Claims (8)
- 同側ロッドクランプおよび対側ロッドクランプが同側および対側の椎弓根で椎骨に固定され、同側ロッドクランプに取り付けられた第1ロッドクランプエクステンダおよび対側ロッドクランプに取り付けられた第2ロッドクランプエクステンダと、
前記第1ロッドクランプエクステンダおよび前記第2ロッドクランプエクステンダに、枢動の中心となる枢軸「P」で枢着された枢動取付け器具と、を備え、
前記枢動取付け器具は、横方向ロッドを挿入可能なガイドチューブを備え、
当該ガイドチューブは、前記枢軸「P」を中心とした半径「R」の円弧「A」に沿って枢動するように構成されており、
さらに、前記ガイドチューブを介して挿通された前記横方向ロッドを、前記椎弓根に直接固定されている前記同側ロッドクランプのクランプの上方のヘッド部の横方向ロッドアンカー、および、前記椎弓根に直接固定されている前記対側ロッドクランプのクランプの上方のヘッド部の横方向ロッドアンカーに直接固定させると共に、椎骨の棘突起に挿通させられるように、
前記同側ロッドクランプおよび対側ロッドクランプは、前記枢動したガイドチューブが、前記椎弓根に直接固定されている前記同側ロッドクランプおよび対側ロッドクランプの各クランプの上方のヘッド部に着座するように、前記半径「R」の円弧「A」上に配置されている、ことを特徴とする、横方向ロッドを患者の脊椎に経皮的に挿置するための横方向ロッド取付け器具アセンブリ。 - 前記第1ロッドクランプエクステンダはシリンダの上方に延びる1対の対向アームを備えたシリンダを有し、前記シリンダの底部には、前記第1ロッドクランプエクステンダの前記シリンダが前記同側ロッドクランプの1対の対向翼の上に配置されるときに、前記対の対向翼上のボルトと係合するための結合リングが存在する、請求項1に記載の横方向ロッド取付け器具アセンブリ。
- 前記第1ロッドクランプエクステンダの前記対向アームの対は前記対の各アームに穴を含み、前記対向アームの対の各アームの前記穴は整列する、請求項2に記載の横方向ロッド取付け器具アセンブリ。
- 前記第2ロッドクランプエクステンダはシリンダの上方に延びる1対の対向アームを備えたシリンダを有し、前記シリンダの底部には、前記第2ロッドクランプエクステンダの前記シリンダが前記対側ロッドクランプの1対の対向翼の上に配置されるときに、前記対の対向翼上のボルトと係合するための結合リングが存在する、請求項3に記載の横方向ロッド取付け器具アセンブリ。
- 前記第2ロッドクランプエクステンダの前記対の対向アームは前記対の各アームに穴を含み、前記対の各アームの前記穴は整列する、請求項4に記載の横方向ロッド取付け器具アセンブリ。
- 前記第1ロッドクランプエクステンダおよび前記第2ロッドクランプエクステンダは、前記第1ロッドクランプエクステンダの前記対の対向アームの各アームの各穴および前記第2ロッドクランプエクステンダの前記対の対向アームの各アームの各穴を嵌挿するボルトにより一緒に固定され、前記ボルトは最初に前記第1ロッドクランプエクステンダのアームを通過し、次いで前記第1ロッドクランプエクステンダの対向アームを通過する前に前記第2ロッドクランプエクステンダのアームを通過し、次いで前記第2ロッドクランプエクステンダの対向アームを通過する、請求項5に記載の横方向ロッド取付け器具アセンブリ。
- 前記第1ロッドクランプエクステンダおよび前記第2ロッドクランプエクステンダに枢着された前記枢動取付け器具は、前記ボルトを介して前記第1ロッドクランプエクステンダおよび前記第2ロッドクランプエクステンダに固定される、請求項6に記載の横方向ロッド取付け器具アセンブリ。
- 前記エクステンダを前記ロッドクランプアセンブリ上で安定化させるために前記ロッドクランプアセンブリが使用されるときに、前記ロッドクランプアセンブリの前記翼の側面の前記ボルトを固定するための内部溝が前記結合リングの内側に存在する、請求項2に記載の横方向ロッド取付け器具アセンブリ。
