Description
Claims (15)
- 方法であって:
付加製造装置において、オブジェクトの生成にあたり処理すべき第1の構築材料の層を形成し;
第1の層に関連する第1の印刷命令に基づいて、第1の層の上に印刷剤を選択的に適用し;
第1の層にエネルギーを適用して第1の層のある領域に融合を生じさせ;
複数の位置において第1の層の温度を測定して測定された温度分布プロファイルを形成し;
測定された温度分布プロファイルを予測された温度分布プロファイルに対して比較して差分を生成し;そして
後続の層に関連する第2の印刷命令を差分に基づき修正することにより、融合後の後続の構築材料の層の温度分布プロファイルを補正することを含む、方法。 - 後続の層に関連する第2の印刷命令を修正することが、後続の層に適用される印刷剤の量を変化させることを含む、請求項1の方法。
- 印刷剤が、融合剤、ディテール化剤、またはこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 第1の層の温度が、第1の層の融合領域内および第1の層の未融合領域内で測定される、請求項1〜3いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 第2の印刷命令がオブジェクトの予測温度に基づいて生成され、次いで差分に基づいて修正される、請求項1〜4いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 融合に続いての後続の層の温度プロファイルが、後続の層の融合領域について均一な温度を有するように補正される、請求項1〜5いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 付加製造装置であって:
オブジェクトの生成において処理される構築材料の複数の層を構築プラットフォーム上に形成する構築材料分配器と;
複数の層に関連する印刷命令に基づいて構築材料上に印刷剤を選択的に適用する印刷剤アプリケータと;
複数の層のうち第1の層のある領域に融合を生じさせるエネルギー源と;
複数の位置において第1の層の温度を測定して測定された温度分布プロファイルを形成する温度センサと;および
処理回路とを含み、処理回路が:
印刷命令を生成する印刷命令モジュールと;
測定された温度分布プロファイルを予測された温度分布プロファイルに対して比較して差分を生成する熱分析モジュールと;そして
後続の層に関連する第2の印刷命令を差分に基づき修正することにより、融合後の後続の構築材料の温度分布プロファイルを補正する補正モジュールを含む、付加製造装置。 - 温度センサがサーマルイメージングカメラを含む、請求項7の付加製造装置。
- 補正モジュールが後続の層に対して適用される印刷剤の量を変化させることによって第2の印刷命令を修正する、請求項7または8記載の付加製造装置。
- 印刷剤アプリケータが、融合剤、ディテール化剤、またはこれらの組み合わせを構築材料の層上に適用する、請求項7〜9いずれか1項記載の付加製造装置。
- 温度センサが、融合領域内および未融合領域内で層の温度を測定する、請求項7〜10いずれか1項記載の付加製造装置。
- 印刷命令モジュールが、オブジェクトの予測温度に基づいて構築材料の各々の層について特有の印刷命令を生成する、請求項7〜11いずれか1項記載の付加製造装置。
- 機械読み取り可能な媒体であって、プロセッサによって実行された場合にプロセッサが:
構築材料の層の測定された温度分布プロファイルをその層の予測された温度分布プロファイルに対して比較して、層ごとの付加製造プロセスにおいて差分を生成し;そして
差分に基づいて印刷命令を修正して印刷剤を後続の構築材料の層上に適用し、融合後の後続の層の温度分布プロファイルを補正するようにする命令を含んでいる、媒体。 - 印刷命令を修正することが、後続の層上に適用される印刷剤の量を変化させることを含む、請求項13の機械読み取り可能な媒体。
- 印刷剤が、融合剤、ディテール化剤、またはこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項13または14記載の機械読み取り可能な媒体。
