着片と、前記吸着片に対向する電磁石とを備え、前記開閉弁は、前記弁座部材の軸方向他方の端部に形成した開閉弁用弁座に着座可能な、前記操作ロッドに固定の弁体を備え、前記バルブケーシング内に、前記弁座部材を軸方向他方に付勢する付勢手段と、前記弁座部材の軸方向他方への移動を前記電磁安全弁の前記弁体が前記安全弁用弁座に着座可能な所定位置で制止するストッパ手段とが設けられると共に、前記バルブケーシングの内周面と前記弁座部材の外周面との間の隙間にガスが流れないようにシールするシール部材が設けられるものにおいて、
前記シール部材は、外周部が前記バルブケーシングに固定され、内周部が前記弁座部材に固定されたベロフラムで構成され、
前記ベロフラムは、その内周部を前記弁座部材に埋め込んだ状態で成形されるゴム製の成形品で構成され、
前記ベロフラムの内周部から前記弁座部材の内部を軸方向にのびて端部が前記開閉弁用弁座に露出する、前記ベロフラムと一体の筒部が設けられ、前記筒部の前記端部により、前記開閉弁の前記弁体が前記開閉弁用弁座に着座したときのシール性を確保する開閉弁用の弁シールが構成されることを特徴とするガス弁装置。
