Description
The present invention relates to a chemical spraying device, and more specifically, the height of a nozzle for spraying a chemical liquid can be changed, and the chemical liquid can be stably sprayed even if the height of the nozzle is changed. It is about the device.
Conventionally, chemical spraying devices have been proposed for spraying chemicals to disinfect them in hospitals, food factories, public transportation, halls, sports facilities, school facilities, theaters, movie theaters, plant cultivation facilities, livestock facilities, etc. .. For example, Patent Document 1 describes a chemical spray device having a pressurized chemical tank, a compressor, and a two-fluid nozzle attached to the tip of an extension connecting pipe, and a part of the compressed air discharged from the compressor is two. It is supplied to the fluid nozzle, the rest is supplied to the pressurized chemical tank to pressurize the chemical in the tank, and the pressurized chemical is supplied from the pressurized chemical tank to the bifluid nozzle, and the compressed air is supplied from the bifluid nozzle. A chemical spraying device in which a pressurized chemical is mixed and sprayed is disclosed.
Facilities such as hospitals, food factories, public transport, halls, sports facilities, school facilities, theaters, movie theaters, plant cultivation facilities, livestock facilities, etc. generally have a high ceiling height and a large space. In order to efficiently spray the chemical solution into the space, it is desirable to spray the chemical solution from a certain high position. Further, it is desirable that the spraying position of the chemical solution, that is, the height of the nozzle for spraying the chemical solution can be appropriately adjusted according to the height of the space. On the other hand, when the chemical spraying device is configured so that the height of the nozzle is variable, the head pressure changes according to the height of the nozzle, and the amount of the chemical supplied to the nozzle changes. As a result, the amount of the chemical sprayed. And the sprayed state (for example, the particle size of the sprayed chemical solution) changes, and there is a concern that the chemical solution is not sprayed properly. In addition, some chemicals are corrosive or oxidative, and it is desirable that even such chemicals can be handled appropriately.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and the height of the nozzle for spraying the chemical solution is variably configured, and even if the height of the nozzle is changed, the amount of the chemical solution sprayed from the nozzle and the particle size fluctuate. It is an object of the present invention to provide a chemical liquid spraying device which can suppress the chemical liquid, can stably spray the chemical liquid from a nozzle, and can appropriately deal with a chemical liquid having corrosive or oxidizing properties.
The chemical spray device of the present invention that has been able to solve the above problems has a chemical storage tank, a pump that sends chemicals from the chemical storage tank, an air compressor, and a variable height from the chemical storage tank. The spraying unit has a storage unit in which the chemical liquid sent from the pump is stored, and a two-fluid nozzle in which the chemical liquid is supplied from the storage unit and compressed air is supplied from the air compressor. It is characterized in that the chemical solution is sucked from the reservoir by the flow of compressed air and the chemical solution is sprayed together with the compressed air from the bifluid nozzle.
In the chemical spraying device of the present invention, since the height of the nozzle for spraying the chemical is variable, the height to the ceiling is high and the chemical can be efficiently sprayed even in a wide space. Further, since the two-fluid nozzle sprays with the force of air, the initial speed when spraying the chemical solution is high, and the chemical solution can be sprayed to a long distance. Then, the chemical solution from the chemical solution storage tank is temporarily stored in the storage section of the spray section, and the chemical solution stored in the storage section is sucked by the flow of compressed air and supplied to the nozzle, so that even if the height of the spray section changes. , Fluctuations in the amount of the chemical solution sprayed from the nozzle and the particle size can be suppressed, and the chemical solution can be stably sprayed from the nozzle. In the chemical spraying device of the present invention, the pressure resistance of the chemical storage tank is not particularly required because the chemical storage tank is not pressurized by supplying compressed air from the air compressor to the chemical storage tank, for example. Therefore, the chemical storage tank can be made of any material such as resin, and even a corrosive or oxidizing chemical can be appropriately dealt with.
The chemical spray device is preferably mounted on a portable trolley. If the chemical spraying device is mounted on the portable trolley, the chemical spraying device can be installed at the required place when necessary, and the chemical spray can be arbitrarily performed.
The pump is preferably a positive displacement pump. By using the positive displacement pump, even if the height of the spraying portion is changed, the chemical liquid can be stably fed from the chemical liquid storage tank to the storage portion without the amount of the chemical liquid being sent greatly fluctuating.
The pump is preferably a tube pump. As a result, when the chemical solution is sent from the chemical solution storage tank to the storage section, the occurrence of pulsation in which the amount of the chemical solution is periodically changed is reduced, and it becomes easy to send the chemical solution to the storage section in a constant amount. As a result, the volume of the storage portion can be made small. Further, in the tube pump, since the chemical solution does not come into direct contact with the driving part of the pump, it is possible to prevent the chemical solution from corroding the pump parts, and it is difficult for the chemical solution to receive heat from the pump, so that the deterioration of the chemical solution is suppressed.
The two-fluid nozzle has a chemical liquid outlet and a compressed air outlet that surrounds the chemical liquid outlet, and the flow of compressed air from the compressed air outlet sucks the chemical liquid from the storage unit and compresses the chemical liquid from the chemical liquid outlet. It is preferably sprayed with air. When the two-fluid nozzle is configured in this way, the chemical solution injected from the chemical solution ejection port is mixed with the compressed air injected from the outer periphery thereof, and the injected chemical solution is easily atomized by the shearing action of the compressed air. Therefore, the chemical solution can be sprayed with droplets having a smaller particle size.
A liquid level detecting means is provided in the storage part, and the liquid level detecting means detects the liquid level of the chemical liquid in the storage part, and when the liquid level of the chemical liquid in the storage part exceeds a predetermined value, the chemical liquid is supplied to the storage part. It is preferable to stop. As a result, it is possible to prevent the chemical solution from overflowing from the storage section when the height of the spray section is lowered to lower the head pressure and the amount of liquid sent from the pump is increased.
The chemical spray device is provided with a chemical supply passage that communicates with the discharge side of the pump and the storage portion, a chemical liquid return passage that communicates with the chemical liquid supply passage and the chemical liquid storage tank, and a relief valve is provided in the chemical liquid return passage. Is preferable. By providing the chemical solution return path and the relief valve in this way, even if the chemical solution is fully accumulated in the storage section and the supply of the chemical solution to the storage section is stopped, the chemical solution return path can be passed without stopping the operation of the pump. The chemical solution can be returned to the chemical solution storage tank. Therefore, it is possible to prevent excessive pressure from being applied to the chemical solution in the chemical solution supply path, and to prevent deterioration due to compression and heating of the chemical solution. Further, since it is not necessary to stop the operation of the pump, the chemical solution can be sent to the storage unit immediately after the relief valve is closed.
It is preferable that a heat exchange section is provided on the outlet side of the air compressor to cool the compressed air discharged from the air compressor. As a result, the temperature of the compressed air supplied to the two-fluid nozzle does not become excessively high, and the chemical solution sprayed from the two-fluid nozzle is less likely to be decomposed by the high-temperature compressed air.
The spray portion is preferably attached to one end of a stretchable long member. By stretching or contracting the long member, the height of the spray portion can be variably formed. Further, when the chemical spray device is not used, the chemical spray device can be stored compactly by shortening the length of the long member.
Since the chemical spraying device of the present invention uses a two-fluid nozzle and the height of the nozzle for spraying the chemical is variable, it is possible to efficiently spray the chemical even in a wide space with a high height to the ceiling. it can. Further, even if the height of the nozzle is changed, the fluctuation of the spray amount and the particle size of the chemical solution from the nozzle can be suppressed, and the chemical solution can be stably sprayed from the nozzle. Some chemicals are corrosive or oxidative, but the chemical spraying device of the present invention can appropriately cope with such chemicals.
The present invention relates to a chemical spraying device, and more particularly, to a chemical spraying device in which the height of a nozzle for spraying a chemical liquid is variably configured and the chemical liquid can be stably sprayed even if the height of the nozzle is changed. is there. Further, some chemicals are corrosive or oxidative, but the chemical spraying device of the present invention can suitably spray the chemical from a nozzle even when handling such a chemical. Hereinafter, the chemical spraying apparatus of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the embodiments shown in the drawings.

The chemical spraying device 1 shown in FIG. 1 is installed on the
The
The chemical
The type of the
The material of the
The
The pressure (gauge pressure) of the compressed air supplied to the two-
A
The
As the positive displacement pump, a rotary pump such as a tube pump, a screw pump, a gear pump, and a vane pump is preferable to a reciprocating pump such as a piston pump, a plunger pump, and a diaphragm pump. As a result, when the
The
The height difference between one end and the other end of the chemical passage is preferably, for example, 20 cm or less, more preferably 15 cm or less, and more preferably 10 cm or less, from the viewpoint of allowing the chemical liquid to be suitably sucked from the

As an embodiment in which the height of the
The variable range of the height of the
The
The
FIG. 2 shows a configuration example of the tip of the two-
The
The average particle size of the sprayed chemical solution is, for example, preferably 50 μm or less, more preferably 30 μm or less, still more preferably 10 μm or less. The lower limit of the average particle size of the sprayed chemical solution is not particularly limited, and may be 1 μm or more, 3 μm or more, or 5 μm or more. The chemical solution may be sprayed as a dry fog, that is, it may be sprayed in the form of a fine mist that does not feel wet when touched. By spraying the chemical solution as, for example, a dry fog having an average particle diameter of 10 μm or less, the chemical solution can be evenly distributed in the target space in a short time without wetting the space to be sprayed. The average particle size described here is when the particle size distribution of the droplets at a point 30 cm ahead of the tip of the nozzle is measured using a laser diffraction type particle size distribution measuring device for the chemical solution sprayed from the nozzle. Means the average particle size of Sauter.
The
It is preferable that the chemical solution spraying device 1 is provided with a chemical
