Claims (3)
- 車両の運転者を特定する運転者認証手段と、
前記運転者認証手段によって特定される運転者に関する運転者情報を蓄積した運転者情報記憶手段と、
運転者の身体能力情報または認知能力情報に応じて加える車両速度制限に関するデータを記憶させた車両速度制限データ記憶手段と、
前記運転者認証手段によって特定された運転者について、前記運転者情報記憶手段から抽出される運転者情報に基づいて前記車両速度制限データ記憶手段から車両速度制限に関するデータを抽出し、車両速度制御データを生成する車両速度制御データ生成手段と、
運転者の身体能力情報または認知能力情報に応じて加える車両走行区域制限に関するデータを記憶させた車両走行区域制限データ記憶手段と、
前記運転者情報記憶手段から抽出される運転者情報に応じて、前記車両走行区域制限データ記憶手段に記憶されたデータから車両走行区域制限データを抽出し、車両走行許容区域を設定する車両走行許容区域設定手段と、
を備え、
前記車両速度制御データ生成手段によって生成された車両速度制御データを車両速度制御システムに伝達し、
前記車両速度制御シムテムで車両の速度を制御するための走行速度制御指令を生成し、
前記走行速度制御指令に基づいて前記車両の走行速度が前記車両速度制御データに基づいた速度以下となるように制御するとともに、
前記車両走行許容区域設定手段によって設定された前記車両走行許容区域のデータを前記車両速度制御システムに伝達し、
前記車両速度制御シムテムで、前記車両が前記走行許容区域に達する前に前記車両の走行速度を徐々に低下させることで前記車両の走行区域を制御する走行区域制御指令を生成し、
前記走行区域制御指令に基づいて前記車両の走行区域が前記車両走行許容区域のデータに基づいた走行区域以内となるように制御するようにしたことを特徴とする運転制限システム。 - 請求項1記載の運転制限システムにおいて、前記運転者認証手段は、車両に搭載した入力装置、携帯端末で入力された入力情報を受信する受信装置、または生体認証装置を備えた手段であることを特徴とする運転制限システム。
- 請求項1または2記載の運転制限システムにおいて、さらに運転時の運転者の状況を把握するための運転者状況取得手段と、運転時の車両の状態を把握するための車両情報取得手段と、運転時の車両周辺の状況を把握するための車両周辺情報取得手段とを備え、前記運転者状況取得手段、前記車両情報取得手段、または前記車両周辺情報取得手段の何れかにより異常が認識されたときには、異常を警報する異常警報手段、車両を停止させる緊急停止手段、または安全位置または特定施設に誘導する緊急誘導手段の何れかの手段またはこれらのうちの複数の手段を備えることを特徴とする運転制限システム。
