Description
The present invention relates to a rotary electric machine provided with a coil bobbin.
The rotary electric machine includes a stator fixed to a casing or the like, and a rotor rotatably provided inside or outside the radial direction of the stator. In a rotary electric machine, magnetism is generated by passing an electric current through a winding wound around an iron core, and the rotor is rotated with respect to a stator (casing or the like) by utilizing the magnetic action of this electric current. For example, in a stator in which a stator winding is wound around a stator core, a rotating magnetic field is generated by passing an electric current through the stator winding. Here, the stator winding is formed by connecting a wire wound around a tooth portion protruding radially inward or radially outward of the stator core.
In the manufacture of such a rotary electric machine, an air-core coil in which the lead wire is formed into a predetermined shape may be used when the lead wire is wound around the teeth portion. Specifically, an air-core coil is formed in advance, and the air-core coil is fitted into the teeth portion to wind the lead wire around the teeth portion. By using the air-core coil in this way, it is possible to facilitate the winding work of the lead wire around the teeth portion. Then, the lead wires are connected by electrically connecting a plurality of air core coils fitted in the teeth portion.
Further, when fitting the air core coil into the tooth portion, a coil bobbin made of an insulating material may be used. Specifically, a coil bobbin is attached to the air core coil in advance to form a coil segment, and by fitting this coil segment into the teeth portion, the air core coil (lead wire) is wound around the teeth portion via the coil bobbin. The air core coil (lead wire) and the tooth portion (iron core) can be reliably insulated. As a stator (stator) assembled using such an air-core coil and a coil bobbin, for example, there is one described in
In

Hereinafter, examples of the rotary electric machine according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Of course, the present invention is not limited to the following examples, and it goes without saying that various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention.
The rotary electric machine according to the first embodiment of the present invention includes a stator (stator) having a substantially cylindrical shape and a rotor (rotor) rotatably held inside the stator in the radial direction. The structure of the stator provided in the rotary electric machine according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 8.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
The
In the
A plurality of
In the
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the air-
Here, FIG. 3 shows a front view of the
The
On the other hand, the
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1, in a state where the coil segment 31 (air core coil 41) is mounted on the stator core 11 (teeth portion 22), the
In this embodiment, the third
Then, by joining (welding, crimping, etc.) the third
That is, in the
Further, when a plurality of coil segments 31 (air core coils 41) are mounted on the
First, the first
Further, the second

Further, the
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the
Here, FIG. 5 shows the

The second engaging
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the
The
Further, in a state where the coil segment 31 (
Further, in a state where the coil segment 31 (
The covering
Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the
The engaging
The pair of
Then, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, in the state where the
Here, FIG. 7 shows the state of the connection between the
When mounting the
The first engaging
The pair of
Then, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, in a state where the
When connecting the
In the state where the
The procedure for manufacturing the
First, the
Next, the
At this time, the
Then, the third
At this time, the
As described above, the
